"A True Game Changer for Sales Enablement"
5/5
What do you like best about Letter AI?

It’s honestly hard to pick just one thing I like most about Letter AI. I’ve been using sales enablement platforms for about 15 years and have worked with many of the leading solutions on the market. About a year ago, we decided to take a chance on Letter AI because of its AI-forward approach, and it’s turned out to be an incredible platform. It feels like they really understood what an enablement team needs and built the product around those needs, while also creating meaningful value for sales productivity and helping accelerate sales cycles.

If I had to rank one thing above everything else, though, it would be the customer service. The Letter AI team is extremely responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. I’ve never experienced that level of dedication from a software provider. There’s a lot I value about Letter AI, but what stands out most is having a partner that’s truly committed to its customers. What do you dislike about Letter AI?

Honestly, I haven’t found much to dislike about Letter AI. Part of what makes it hard to point to a real downside is how quickly the team responds to customer feedback. They’re consistently releasing new features, listening closely to what customers are saying, and then actually acting on it.

When enough customers flag an issue or suggest an area for improvement, Letter AI seems to take it seriously, go back to the drawing board, and deliver an update surprisingly fast. With a lot of software platforms, you can end up disliking the same feature for years before anything changes. With Letter AI, it’s tough to stay frustrated for long when you can tell the team is actively listening and working to make things better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
