**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

What I like most about Letter AI is how it removes friction in both finding answers and creating customer-facing content. Instead of navigating multiple sources or starting from a blank page, I can ask a question or generate a structured output that gets me most of the way there quickly.

It’s especially valuable in turning raw, unstructured insights into a polished, usable deliverable. It provides a clear baseline narrative that makes it easy to build and iterate without starting over, which is a big efficiency gain.

More broadly, it acts as a bridge between internal insights and external communication — taking information from tools like Glyphic and transforming it into something that can be shared with customers to support evaluation and decision-making.

When it’s used, the value is clear — it reduces time to answer and accelerates content creation. The opportunity is continuing to drive adoption so more users shift from searching and manual creation to leveraging the AI.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

At times, the output can require refinement to fully match the context or desired tone, so users may not always trust it as a final deliverable. Increasing consistency and confidence in the output would help drive broader adoption.

Letter AI is solving the problem of time and friction in both finding information and creating customer-facing content. Instead of searching across multiple tools or starting from scratch, I can quickly get answers or generate a structured output that gets me most of the way there.

For me, that means:

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

They are truly and AI first company. I looked at over 20 vendors and this one stood out for various reasons.  I was actually at the end of my evaluation when their SDR reached out to me via Linkedin Prospecting Video. I had immediate respect and took a meeting. From then on, the sales expereince was great and the support and onboarding has been seemless. I love how simple the UI is, which is one of the other reasons onboarding has felt like a light lift.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

All of my complains are so small they aren't even worth mentioning. They are quick to address a concern or help with integrations perhaps they don't have yet. All of my resets are small feature requests that don't impact my job. They roll out with new things all the time which is exciting.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main problem is that we have a small team with minimal resources. I was able to take a lot of my live teaching time and make it into self serve sessions which really was an instant use case for ROI. I love using all of hte ai coaching features daily. Content management is easy to understand and I love all of the analytics I get with it was well.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I find the AI agent overlay in Letter AI really helpful. It scrubs all the information available on the platform and provides my team concise answers based on objective truth and official sources, eliminating the need to search through Slack, emails, or asking others. I appreciate that the AI is integrated throughout, resulting in a much better search experience as it queries directly against files. The sales rooms allowed us to consolidate tools, before we had a CMS and a point solution just for sales rooms. Setting up Letter AI was much easier than I expected, thanks to its AI and metadata generation which made uploading files simple.   We had great support from the Letter CS team in getting everything up & running, particularly in migrating over our sales rooms and providing multiple trainings to the team on rollout.  The team has taken to it very quickly, I've heard a lot of great feedback about how helpful the agent is in finding quick answers to key questions and trying different approaches. We tried to move people toward asking Letter when they have questions before reaching out, and it's been successful so far.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The analytics are on the basic side, but they meet our needs.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I like Letter AI for its ease of use and the impressive effectiveness of the AI agent in returning accurate and strategic results. The speed of content creation is fantastic and really helps when we need to scale programming quickly, especially with tight deadlines. I appreciate the diversity of learning modalities that Letter AI offers, which has significantly improved our overall e-learning and practices. The Letter AI agent allows us as content creators and admins, as well as reps, to quickly get information about our products, processes, and positioning. It can tailor responses to unique customers, leveraging all the knowledge in our system. This functionality is beneficial for building new materials quickly and for reps to deal with planning and get fast answers. The value of Letter AI surpasses our previous system, particularly in services, functionality, customer support, and integrated AI capabilities. Additionally, the initial setup was manageable despite the large migration, with incredible support from the Letter Team.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The AI roleplay capabilities could be better. They seem slightly behind on AI roleplay tech from other companies. I'd like more ability to build scenarios with inputs like personal details, company details, objections, and goals as separate sections, rather than one massive paragraph. Also, it would be great if the bot persona wasn't just a picture of someone but an AI avatar similar to the feedback coach.

We use Letter AI to centralize content management and creation, solving our past content management search issues completely. It engages with natural language to provide strategic, tailored information and has allowed us to scale e-learning and practice faster. **What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I love our CSM, Michael, who has been an exceptional partner throughout our implementation and adoption of Letter AI. He's been instrumental in helping us navigate and resolve roadblocks quickly with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration. I appreciate the ease of finding content and the ability to use AI to learn more about our products. The strong deal rooms and mutual action plans are also features I like. The initial setup of Letter AI was pretty easy, which was a plus.

We've been working through some challenges with different integrations from other platforms, but the Letter AI team was a great partner in getting those resolved.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I have used LetterAI now at 2 different organizations. I took a 9-month hiatus and am blown away at how far it's advanced since I last used it. Letter has gone from a nice up and comer to an Enterprise-Ready platform which can help you eliminate your tech debt of LMS, CMS, Role Play, Deal Rooms and more.

The User Experience has received a complete overhaul, shifting from a backend-heavy admin focus to a fast, seamless, and user-centric interface. This usability upgrade is massive for adoption.

The pace of innovation is also a standout. I’ve watched the AI Role Plays and AI Avatars advance rapidly, becoming incredibly realistic and effective. Most importantly, the AI Copilot makes the platform truly interactive for reps; instead of just consuming static content, they have an "always-on" coach that provides personalized answers instantly. It transforms training from a passive requirement into an active, guided experience.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The blessing for some is a curse for others... Because Letter still focuses heavy customer-first attention... they still ship new features and improvements very quickly. This is a blessing for companies working in a rapidly changing environment, but it can sometimes be a challenge for legacy adopters who may not have a locked down change management policy in place. Mind you, these changes are customer requested not necessary enforced without customer feedback. It's a good problem to have, but the platform changes frequently."

1. Tool Consolidation & Cost Savings: The improved UX and deep analytics gave our Marketing and Learning teams the confidence to fully adopt Letter Ai as our primary source of truth. This allowed us to retire two other expensive legacy tools (Seismic and Beacon).

2. Speed of Collaboration: Marketing and Learning now work in the same place with in-app collaboration, allowing us to build and ship programs at rapid speed.

3. Streamlined Seller Experience: For our sellers, we solved the "app fatigue" problem. Instead of jumping between multiple resources to find training or content, they now have one consolidated customer journey experience. They don't have to move from app to app to go to market.

LetterAI unlocks massive efficiencies for our GTM Enablement team. The process of syncing content, curating learning pathways and designing role plays is effortless.

The platform has minor navigation inconsistencies, however these are easily overcome within a few clicks.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter AI is helping us scale enablement efforts for several GTM teams. It has given us the ability to design bespoke and global trainings at an incredible pace. We are currently using the LMS and CMS modules to equip the field with all of the information related to our product, market, and sales processes.

Prior to Letter AI we struggled with internal knowledge management, oftentimes creating friction for sellers. After implementing Letter AI, our GTM teams now have a single pane view into all approved content and learning activities to help them thrive. We have saved time, energy and resources by using the platform.

The sheer speed of implementation. As a PM, I usually brace myself for a "technical discovery" phase that lasts weeks, followed by a messy integration period. With LetterAI, that simply didn't happen. It was essentially plug-and-play. Our implementation team has also been so wonderful to work with!

The installation was so effortless! Beyond the setup, the intuitiveness of the platform is its superpower. My team didn't need a "training week" or a library of how-to videos. The UI is so clean and the logic is vey natural that they were building workflows and generating content within no time. It’s the first time I haven't had to "police" a new tool to get people to use it.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

There's so much potential to support every role within Revenue! It will take some time to really dial in on what makes the biggest impact at our company, but having all of the options is actually a plus. 

Nothing to dislike at the moment!

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating Implementation Bloat: We saved dozens of implementation hours because we didn't need a dedicated implementation lead or heavy IT support. The guides they have created were truly easy to read and easy to follow!

Curing "App Fatigue": Because it’s so intuitive, it became the "single source of truth" immediately. I don't have to chase people down to find the latest documentation, it's a one stop shop as a resource hub!

It's a tie between the customer service and the AI-native platform. The AI code base allows for rapid build and total flexibility. Features and functions are spun up in weeks, not months or years and they flat-out work.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

So far there are no major issues, just little tweaks to design that get improved daily.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter AI is supporting our teams in ways we never thought possible. We originally went with the platform to replace Seismic (we also evaluated Allego and HighSpot) for our CMS. The LMS capabilities are even better than the CMS ones and the AI bot excels - we've even seen employees asking it HR related questions ;) The whole platform allows us to deliver content and learning in multi-modal ways that we never could before. The digital sales room, deal hubs and mutual action plans are just next level for our sellers and will allow us to support our ideal selling environments.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

Its extremely intuitive to use and the customer support has been incredible! They made the implementation easy and helped us transfer off our old CMS and LMS. We've fully integrated our sales documentation and case studies into the product and heavily leverage it in our sales onboarding trainings and refreshes. The product team has also been incredibly responsive to product updates and feature requests quickly turning around improvements we wanted.

Nothing, the experience has been incredible since day 1!

Letter Ai is saving our company time and effort by making it easier to generate content for our users to train on and consume, helping us create and utilize our first deal rooms for sales and, and making it much easier to find and surface relevant content for prospecting. **What do you like best about Letter AI?**

Letter.ai quite literally changed my perception of sales enablement as I started engaging with the technology. Over the last 10 years or so of me using multiple sales enablement platforms, very few did much more than what a share drive was doing plus a few "nice to have" quality of life enhancements.

Letter.ai effectively took our content library and developed a really simple and intuitive way for our sellers to be able to not only find the content they need, but understand it, master it, and deploy it to buyers within my expected guidelines.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Letter.ai is moving at the pace of a standard AI company, and that sometimes comes with some features that may lack polish you'd expect from enterprise-grade companies. While it was never detrimental to user or buyer's experience, occasionally I'd encounter features that seemed more like beta releases rather than something I would stake a lot of my workflow on. Sometimes I'd discover an awesome new feature or hear about something, but would be apprehensive about fully adopting it due to some inconsistencies. It shows incredible thinking and a vision for the space, but AI companies are known for iterative deployment of adventuresome features that can cause you to adjust your timeline for full adoption.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter.ai helps our team explain what they're looking for and their objectives and the platform assists in surfacing the correct content or talking points. This is so much simpler and more effective than the hunt-and-peck method of simple folder structures (however, those are definitely necessary and have their own unique use cases).

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I really appreciate using Letter AI for creating sales rooms, which help me sell to customers. It's also great for our internal training and enablement. I find it really useful for creating content that I can share with customers and track who's engaging with it. The sales rooms feature is a nice touch, along with the AI coaches that give feedback on my demonstrations, helping me improve my presentation skills. I can practice as much as I want, which is great. The AI coaches are unique, providing analysis, feedback, and adaptive challenges that push me to get better. I also like how easy it is to create and duplicate sales rooms with templates, allowing me to manage my engagements effectively. The task tracker is a nice addition, making it easy to collaborate on complicated sales processes. Moreover, I can intelligently search and query internal documentation, which helps in keeping track of different materials. Lastly, the setup was extremely easy with SSO, making it ready to use as soon as I logged in.

Nothing.

I use Letter AI for creating sales rooms easily, sharing content, and tracking engagement. The AI coaches improve my presentation skills by providing feedback. It helps manage engagements with task tracking and organizes internal documentation.

I like Letter AI for its scalability and the use of AI. The AI is great for quickly generating content, allowing us to create detailed and comprehensive courses in a short amount of time. The initial setup was easy, which was a big plus for us and our CSM, Sam has been helpful in answering our questions.

I find it frustrating that you can't edit responses after submitting them, as I have to retype everything from scratch. Having an editable submission workflow would be a great improvement.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I really enjoy working with the Letter AI team; it's been the most enjoyable part of my experience because they are super responsive and eager to help. I also appreciate their innovation; it's impressive how quickly they act on our needs, building things out in real time based on what we need. The interactive modules are fantastic, especially for creating knowledge assessments, and they make the whole process very easy to use. The chat feature is really cool too. Plus, the initial setup was fairly easy, thanks to a tremendous amount of support from the Letter AI team.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The only part that I don't really love are the avatars that are available for the avatar led training sessions. Their voices are a little robotic and not as engaging as others I've used.

Letter AI is our trusted source of collateral, eliminating the need to search through multiple SharePoints and eliminates the risk of using or sharing outdated information. It has streamlined our process and sped up new hire training quite a bit.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I like that with Letter AI, people can engage in the language they find most comfortable, whether it's the spoken language or through interacting with the Letter agent. The platform offers a variety of ways for engagement, such as chatting with the agent, participating in role plays and coaching, or doing knowledge checks. There's something for everyone. The process of managing and deploying learning is much simpler and more straightforward compared to most other platforms. I also appreciate the native content creation tools, the quick deployment of learning paths, and the built-in, intuitive AI role play and coaching. We value the improved analytics, which help democratize access to data across the revenue organization.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Integrations are not quite as seamless as I'd like. A little bit better documentation would be helpful to share with our internal teams, and a better understanding of exactly how the integrations work would make things easier. It can be a bit challenging to get them set up on the front end, though they do work well once configured.

- Stacked with features that larger players will charge hundreds more for

- AI native and constantly providing new tools and features - sometimes weekly!
- Fantastic LMS tools that make making learning materials effortless
- Customer Support and Implementation is stellar - really easy to get off the ground and running
- Rapid response to game-breaking issues

I've purchased a number of enablement tools in the past and this is definitely up there for everything an Enablement professional needs to get kick-started. They're efficient, rapid with improvements and developments, clearly know how the pitfalls of other platforms like this, and are able to provide clear improvements, especially in my instance as a one-man enablement band. It's been a really streamlined process that I highly recommend - and for a fraction of the cost of the rest of the market.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Only two things: 1) as they are AI-native, there is of course a focus on all things AI as the important priority for their tool. What that does mean however is if you want to do something manually, or have a little human control over it, it can require a bit of a workaround to get going. We discussed this in our recent QBR and they're aware that as they scale, they're looking to add more of those manual overrides - which is a real positive for those control freaks like me! 

and 2) due to the newness of the product and the size of the company, at times non-essential bugs and product enhancements can take a little while to be actioned - but again, only the quality of life minor tweaks that don't impact the tool's ability to deliver.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSOT for our revenue team (CS and Sales) to get all the information they need on our products, platform, knowledge, pricing etc. Landing pages of information to centralise content. LMS and AI learning to help async education, formal learning paths and reduce time for Enablement to produce materials.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

The AI coach is just great for sales enablement and a great tool to have as an ID.  There other features that are also helpful in the day to day work, like dubbing videos and team calls, using the avatars to create short videos or creating the course outline/content. The support has been outstanding - high touch support. Also, they are responsive to feature requests and they have a clear roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Nothing that would stop me from recommending it - a bit of an identity crisis for the platform as it has a lot of functionalities e.g. you can use it as a CMS, you can use it as a LMS, or for content creation, or for RFPs and sales and so on. Easy integration with existing LMS would help when it comes to reporting and keeping track of completions.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

I enjoy their AI sales rooms, the auto-generation of metadata when uploading content, and how easy it is to search for and find content for reps. I also love the LLM-based features that accelerate learning content development. It has helped us generate quality learning opportunities with shorter turnaround times. The initial setup was very easy, especially compared to other times I've implemented a similar enablement platform. The Letter AI team supported us throughout the process. In fact, I have found Letter AI to be very responsive with their customer service, which has been a five-star experience. I'd highly recommend LetterAI.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

I've encountered minor kinks in the Letter AI platform. For example, a full integration with Google Drive at the folder level for content is something that was missing. But the feature is being built as we speak. These minor kinks are countered by the excellent customer service.

I like that Letter AI keeps all of our GTM content in one place, making it easily searchable and shareable. I appreciate their really advanced, AI-powered capabilities for both content and learning. I love the extremely sleek, useful, and advanced features compared to legacy LMS/CMS systems. Their customer service is outstanding and they quickly adapt the product to meet customer needs and feedback. I found their pricing more competitive, and the AI capabilities were the primary reason for our switch.

I don't have many issues with Letter AI. There are tiny little kinks and tweaks with certain aspects of the UI and capabilities that come up every now and then, but they are not work stopping-- and if they are, the team fixes them almost immediately once we report them. We are constantly working with the team on feedback and enhancements... I don't have complaints at this time.

The AI coach functionality is the main feature for which we got into Letter AI, but as an Instructional Designer I discover the ease of creating content fast or extracting information from multiple documents in one go. The platform really is all about making use of AI to make our jobs easier and faster. The team from Letter is super supportive and always listens to feedback and has a clear roadmap for implement future upgrades and new features. It's capabilities are huge but it also depends what specific needs you have. Kudos to Letter and team for delivering such a robust product.

There are still things that need improvement, like minor bugs, the ability to create videos with AI personas, or functionalities like copilot continuos conversations, but as I rased some of these concerns, the Letter team has added them on the list and are always eager to listen and incorporate the feedback into their future updates.

The high level of customization, especially for landing pages, really enhances our experience. I am grateful for the centralization of our sales enablement and learning content, which previously was scattered across various systems. This organization makes it much easier for sales reps to find what they need quickly, significantly increasing their likelihood to use it effectively. I find the generative AI capabilities exceptionally useful, especially the virtual assistant that helps create email templates and aids in competitive analysis. The content and learning libraries are invaluable for organizing and delivering internal training courses and storing assets for prospects and customers. Additionally, the integrations with platforms like SharePoint, Slack, and Gong are tremendously beneficial. These integrations help us manage our content, respond faster in Slack channels, and understand customer conversations better, all of which improve our team's efficiency. The number one thing about LetterAI is the fact that the platform is not built on generic AI, but instead it is trained and configured using our own content.  This enables the model to learn from our existing communication which in turn allows it to generate content that is accurate and on-brand from the start.  LetterAI has redefined how the Content Management and Learning Management spaces are defined.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Seeing as how LetterAI is still relatively new, there are a few initial kinks that come with an early stage product.  For example, something as small as the fact that content being worked on does not automatically save.  However, these issues are short lived.  The LetterAI team actively listens to feedback, iterates quickly and delivers fixes with a fast turnaround.  It is quite impressive how updates and new features are rolled out.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a sales enablement perspective, LetterAI is solving the challenge of 1. centralizing sales content and making it easily discoverable and usable for reps and 2. it helps reinforce best practices through AI coaching role plays.

Instead of content and messaging living in disconnected documents or inboxes, LetterAI analyzes and unifies that content into a single source of truth. Reps are able to easily surface content relevant to them and share this across to prospects and customers through their Digital Sales Rooms. The user experience is phenomenal making it very easy for reps to get a DSR up and going.  

The AI role playing is yet another phenomenal feature that allows reps to practice and be coached at scale.  Reps can practice conversations, objection handling, and responses using specific evaluation criteria.  The platform requires minimal input from the admin side which is also a huge time saver, allowing for quantity without sacrificing quality.

The AI for creating courses has significantly dropped our development time. From initial request to rollout, we can have a course ready in a week. The AI Coaching Role Plays are incredibly realistic. Being able to leverage recordings, content, and prompts to create these has led to feedback from our team that the training that they have received through Letter, as well as the role plays, are some of the best if not the best training that they have ever received. They shared that it this will help prepare the team better for customer conversations. We had an aggressive implementation timeline due to an expiring contract with Highspot, and while there were some bumps along the way, those were due to trying to get Letter rolled out to our GTM teams so quickly. The Letter team was there with us step by step making sure that we were able to deploy quickly and then adding addition integrations and what not after go live. The team is incredibly supportive and has made our jobs in enablement much easier.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Letter AI is a newer company so some features may not be readily available. That said, they are very open to feedback and regularly adding new feature requests from customers. They have been very quick to action on adding features that we've identified as necessary. Sometimes we run into some glitches here and there since the product is continuously evolving. Their engineering team is quick when the CSM submits a ticket for the issue we are having. The search function is something we have provided feedback on as not offering the best results and they are continuing to work on. There's also a behavior change getting reps used to using the bot vs. traditional search, which is not on Letter.

It is difficult to understate the impact Letter.AI has on traditional enablement - from content creation to content engagement and learning impact.  

Letter's native AI approach allows for improved speed to course creation, faster impact with AI simulations and better engagement via their AI agent.

The capabilities really allow enablement leaders to stretch and re-think what is possible from content taxonomy to how to focus on content engagement.

While we are still relatively new in our Letter.AI journey, we have yet to face something that we were not able to do - or do differently and often better.

Not only does the "Live" coaching tool make our execs' eyes bleed, but this tool gives me confidence that our teams are learning skills and searching the content we have selected as best-in-class material, and put it into any format typically used in a customer-facing success or selling role.

Challenge is integrating this new muscle into the day-in-the-life processes for our teams. Look forward also to the day it can build my media for me--slides, slicks, videos, not just slice and dice existing ones.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need our customer facing teams to deliver a strong collaborative face to any situation. This helps us go from, "Hmmm, let me get back to you..." to "Yeah, that's a great question, here's some approaches we recommend, can I send you some details on it?" We see this as boosting our impact on adoption and retention, with reduced cycle time, and increased knowledgeability and speed to answers.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

Our go-to-market teams were struggling to use Confluence and Slack to find the most relevant information and collateral, so we needed a way to help them quickly find the right content at the right time. Letter AI made it easy for us to connect our Confluence, Slack, and Google Drive (plus the option to manually upload materials as well) to surface those just-in-time insights for the entire company. The Slack integration alone has saved me countless hours responding to messages asking for the most recent sales deck or a solution brief!

While we started using Letter AI an easy-to-navigate content hub, their learning pathways became invaluable for us as during a year of major product launches. We were able to take existing materials and quickly turn decks, whitepapers, and internal documentation into bite-sized courses our teams found incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

Letter is still young, so may not have all the robust features you'd expect from a LMS. But the team is incredibly open to ideas and making sure we're able to get the most out of the solution. That's true partnership!

Quite simply, Letter AI helps our teams work better, smarter, and faster. Instead of spending hours trying to track down the right content for a sales call or a customer check-in, our go-to-market teams can easily explore the Knowledge Base we've created in Letter, or ask the Slack integration to help them find the information they need. 

For the product marketing and enablement teams, Letter AI has saved us time responding to requests for content, freeing up time for us to work on more critical, strategic tasks.

Content management - we now have one, easy to manage space to house and create all of our content, powered by AI

Learning - We can now roll out learning pathways and modules that we can not only create incredibly fast but also allows us to track completion and measure understanding in a way that we couldn't before. 

Coaching - Using AI coaching reps can now regularly sharpen their skills and test their knowledge without the need of our Managers to be on hand for in person roleplays when they are already at capacity.

Letter AI has been a game-changer for our sales enablement efforts. Its native AI capabilities allow me to generate a wide range of high-quality content at scale—everything from training materials and meeting summaries to fresh, customized pitch decks. The speed and accuracy with which it produces relevant, on-brand content have significantly boosted our productivity and creativity.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

While the core functionality is excellent, the user interface could be more streamlined. The additional tabs can feel cluttered and sometimes make navigation less efficient. As an admin, I’d also appreciate the ability to view content from a user’s perspective—this would help ensure consistency and quality across the team’s outputs.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letter AI is addressing one of our biggest challenges: enabling our sales and customer-facing teams to quickly access the right information at the right time. The Co-Pilot feature is especially powerful—it helps users effortlessly find internal documentation, training materials, and customer-ready collateral, all in one place. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency and accuracy in the content being shared externally. The ability to track usage and engagement with these materials adds another layer of value, giving us insights into what’s working and where we can improve. It’s a huge step forward in making our knowledge and content more accessible and actionable.

Huge leap in efficiency from what we were previously using. The copilot saves so much time and helps me get answers right away when clients are asking. It's easy to use, the Letter team is awesome, and the option for round-the-clock coaching is a game changer as a newer rep.

Right now I don't think we've unlocked its full potential. Can't see any downsides yet - a major upgrade from our prior enablement platform.

1. It used to take so long to find information and search was limited. The copilot is a game changer.
2. Coaching & feedback was manual, now reps can prep and practice at any time with the AI coaching

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

LetterAI is an easy to use platform with multiple key features for running successful enablement programs such as training development, content management, digital sales rooms and more. The 2 main features that stand out to me are their AI roleplays & AI Co-pilot.

AI roleplay gives revenue teams a chance to practice pitches, demos, and objection handling to perfect their craft and receive real-time feedback. We have gotten great reviews from our sales team highlighting how realistic the roleplay is. They also noted it as a preferred practice and certification method to live roleplays or simulations because it feels more natural.

AI Co-pilot is something newer we are rolling out as part of an initiative to make content easier to find. In the first few weeks, we have seen positive results across RFP research, competitive intelligence for pre-call prep, general questions during onboarding, and more. This has also gotten great feedback from our sales team because answers are comprehensive and timely with direct linking to relevant resources to explore further. 

On top of the great features, the LetterAI team's collaborative approach and rapid product enhancements make them a trusted partner.

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The training development functionality in LetterAI does not allow for much creativity from an Instructional Design perspective. I believe this will continue to improve over time as I have already seen improvements with new interactive features being added.

**What problems is Letter AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LetterAI is improving training development, content centralization and findability, onboarding, and pre-call preparation through AI roleplays. This makes our enablement programs more efficient and effective by allowing our revenue teams to get the information and practice they need during onboarding and beyond. Ultimately this allows our revenue teams to sell better & enablement to be a proactive partner instead of being bogged down by repeat questions and repetitive onboarding needs.

**What do you like best about Letter AI?**

It might be a bit obvious, but the best part about Letter AI is already in the name. The AI is a game changer. Letter's native AI interface and experience allows for enablement teams to increase productivity  by building trainings faster, creating content within a few clicks of a button, developing AI role plays, etc. - all of which would have taken days or weeks to do prior to the infusion of Letter AI into our tech stack. We were able to build 6 different multi-level certifications comprising 50+ individual modules in a matter of two weeks using Letter AI, where before this would have taken our team several months to accomplish. And the best part is that it is only going to get better!

**What do you dislike about Letter AI?**

The platform is still in it's early days so there are some minor areas where you may not get the robustness of one of the leading CMS providers - i.e. there are some reporting/analytics capabilities that require a bit of work to uncover. But the Letter team is incredibly responsive to all product feedback, and can have product updates shipped in a matter of hours/days!

Letter is helping by allowing a very small enablement team scale and increase productivity to meet the demands of a large sales team battling an ever-changing B2B tech environment.

It’s hard to decide what I love most about Letter AI—the incredible platform or the brilliant team behind it. I’ve yet to see another L&D solution that rivals the features and capabilities Letter AI brings to the table. It not only streamlines enablement creation but also enhances the learning experience for our end users. With standout features like AI roleplay, powerful analytics, and rapid enablement creation, it redefines how we approach training.

As an Instructional Designer, this platform has made my life so much easier—almost as easy as it is to use Letter AI! The intuitive design and efficiency it offers have transformed the way I create learning experiences.

One of my favorite features is the AI roleplay, which provides learners with a safe, simulated environment to practice real-world interactions—unlocking limitless possibilities for skill development.

What truly sets Letter AI apart, though, is the team. They are not just innovative but also incredibly responsive, implementing critical feedback at record speed. Every time I think they’ve outdone themselves, they raise the bar even higher!
