"Instant Notifications Keep Me Organized and Informed"
What do you like best about finally?

I like that I receive a text when my card is used, which reminds me that I need to upload a receipt. It also keeps me up to date on my month subscriptions. I also like that I can type in a memo if the receipt doesn't already have information about my purchase. I LOVE that I don't have to keep a physical copy of my receipt. What do you dislike about finally?

"Effortless Receipt Submission Makes Expense Tracking a Breeze"
What do you like best about finally?

The submission of receipts (text or app) is the best thing about Finally. Easy to use interface and easy to request additional payment cards(virtual or physical). Customer Support is very good as you receive a dedicated account manager/support rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about finally?

Integration with Quickbooks still needs work. Transactions sync, along with receipts - so that's nice, but you have to do so manually for each transaction (or batch). You also have to update each transaction manually with the correct QB expense category before syncing. But you should be able to quickly set up spending categories (QB accounts) by vendor the same way Quickbooks does it. "Helpful Cashback but Flawed Credit Handling"
What do you like best about finally?

I like that Finally provides cashback rewards, which are very helpful. The ability to do our spending as needed and pay it off in a net 30 type of experience is something I appreciate. What do you dislike about finally?

I think it's really bad that you guys have a bad algorithm of how to handle the credit limit. I'm having it be decreased on me for no reason even though we've been paying on time and taking care of our obligation towards everything. When they say it's algorithm, why? That's kinda insane to me. If someone's had good history of payments, why are you penalizing them for that? To me, it's a kind of foolish overall. Just because your algorithm doesn't work properly. What do you like best about finally?

I like the simplicity behind Finally. Everything is tied to your phone number, allowing you to submit receipts and memos directly associated with the charge fast and efficiently. Finally also has a very user-friendly interface that makes the web system easy for users to navigate. The fact that your card is tied to your phone and instantly asks you to submit a receipt and memo is incredibly convenient. What do you dislike about finally?

The only issue I have ever run into with Finally is receiving two transaction texts at the same time. When you receive two at the same time, you are only able to submit receipts and memos to the most recent transaction. What do you like best about finally?

I use Finally as a company card, and it helps me cover work expenses when I'm out in the field. I like that I can upload receipts for expenses via text immediately after a purchase. This feature is extremely useful because it allows me to capture and submit receipts instantly while I'm on the go. Since I'm often moving between jobs or meeting customers, I don't always have time to log into an app or upload docs manually. Being able to text a photo helps me stay organized, prevents lost receipts, and keeps my expense records accurate. It makes the card much more valuable, saves time, and keeps me compliant with our accounting team. The initial setup of Finally was very easy, and I would give it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation. What do you like best about finally?

I love how Finally simplifies the management of corporate credit cards by offering an intuitive interface for assigning cards to employees and controlling card usage effectively. I'm impressed by the ability to activate or deactivate cards with ease, which provides me with great flexibility in managing expenses. The convenience of having employees receive a text to send a picture of their receipts, which then consolidates in one place, significantly enhances our expense tracking process. This feature streamlines administrative tasks and ensures that all transaction records are easily accessible and organized. The initial setup of Finally was very easy, making the transition from using a regular bank credit card smooth and efficient. I appreciate Finally for providing better control over cards and expenses than my previous solution with Bank of America. I am very confident in recommending Finally to friends and colleagues, giving it a perfect score of 10 for its effectiveness and user-friendly features. I found the back office bookkeeping aspect of Finally particularly problematic. It seems to have caused significant issues with my QuickBooks integration, leading to a situation where I had to hire someone to straighten out my books and file an extension on my taxes due to the confusion it created. I wish Finally would offer more competitive terms and cashback to compare with well-established cards like Capital One. With Capital One, you can get fifty-five days of float plus a 2% cashback, which helps offset the typical 2.9% finance fee. What do you like best about finally?

I like that we can easily keep track of all of our employee's spending. It's great to be notified every single time someone spends money with a company card, which has allowed me to have employees return unnecessary purchases quite a few times already. The initial setup of Finally was incredibly easy, which was a big plus. We use Finally to organize our process, eliminating the need to go through piles of receipts.
