What I like best about QuickBooks Online is how easy it makes managing my company's finances in one place. I can track income and expenses, reconcile bank accounts, generate profit and loss statements and balance sheets, manage accounts receivable and payable, and prepare financial reports. It saves time, improves accuracy, and helps me monitor the company's financial performance in real time. One thing I dislike about QuickBooks Online is that certain features can be hard to navigate, especially when I’m dealing with more complex accounting tasks like correcting transactions or reconciling accounts. I’ve also found that some reports take extra customization before they show the exact information I need. On top of that, the subscription costs can add up as the business grows. Overall, it’s a useful accounting tool, but smoother navigation, more flexible reporting options, and stronger customer support would make the experience even better.
