What I like most about DreamApply is the centralized aspect because we have so many colleagues working on the applications. There are different teams, like the central team of the university, faculties, and financial teams, and everybody can see the applications in a centralized way with real-time information. This centralization makes our work very efficient.

DreamApply provides a reliable and flexible system for managing our admission. The platform is easy for applicants to use, as shown by the small number of inquiries we receive. It also allows us to customise the application process to fit our needs. The dashboard clearly shows application status and numbers, which help us understand daily operations at a glance. In addition, the fully online process enables applicants to apply from anywhere, and the strong data protection standards give us confidence in system security.

Before DreamApply, the University of Osijek did not use any system for processing applications. We handled application documents as scanned files via e-mail, which took a lot of time, and the entire process of completing a single application felt endless, very time-consuming, and confusing. It was difficult to keep track of each student and their progress with the required documents. Reaching the final stage of submission took approximately half a month, with an endless exchange of e-mails with students and checking every document one by one. Now, with DreamApply, the whole process of students applying to UNIOS is transparent and well organised. The daily journals sent to administrators’ e-mails are very helpful, and once a student completes the application, we can process the admission in just several minutes. It takes us around 15 minutes per application to review all documents and issue acceptance letters. The system is super easy and efficient, and it saves us in the international office a huge amount of time and nerves :) Processing applications in the DreamApply platform has been a real game changer. It has not only boosted our administrative efficiency, but has also contributed significantly to students’ overall satisfaction with the services we provide. The DreamApply platform is also easy for our applicants to use—students applying for study and mobility to UNIOS. They can see at every step which documents they need to upload and what is still missing. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, so the number of inquiries, questions, and doubts students may have during the application process is significantly reduced.
