**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

The people.  This team is so responsive, helpful, and wonderful to work with.  We have very complex needs for our registration, and they have bent over backward to try to help us.  While the program couldn't always support the level of complexity we needed, the incredible team continued to support finding workarounds and solutions to help us run smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

This is not really Enrollsy's fault, but because of the complexity of our system and the amount of classes that we offer, Enrollsy could not always find an easy solution for our needs.

**What problems is Enrollsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enrollsy helped us create a registration system that was easy to use, adaptable, and easy for our clients to interact with on a regular basis. While it is a great program, our needs are complex and Enrollsy is still developing features that would be helpful now :)

Enrollsy is a well thought out and executed enrollment system at a very resonable price. Its not overbuilt with tons of unneeded features but it has everything we need to accomplish a professional enrollment system for our bussiness. Its easy to use and the back end tracking features are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

So far the only issue we have had was minor and the company took our issue and added it to a development list which made us know we are in good hands.

Enrollsy provides us with a system for payment and registrion that is professional, integrates well with our website, and allows us to keep track of our progress and sales goals with a well developed back end.

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

Enrollsy is a very good for the enrollment, which makes the work eaisy and organised the data in a very good manner. My colleges use the Enrollsy frequently for store the data. The performacne is very effective for the organization after implementation. The payment gateway is very simple and safe which integrate directly with the finance. Customer support is always available to help if you are facing any problem using Enorslly.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

The Interface which I don't like in this CRM.

**What problems is Enrollsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using excle sheets of microsoft words and enter the data and store the data where payment is not incluede. But, after the Enrollsy everything is on the one platform and its is very easy to use. Customer support gives to the traning if you are a New user.

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

For years we've registered and organized hundreds of campers annually using pen and paper. Those were transferred to manually created digital lists and printed. Enrollsy streamlined the entire process down to a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

As with any new(ish) company, early users go through the growing pains of a perpetually improving business. So there are features I wish Enrollsy had like specific revenue reports or easy to access, customizable class lists for admin and instructors. Some of that is there but there are things that either haven't been thought of, haven't been perfected, or just won't fit my specific needs. The good news is, every time I've reach out I have had courteous, prompt responses and more often than not, they point me to a legitimate solution or workaround. I've also seen marked improvements just in this first summer of use.

**What problems is Enrollsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lists, reports, classifications of specific programs/classes, things like that. Even in the registration form, they have improved or plan to improve certain things like add-ons and email integration for improved lead communication.

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

It was very intuitive and each step was clear. I appreciated being able to easily add the information for other adults authorized for pick-up. Enrollsy is easier to navigate than other on-line registrations.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

It was difficult to go back and clear an entry. For example, after enrolling my grandson in the after-school childcare, there was the option to add an additional enrichment program. I clicked to see what else was available and wound up with 2 enrollments and was unable to delete the duplicate. I had to log out and start over from the beginning.

**What problems is Enrollsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing the after-school program has all of the necessary contact information easily accessible is comforting. Since I am not using Enrollsy for business, I can not comment on its productivity.

  ### 6. Making complicated enrollments easy!

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

I was impressed with the options Enrollsy allowed, and how simplified even complicated registrations can be made easy for the user. I used the application to enroll my child into a class where you need to select a teacher, then select the day, then the time. Enrollsy allowed me to see which classes were available, and those that were full even allowed a waitlist option, where I could select my preferred class (on the waitlist), and still enroll in a class that had availabilities. If I wanted to add supplemental items, such as class materials, I had the option to do that, and the best part was to see the total projected prices for each month that I agreed to pay. Now in this instance, I did not have to pay for the monthly classes at the time of enrollment, but Enrollsy has an option to pay in regular installments using ACH Bank withdrawals, which is free to the user, or an option to pay by Credit Card with a fee. However, I did pay a registration fee at the time of registration. Every step was quite seamless, without questioning what to do next, or how to make the system work. When making simple purchases at an online store, this is "normal" for most people. However, I'm quite sure that my elderly father would be able to intuitively maneuver through Enrollsy with ease, even with a more complicated registration.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

There was one issue that left me wondering. When I entered my ACH Bank information online, I do not remember a confirmation or notice that stated that my registration fee would be withdrawn, or was approved. My screen has returned to the main page of the organization, and layered over is a request for a review of Enrollsy instead of a confirmation page.  Once I finished my registration, I received an email saying that I successfully enrolled and showed my registration fee as payment. So for example I would like to see something like. "Thank you for enrolling. Your ACH withdrawal for $18.00 has been processed and will post to your account within 72 hours. Your first monthly payment for xyz will be withdrawn on xyz."

Enrollsy is allowing businesses to have a platform to make more complicated registrations possible online. This allows me, as the end user to be able to access opportunities online with ease.

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

I appreciated how user friendly the enrollment process was! It was super easy to find the information I needed to provide and I appreciated the different options available in the selection box, including a multi-select option for race.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

Overall, I didn't have anything I really disliked about the process. I thought I had submitted the "I consent" option but I must have missed it since the text right above the selection had similiar verbiage. But that wasn't tough to correct since I received easy to read red text letting me know exactly what I missed.

**What problems is Enrollsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the option for multiple selections for race and how easy it was to enter the credit card information. The UI for the credit card info looked just like a credit card which was a cool feature I had never seen before!

It automatically returns you to last the last question you were on. I had clicked off and when I returned to the original email it opened back up to exactly where I was.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

I didn't see or couldn't find a back option to edit a previous selection on a prior page. I tried clicking on the prior title pages but it was not a clickable option.

**What problems is Enrollsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was used as a way for parents to enroll their kids for a musical theater program audition. It was easier than other solutions I've seen with other local theater companies.

The form design has between 3-6 steps (depending on the client's set up) and each step (other than step 1) has a back button underneath the next step button. It's pretty hard to miss, so we'll have to see if we can figure out why you may have had a hard time going back. **What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

The interface on PC is very easy to navigate and use, especially for people using the site for the first time. I love the calendar options and how adaptive it is based on different product types.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

The mobile interface is working and great but can have some improvement. When scrolling for next page it takes a little to react, which might be a phone issue for an overarching issue. But overall very good mobile product.

For a customer, it is very easy to use and book things instantly. The ease of adding payment option was very importantant to have - it also safely store my data, which makes the process even easier.

I like that it was super user-friendly and that there weren't too many applications I had to look for. Moreover, I felt like it was simple and elegant, not too outlandish.

I thought that there were some parts where I had to search up on Google and find out for myself instead of the interface telling me how to. I also thought that there was a bit like other platforms out there.

It's helping me be more efficient and also better than Google Forms or Airtable because it's so simple and easy to use and transfer money. It's really neat and I recommend it to everyone!

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

Enrollsy uses a guided method to enroll in events, and saves info for pre-fill if you have used it before. It is simple, quick, and very intuitive to use! I highly recommend!

There was nothing difficult about the process at all. Enrollsy makes it quite easy to capture the pertinent details needed without wasting your time on non-important or repetitive information.

Onboarding new customers or enrolling in an event. Enrollsy also easily and securely captures payment information. The beauty is that I do not have to capture or secure payment info; Enrollsy does it for you.

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

Nothing positive that I can say about this enrollment form. The whole process was frustrating. There is no reason for such a straightforward form to be formatted in a way that doesn't open properly on a Windows computer using Windows 10 and the latest versions of Edge and Firefox.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

The form does not open in a format that is usable. Radio buttons and drop downs are overlaid on the text, resulting in the user having to guess where the buttons or dropdown menus are. Text for raio buttons and dropdowns is shaded and almost impossible to see. I tried opening in Edge and Firefox on a standard laptop and it doesn't work with either browser - and browsers are the most current and updated versions

Enrollsey needs to worry about solving their own compatibility problems

**What do you like best about Enrollsy?**

The all in one page is nice, it looks sleek and is intuitive, user friendly and very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

For some reason my selections would not save. I attempted to change my son's grade level several times but it kept reverting back for some reason. I've also never seen a dropdown menu that requires 3 clicks just to see all 6 options. Little quirks like this slowed down the enrollment process unnecessarily.

It is helping me enroll my child in an after school program

I liked the auto completes that occurred for some of the menus. It helped navigate to the end checkout. This left little confusion about how to enroll compared to other sites.

Overall seemless outside the amount of information the application requested, would have preferred to tab through slightly easier but honestly a great platform that was painless to use easy to work on my desktop, simple to go back through previous pages and not lose information

**What do you dislike about Enrollsy?**

not as easy to use on mobile, attempted to register on my phone and got frustrated so eventually waited to get home and register on my desktop.  overall i could have done it but it wasn't worth messing with it.

enrolling my kid to a program in a way that doesn't require me speaking to someone or using a check, simplified a process that I assumed would be more difficult

I liked that it was fast and to the point.

As I was going down the questions, I thought I had answered them all but it had me go back and answer the one(s) I didn't know I missed. Maybe don't let the surveyee continue until the question has been answered.

**What problems is Enrollsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping our company organize a month-long event that has seen some disorganization in the past. I like that we have this survey-type situation that is straightforward and says "this is what's available, please choose one and also please tell us if you would like a shirt."

Right now we don't support you adding another card, but you can contact the provider and give them another card.
