
I like that it’s so user-friendly once you get the hang of it, and that it helps non-accounting-savvy people (like me) easily keep track of their books and finances. Especially for a sole proprietor like myself, it makes it so easy to implement and integrate into my weekly and daily business routines. Each week, 1-2 times per week, I log into Xero, reconcile all the transactions in my accounts and cards, and can rest easy knowing that my records are done, clean, and accurate! The only downsides about Xero is that the the user interface is a little clunky, not as sleek. There also could be more tutorials or "help" features to make onboarding and getting used to the program easier. Though of course I haven't consulted much of the customer support, so I'm sure they would be more than happy to help me walk through any issues or questions I have!
