**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

Two things: a controlled co-pilot feature that allows for users to ask questions and get answers that are based on asset materials chosen by administrators and second, the Ai Role Plays.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

I have not found any significant downsides with Letter Ai.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping us easily create custom learning tracks and Ai Role Plays that will ensure not only comprehensive product knowledge but also a demonstrated ability to speak to these products within a "real" sales environment.

Customer service, rapid response times, the automated approach to developing content at scale is helpful for smaller enablement teams. We have asked a lot from the Letter team and they consistently find solutions.

Initally when I was onboarded the tool was self-taught as they did not have a dedicated CSM or self-guided learning academy.

My team is performing a massive overhaul on many components of the learning experience for sales reps including onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning. Letter has greatly expedited the process of creating this volume of content and has allowed me to mobilize my time towards being more strategic / intentional with the learning programs I am creating as well as the reinforcement of information shared.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

It might be a bit obvious, but the best part about Letter AI is already in the name. The AI is a game changer. Letter's native AI interface and experience allows for enablement teams to increase productivity  by building trainings faster, creating content within a few clicks of a button, developing AI role plays, etc. - all of which would have taken days or weeks to do prior to the infusion of Letter AI into our tech stack. We were able to build 6 different multi-level certifications comprising 50+ individual modules in a matter of two weeks using Letter AI, where before this would have taken our team several months to accomplish. And the best part is that it is only going to get better!

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The platform is still in it's early days so there are some minor areas where you may not get the robustness of one of the leading CMS providers - i.e. there are some reporting/analytics capabilities that require a bit of work to uncover. But the Letter team is incredibly responsive to all product feedback, and can have product updates shipped in a matter of hours/days!

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter is helping by allowing a very small enablement team scale and increase productivity to meet the demands of a large sales team battling an ever-changing B2B tech environment.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

It’s hard to decide what I love most about Letter AI—the incredible platform or the brilliant team behind it. I’ve yet to see another L&D solution that rivals the features and capabilities Letter AI brings to the table. It not only streamlines enablement creation but also enhances the learning experience for our end users. With standout features like AI roleplay, powerful analytics, and rapid enablement creation, it redefines how we approach training.

As an Instructional Designer, this platform has made my life so much easier—almost as easy as it is to use Letter AI! The intuitive design and efficiency it offers have transformed the way I create learning experiences.

One of my favorite features is the AI roleplay, which provides learners with a safe, simulated environment to practice real-world interactions—unlocking limitless possibilities for skill development.

What truly sets Letter AI apart, though, is the team. They are not just innovative but also incredibly responsive, implementing critical feedback at record speed. Every time I think they’ve outdone themselves, they raise the bar even higher!

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Although Letter AI functions as an LMS on its own, we’re still exploring the endless possibilities of integrating it with other LMS platforms. That said, the team has been incredibly responsive, actively supporting us in finding the best solutions.

Letter AI is solving the challenge of creating impactful, scalable, and engaging enablement content with minimal effort. As an Instructional Designer, it has significantly reduced the time and effort required to develop training materials while ensuring a high-quality learning experience. **What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I'm using Letter AI to support training modules creation. It helps us curate our content and create online trainings in many forms such as AI coach, interactive learning, sales aid, etc.
Very cleverly built, has a very fast learning curve and never found any issues so far (and I'm heavily trying to find its limits prior to adoption). Customer support is amazing, even if there is a super easy implementation, we requested help a couple times to keep our deadlines rather than to do something we could not achieve and kudos to Lynne who's competent and dedicated!

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The interactive learning should incorporate images from the source documents (or at least offer to create a library of them). The interactive learnings lack a little interactivity in the form of reveals,

Accelerating the training production, delivering trainings in a dozen languages natively, making updates as easy as updating a word document.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

Letter AI drastically speeds up the time it takes to create and update learning content. In a few moments, I will have a near fully baked course, ready to be launched to our commerical team. Most AI features of other LMS vendors I have used do not work.


Their Co-pilot functionality also allows our commercial team to rapidily find information. We went from our sales team taking 10-15 minutes to find content, to finding it in less than 1 minute. 

Letter AI is also great at listening to customer feedback, and actioning on it quickly.Your feature requests will not fall into a block box like most larger LMS companies.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

I don't have anything I dislike, but I would encourage Letter AI to continue to launch features that make the content within the LMS easy to digest, and learn.

Letter AI creates a one stop shop for all things knowledge management, learning, and finding information.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

The team at Letter.AI has been great to work with and take a collaborative approach to our partnership.  They are extremely fast on fixing any product gaps and digging into technical limitations.  They are open to feedback and have gone above and beyond to make sure that our sales team is able to get instant value from the platform.  It's really the team that sets it apart from other vendors I've worked with in this space.

In addition, their integration into tool like Slack have been a game changer for usage.  Rather than our BDRs and AEs needing to go and search for information, it's at their fingertips with the Slack and AI functionality.  Our sales people are able to get timely, concise information when they need it in a platform that they are using on a hour basis (e.g. Slack).  It makes information accessible and easy to use on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Letter is a small company that is building and launching features extremely fast.  Once in awhile, there are small bugs that need to be fixed due to the high frequency of launches.  However, the team has been great at fixing these in a timely manner (e.g. usually within 24 hours).

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter serves as our main platform for both learning (LMS) and CMS (content mangement system).  For our lean enablement team, having the ability to share and use a central repository across both use cases is extremely important and efficient.  Also, the integration with Slack has helped to build usage across the org with limited need for training.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I've enjoyed using the Voice AI features to easily create natural voice-over audio for courses. No more recording and editing hours of audio, I just upload my deck to Letter. The system creates all the files at once, in any of the voices I choose. I can even clone my voice, or voices from past courses!

The AI coaching interactions are great. You can set up training scenarios for real-time conversations "face to face" with an AI avatar, or scenarios for email and chat interactions with "customers". Sales and Support teams can practice their pitches and interactions as much as they need to.

The Letter team has also been very responsive to feedback, leading to an even better experience with the available tools.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Every piece of content I've wanted to create has been finished so quickly. Even when you factor in time to fix small mispronunciations (brand names and some technical words) in the AI voice, or update content the system creates for you, you're still hours or days ahead of where you'd be if you had to create all the content yourself.

And the AI is only getting better!

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Enablement for sure, but Letter can be used for training other teams too. AI Coaching for technical support engineers, and automatic course creation for all kinds of trainings. Letter's AI takes all of my content, from videos to .pdf's, and even links to specific web pages. It ingests whatever information I have on a specific topic, like internal training on a new product feature, then turns it into a course based on the settings I give it.
The system can create quizzes automatically, which is great, along with the creation and export of natural text-to-voice audio.

Change management included the rapid rollout of training programs and the integration of Letter AI’s platform into existing workflows. The adoption of this AI-powered solution accelerated time-to-market, streamlined content creation and management, and improved responsiveness to customer inquiries. Global sellers gained confidence and efficiency, transitioning from traditional methods to consultative selling—resulting in  improved customer engagement and accelerated revenue growth.

Nothing to note. They are customer centric and hope they continue to focus on customer as they scale.

Letter Ai helped us tackle several challenges, these included; scaling up a traditionally hardware-centric global salesforce, managing extensive sales collateral, and quickly responding to complex customer issues. Traditional methods of sales training, enablement, and customer acquisition were unable to keep up with the rapid pace of innovation.  By using Letter.AI we were able to accelerate time-to-market, streamline content creation and management, and improve responsiveness to customer inquiries. This resulted in increased TCV through enhanced customer experience and a more knowledgable sales force.

Letter AI has revolutionized our LMS experience. It’s a true game changer in the LMS space. Gone are the days of reps slogging through tedious, lengthy content. As an Enablement Manager, I no longer spend countless hours designing and reviewing courses. Letter AI is incredibly intuitive, making the entire process easier and more advanced than I ever imagined.

Top Two Highlights:

	1.	The AI-driven lesson suggestions are brilliant, offering insights and ideas I wouldn’t have considered on my own. This has significantly elevated our LMS courses.
	2.	Since integrating the Generative AI Sales Pitch Coach, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in pitch success rates and overall sales performance. It’s like having a seasoned sales mentor available 24/7, guiding our team to excellence.

Ease of Implementation:

	1.	Seamless Integration: Setting up Letter AI with our existing tools was effortless, allowing us to get started without disrupting our workflows.
	2.	Quick Onboarding: The intuitive interface made it easy for our team to adopt the platform quickly, reducing the time needed for training and enabling faster course deployment.
	3.	Comprehensive Support: Their support team is nothing short of magical. They respond to feature requests almost instantly, often implementing updates before I can even finish making the request. Partnering with them has been a phenomenal experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

They're too good at what they do, it's almost scary. I have not experienced many hurdles, and those that I have, I've addressed as feature requests with my support team. I've been working in the platform for only about a month and have seen most or all of those suggestions already in beta or production!

Letter AI automates content creation, suggests relevant lessons, and provides real-time feedback, enabling teams to learn and adapt quickly without the burden of manual effort. I love that Letter AI has truly changed the game by not only offering an on-demand chatbot reducing the noise of everyday emails but also having dynamic and accessible learning tools. Leading to an positive impact not only on our users day-to-day experience but also allowing our team and I to focus on what truly matters. 

Most importantly I love how Letter AI has helped us streamline our enablement and communications - consistently allowing us to have tailored, polished and on-brand content. 

Finally the team! - The Letter AI team are truly amazing. They are super receptive to feedback and always committed to ensure our users have a postive and fulfilling experience. The team are truly collobarative which is a joy for us to parter with!

How can you dislike Letter AI? With team being fully committed to listening and taking on feedback, always addressing mine and the teams concerns it has made my experience truly positive. 

As always in a fast-paced evolving field like AI, where it's important to learn and adapt, this level of openness and responsiveness to stay ahead of the game shows the teams willingness to stand out.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main pain point before using Letter AI was that we were unable to create an enablement experience that was seamless and effective for our users. Letter AI now allows us to set clear expectations for our users right from the start using high-quality content. The learning pathways allow us to create dynamic and interactive learning allowing the user to get familiar with what to expect on our platform. Giving users the chance to practice real-word tasks that they will encounter in their roles in our platform  really brings the whole experience to life and something they can resonate with. This has been essential when building trust and alignment. 

In addition our platform and our team continue to learn based on the engagement we see in the analytics. 
We’re able to quickly identify trends and better understand what content needs and even predict potential feature requests.

My experience with Letterai has been amazing. They respond to questions quickly, often within a few minutes, and always take the time to understand the vision and ideas you bring to the table. They have worked with several teams across our company, successfully supporting a wide range of requested features  and quickly implementing them. It's easy to build what we need, update and evolve as things continue to change and progress. **What do you like best about Letter AI?**

The best part of Letter AI is the amount of time I save on daily activities & the standard RFP questions. I have been able to focus on the intensive critical thinking areas of my job and RFP responses, without worrying about the quality of work provided by Letter AI. This platform enables me to be the best I can be.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

I have nothing that I dislike; the team has continued to develop and evolve the platform.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter AI enables ultimate presentation preparation with its sales coaching. I also use its sales enablement abilities to craft the best content for my sales presentations. In an era of digital everything, digital sales rooms provide a personal touch to our customers.

Letter AI is easy to stand up and even easier to continue to build within. It has become a critical part of onboarding new hires and our entire sales training motion.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The tool is newer. Additional features are added every week. The team has done a great job to hear our requests and prioritize new features.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes a ton of time to build out thoughtful enablement programs. Letter AI cuts down this time for us. Without much effort we are able to quickly build enablement around our product for internal sales teams with  minimal inputs.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

The Letter AI team is highly responsive and listens to customer needs and feedback. They use this to quickly make upgrades and add new fetaures that are useful to our business. Interfaces are easy to use and share ownership across cross-functional teams.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

I don't have a lot to say here. I don't use it as much as some of my colleagues because it's not a core function of my current role, but I have tested several features and worked with the Letter AI team to provide feedback and get enhancements.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter AI is solving a core need to speed up and enhance sales enablement and revenue generation via more and faster closes with the right collateral, pitch, conversation, etc at the right time for the prospect or client. It benefits us because we don't have a full-time revenue enablement team and this fills an essential gap.

Letter AI solved a core problem on onboarding sales folks and getting them to upspeed while also allowing us to leverage their platform for content to external users and internal users. These documents combined with the feature of the chatbot made accessing information quickly about the platform or our organization very easy.

I really enjoyed working with Letter AI's implementation team. Letter.ai's product helped shape our training strategy for new GTM hires and is now a critical part of how we train and onboard new employees.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Nothing! I could not have asked for a better experience working with a vendor. Letter.ai was buttoned up from procurement all the way to implementation.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training in a unified fashion that allows for interaction and engagement with the course material. Letter.ai allowed us to create the right training modules, but to also be a creative thinker in how we wanted them to look and feel during implementation. It has resulted in an immediate improvement in our sales enablement strategy and our GTM growth.
