The same can be said for any payment entered manually such as a bank wire or card payment. - The system has what I have started calling 'ghost' users. Sometimes the system does not entirely close out a user when they exit the system. This ghost prevents the user from logging in the next time. The only fix is to restart the computer. - PO system is extremely basic and requires a lot of configuration. We used to use the desktop version but have since switched to the cloud/online version, and now it can be accessed online from anywhere, so having it on the cloud is good. I have never had any problems that I can't solve by looking at the training videos or through the customers service email. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Free?** I would say the only downside to QuickBooks is that it takes a longer amount of time to process the payroll and to direct deposit into our staff and employee's banks.
