What do you like best about CS Professional Suite?

You have your tax software, your recordkeeping software, your accounting software, and your help software all in one place. Being able to log in to one thing and having what you need at your fingertips is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CS Professional Suite?

It seems that every year when we install the new software on our office computers something goes wrong. It's not usually a hard fix but just taking the time to correct the issues is money wasted. I do not like that they new outsource their phone call center help. When I call I need someone to answer who knows the product and can help me fix it quickly. Recommendations to others considering CS Professional Suite:

I highly recommend CS Professional Suite. Working in a smaller office it keeps everyone connected and on the same page. We all have the same programs on our desktops and can move from office to home smoothly. We mainly use UltraTax CS and FileCabinet CS for our accounting practice. The "A la Carte" options for the programs they have available make it easy for us to only pay for the programs we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CS Professional Suite?

CS Professional Suite is a very beneficial application in allocating the billing detail with a full authentic approach. This software can track time with amazing results. Hence, it provides the client portal with greater efficiency than before. Nothing is more prominent in staff management than this application. I can find real-time management with strong support from the application to allocate multiple promotions. What do you dislike about CS Professional Suite?

This application might get slow because of the traffic on the system so, there should be some powerful management to control the programs in segregation and providing the individual detail about the folders. CS Professional Suite is a very useful application in managing invoices and production revenue with a strong back feed. The application is full of good and supportive features to run our system. We are highly obsessed with its invoice and account management. The chances of error become minimal while dealing with this tool. The promotions can be done with excellent supportive ideas and our staff can watch for further detailing for their efficiency. I hate having to change my passwords every few months and I can never use the exact same password, ever. Which is very difficult to remember, since I'm on my 9th or 10th password now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommend this product especially for payroll. I run our company payroll with this Accounting CS product within the suite and it is very easy. I learned to use it after running only 1 payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CS Professional Suite?

I love how easy it is to use. Also, the results are very detailed and influential is our lending decision to customers. I have developed a Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CS Professional Suite?

I don't like how sometimes tax lien information is not accurate. It will list that they have outstanding tax liens, but when we verify the tax liens using another source, sometimes there are no results.Also, sometimes the results will show criminal history with no additional information. In most cases, I can go to the state's criminal database and search for the information. However, in states like North Carolina, you are unable to obtain additional information. Doesn't compete as well against LexisNexis, to be honest. Creating a point system like LN does would be a great idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CS Professional Suite:

Seriously adding a point system the way other products have done so would change so much for your site. People will use it way more. For example, if you create a point system for WestLaw or Bloomberg and let each search used on that site amount to 10 points students can later turn into a gift or gift card, your product would be so much better.
