What do you like best about Letter AI?

For admins: Intuitive and genius use of AI to take enablement learning plans and turn them into actual learning modules. They are always taking customer feedback and turning it into actual features, so something is always changing for the better. The support team is always available to answer questions or brainstorm on how to take an idea and turn it into reality. They have either an integration or way to integrate with our other techstack services to help make information easier to uncover and ingest.

For learners: the system offers a tailored experienced with options to tailor their home screen to their role or focus area. Learners really enjoy the realistic AI roleplays and so do managers. The AI chatbot helps reps find exactly what they're looking without knowing necessarily how to find it - HUGE for new hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Letter AI?

It's tough to say there is anything I dislike, the team is extremely responsive to issues or feature requests. Having experienced other LMS/CMS/Coaching tools, they are extremely responsive and follow-through is surprisingly fast comparatively. The pricing is reasonable for all the features packed into the platform and AI creation and Chatbot responses are quick, but for the sakes of pointing out something I will say that I wish the roleplays were more interactive with a moving AI Avatar vs a static image. What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Letter AI, our onboarding was quickly approaching our scalability limits with lots of live learning events weekly, large amounts of learner readings from our knowledge base, and Manager/SME time being consumed by these events. Something needed to change as our hiring plans were only accelerating.

With Letter AI, we are able to deliver the same level of onboarding experience and quality with more efficient use of resources. We are also able to expand the tested readiness of new hires by having more integrated roleplays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
