"Fantastic Support Team and an Ever More User-Friendly GetAccept UI"

What do you like best about GetAccept?

GetAccept has many great elements which make it a well rounded product. Every member of the team that I have worked with across the buying journey has been fantastic. They have been consistently helpful, patient and professional throughout and in doing so, have been extremely instrumental in us getting the most out of the product and use it to its full potential. Our account manager is brilliant at reaching out and keeping us updated with all the new updates to make sure we are taking advantage of all the new AI features. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Not a dislike per se, but because there wasn't a direct integration with Zoho (our CRM), there was a lot of automation which had to be implemented on our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?

GetAccept takes away the guessing of how your pipeline is progressing. We deal with long sale cycles, which can often mean long periods of little to no contact with our clients. But GetAccept makes it easier to keep track of these sales and get a glimpse of client intentions without bothering them too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
