Customer Support is very good as you receive a dedicated account manager/support rep. **What do you dislike about finally?** Integration with Quickbooks still needs work. Transactions sync, along with receipts - so that's nice, but you have to do so manually for each transaction (or batch). You also have to update each transaction manually with the correct QB expense category before syncing. But you should be able to quickly set up spending categories (QB accounts) by vendor the same way Quickbooks does it. I'm having it be decreased on me for no reason even though we've been paying on time and taking care of our obligation towards everything. When they say it's algorithm, why? That's kinda insane to me. If someone's had good history of payments, why are you penalizing them for that? To me, it's a kind of foolish overall. Just because your algorithm doesn't work properly.
