I really enjoy using Paperflite because it's pretty simple and easy to utilize in my day-to-day correspondence with my customers and prospects. I particularly like the tool that allows me to monitor how the recipients of my emails are interacting with the text I've sent them, which informs how my future correspondence will transpire with each individual. The most significant feature for me is tracking when the email is opened and how often the recipient interacts with the text that was sent to them.
