I like that Letter AI is AI-powered, which is really helpful because it kind of gets you to the 50-yard start line instead of starting from zero. It's completely revamped how we build trainings, modules, and learnings. The AI role play feature is fantastic and feels like the future, providing insightful feedback and allowing people to practice and fail forward. It's customizable, making it really helpful for managing and supporting a large number of people in the go-to-market team. The setup experience was rock solid, and the team, including Charlie Emmons and Raja Gupta, has been fabulous in implementing best practices and considering our feedback. It's exciting to see things from our feedback getting built, and the customer success team has been great.
I like the support team the most, with Rajat Gupta being an incredible asset in getting the software implemented and onboarded correctly.
