# The experience your prospect craves, the structure your reps need and the visibility and execution criteria your leadership team requires

```
Every enterprise sales leader is asked the same question: where do you invest to make the motion better, not just bigger? For us, Accord was one of those investments, and it paid off. Since we rolled it out across Enterprise, our win rate on qualified new business is up by about a third.
What sold me is that it scales without depending on heroics. Every enterprise opportunity gets an Accord automatically at stage 2, and every rep runs it the same way. We built that into our process instead of relying on individual habits, so a new hire runs a deal the way our best reps do from day one.
Buyers notice the difference. They go to the Accord first because it's where the plan, the materials, and the next steps live. Our process stopped being something we do to buyers and became something we run with them.
When I look at where to put the next dollar and the next hour of enablement, I look for tools that make good execution the default. Accord does exactly that.
I’ve found Accord really helps keep mutual action plans, milestones, owners, and timelines in one place, which makes follow-ups more organized and keeps both customers and internal stakeholders aligned across multiple accounts. It adds clearer accountability and gives me better visibility into deal progress so renewals and expansion conversations stay structured. The main gap for me is workflow flexibility, since customizing action plans for different sales motions can take manual effort.
One thing that’s stood out for me is the support team: they’re extremely responsive and will get in the weeds not just to resolve issues, but to help shape strategy around how to use the product. We’ve leaned heavily on the project management module to run dozens of implementations, often starting as POCs in the same workspace and then transitioning smoothly once contracts are signed. That structure has really improved organization and collaboration from top of funnel through customer.
