"Aligned Transformed My Sales Process with Visibility and a Centralized Digital Sales Room"

5/5

What do you like best about Aligned?

**Aligned Has Transformed the Way I Sell**

Aligned has played a huge role in helping me work through the largest deal of my career. One of my favorite things about the platform is that it goes far beyond the initial sales pitch. My partner has spent over 8 hours reviewing our digital sales room, and with more than 20 stakeholders involved, it's been incredibly valuable to have one centralized place where everyone can access the same information, from our first discovery call and initial demo to final pricing conversations and ongoing training.

Aligned has completely transformed the way I pitch. It makes the sales process more conversational and interactive, allowing partners to guide the discussion based on what's most relevant to them rather than feeling like they're sitting through another traditional sales presentation.

My favorite feature is the visibility it provides throughout the sales cycle. I can see when partners are revisiting pricing, engaging with materials, or when things have gone quiet and it might be time to re-engage. It's helped me become a more thoughtful and effective salesperson by allowing me to move at the partner's pace rather than feeling like I'm constantly pushing for the next step.

I genuinely believe every salesperson should have access to Aligned. It elevates the entire sales experience, makes complex offerings easier to understand, keeps all stakeholders aligned, and ultimately helps you build stronger relationships and close deals more effectively. What do you dislike about Aligned?

Nothing at this time! Their team is fantastic and consistently rolls out new tools and features that help elevate my sales process. Keep up the great work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Prospect Ghosting & Stalled Deals: Helps identify when conversations are going cold or prospects stop engaging. By seeing when they revisit materials, especially pricing, you can find relevant reasons to re-engage, restart conversations, and keep deals moving without feeling pushy.

2. Lack of Visibility Into Buyer Engagement: Gives you insight into when prospects are reviewing demos, pricing, and other materials, so you're not guessing where things stand.

3. Keeping Multiple Stakeholders Aligned: Creates one centralized space where 20+ stakeholders can access the same information, demos, pricing, and training materials throughout the sales cycle.

4. Traditional, One-Sided Sales Presentations: Makes pitches more conversational and interactive, allowing prospects to guide the discussion based on what's most important to them.

5. Repetitive Follow-Ups & Re-Explaining Your Offering: Keeps demos, resources, and training materials accessible so stakeholders can revisit information without requiring another meeting.

6. Poor Timing on Follow-Ups: Helps you understand buyer activity and engage at the right time, based on their interest and timeline rather than relying on arbitrary follow-up schedules.

7. Complex Sales Processes: Simplifies the buying journey by organizing everything from discovery and initial demos to pricing, decision-making, and ongoing training in one place.

The biggest overall problem it solves: It removes the guesswork from selling. You have better visibility into buyer engagement, know when to re-engage, keep stakeholders connected, and can move deals forward at the buyer's pace rather than constantly chasing them.
