He stayed with me through several emails as we worked out the issue. He also reached out to Godaddy directly to understand the problem at the source. They were reachable day, night and into the weekend. Very happy with the response I received as we got the CNAME issue resolved. Note that in the feature review, I ranked most things a 4 out of 7, because I am just starting with dealintent and haven't had a chance to use all the features yet. This review is primarily to praise the customer support I received. **What do you dislike about Dealintent?** I have just started using the software and do not have any dislikes as yet. So far it is working very well. If anything, I am a little skeptical of the accuracy of the AI profile enrichment but we'll see how it works as I add more people to the system. **What problems is Dealintent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Presenting and keeping track of proposals to clients. This offers an interesting way for clients to review proposals and it gives us a way to track their interest better. ### 2. Whether it’s the presentations that we send to clients or any files that we have to share back and forth, it’s all grouped together really nicely. It allows us to gauge their level of interest and ensures that we follow up at the perfect moment.
