It’s honestly hard to pick just one thing I like most about Letter AI. I’ve been using sales enablement platforms for about 15 years and have worked with many of the leading solutions on the market. About a year ago, we decided to take a chance on Letter AI because of its AI-forward approach, and it’s turned out to be an incredible platform. It feels like they really understood what an enablement team needs and built the product around those needs, while also creating meaningful value for sales productivity and helping accelerate sales cycles. If I had to rank one thing above everything else, though, it would be the customer service. The Letter AI team is extremely responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. I’ve never experienced that level of dedication from a software provider. There’s a lot I value about Letter AI, but what stands out most is having a partner that’s truly committed to its customers.

I love how quick and easy Letter AI is to use and how helpful the team is. If I need anything, they're always there to help, and the CSM is super helpful, answering questions really quickly. The platform itself is great. I really like the features, especially the video-based learning, which allows me to upload a long video and it automatically finds the best bits needed to create learning. I also appreciate how it automatically generates answers for knowledge checks, saving me a lot of time. The creation of learning materials is really valuable due to its ease and quickness. I use it with the connector for Claude for tracking new joiners and with tools like Gong and Google Suite, which is really efficient.

Letter is the first LMS tool I've used in my career that hasn't been absolutely painful to use. It's always felt like I've been fighting against previous tools to build something, and for the first time the tool makes it easier. Letter has a lot of intentional AI-first features that make it really easy to build quickly while maintaining our quality standards. We talk about enablement moving at the speed of the business which at a high growth AI company is really fast. Letter allows us to move at that speed. The partnership has been great, they pushed a new feature we requested the first week of working together by end of week and have continued to make tweaks based on the specifics of our industry and business. We've really appreciated the partnership, and the tool is best in class.
