Google Analytics is Google's auditing platform/software the gives your report about your property or website's performance online.

On the other hand, if you ever have used Google Search Console, it is Google's submission platform. It is where you fulfill the requirements and then submit it so Google will be able to recognize your product/website and help you sort of "shine" in the google search results.

So, Google Analytics and Google Search Console works hand in hand for you.
