"Effortless Accounting and Collaboration with QBO"
What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

1. Simplifies accounting dramatically

Many users say QBO “made running the business much simpler” — invoices, expenses, cash flow, and reconciliations all in one place.

2. Cloud-based flexibility

Access your books anywhere — ideal for remote workers, digital nomads, and multi-location teams.

3. Excellent bank integrations & automation

Real-time bank feed sync, automatic categorization, recurring transactions, and audit-friendly workflows.

4. Strong reporting and financial dashboards

Balance sheets, P&L, cash-flow insights, customer/project tracking — helpful for both business owners and accountants.

5. Easy collaboration

Multiple users, accountant access, and secure sharing make it great for bookkeeping teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

1. Can feel slow or heavy with large data volumes

Some users report lag or loading issues when handling big transaction sets.

2. Costs can escalate quickly

Premium features, payroll, additional users, and add-ons increase the subscription beyond the base price.

3. Limited advanced accounting features

Inventory, complex workflows, and industry-specific functions sometimes require workarounds.

4. Support quality varies

Several users mention inconsistent or difficult interactions with customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Accounting Solution for SMEs"
What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

QuickBooks stands out for being easy to use and for offering strong automation. The interface is intuitive, it’s straightforward to handle invoicing, track expenses, and complete bank reconciliations even if you’re not an accountant. Features like bank feeds and auto categorization save a lot of time by cutting down on manual data entry. I also like the real time financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet), which supports faster, more informed decision making. On top of that, its broad integration ecosystem and cloud accessibility make it a flexible, convenient option for small to mid-sized businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

The biggest drawbacks for me are pricing and scalability. Subscription costs can rise quickly as you add more users or enable advanced features. It can also feel somewhat limited for more complex accounting needs, such as advanced inventory, multi entity consolidation, or deeper customization. Another concern is occasional performance lag when working with large datasets. Customer support quality can be inconsistent, and certain workflows like making corrections or managing audit trails feel less flexible than in more robust ERP systems. "User-Friendly for Daily Tasks, But Complex Features Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

What I like most about Intuit QuickBooks is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It makes day-to-day tasks like invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts manageable. I also appreciate how easy it is to pull reports quickly and intergration with excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

I sometimes find it a bit clunky and unintuitive, especially for more complex tasks. Navigating between different features can feel slower than necessary, and customizing reports or workflows can be more complicated than it should be. Also, occasional software glitches or updates that change the layout can be frustratin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Powerful—QuickBooks Streamlines Financial Management"
What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

What I like most about Intuit QuickBooks is how user-friendly it is while still being very powerful. It makes day-to-day tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and reporting efficient and easy to manage. I also appreciate how customizable the reports are and how well it integrates with other tools, which really helps streamline workflows and keep financials organized and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

One thing I dislike about Intuit QuickBooks is that some features are limited depending on the subscription level, so you often need upgrades to access tools that would be helpful day to day. It can also lag at times, especially with larger files, and certain reports or workflows aren’t as intuitive as they could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An excellent accounting software with minimal report customisation"
What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

It offers bookkeeping and makes the process easier by including invoice preparation and BRS inventory management, all within an easy-to-use interface. Even someone new to the system can adapt quickly. Its cloud-based functionality has been especially helpful, allowing me to work comfortably from either my home laptop or the office. So Usage is regular mostly use it daily evn in holiday time urgent work.Collaboration with our vendors is also straightforward; when a vendor creates an invoice for us, we can simply accept it and use it right away. Additionally, the pricing adjusts according to our business needs, which has also been beneficial for my friend who does freelancing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

The first thing I dislike is the customer support. It often doesn't meet our requirements, and when we need to implement something, their response is sometimes too slow. This delay can be quite frustrating, and at times, the support is unresponsive, which has left us feeling exhausted. Additionally, we are unable to generate reports according to our own analytics needs. While there are some reports available, they are limited, and creating custom reports is confusing and not straightforward for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

It is easy to use and set up and integrates with many different software platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is terrible and it actively tries to compete with accountants and bookkeepers who are their main support and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Accounting with Room for Dashboard Improvement"
What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

I like Intuit QuickBooks for its bank reconciliation feature where I can integrate my bank account, and all the bank feeds are automatically updated. This makes the reconciliation of accounts accurate and updated. I also find it quite modern and user-friendly to use, which makes it easy to understand. The initial setup was very easy for me, thanks to the tutorial video provided by QuickBooks, which I watched and followed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

I think Intuit QuickBooks could do better if they improve their dashboard as currently it's not catchy enough. Instead of showing everything, the dashboard can be customized to show specific things using filters like for bank statements, invoices, or sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable for Nonprofit Accounting with Some Setup Challenges"
What do you like best about Intuit QuickBooks?

I love the import feature in Intuit QuickBooks, which allows me to import Excel spreadsheets after formatting them appropriately. This feature is incredibly useful for my work, especially when managing multiple transactions like salaries and expenses, as it facilitates batch import and simplifies large data management. Additionally, QuickBooks is tremendously helpful in nonprofit accounting because it makes it easy to import journal entries from Excel spreadsheets. This helps keep track of balance sheets and statements of activity efficiently. I find QuickBooks incredibly easy to use and navigate, especially after learning its functionalities. It simplifies finding reports and overall financial management, which is essential for my role working with 20 different nonprofits. The ease of keeping up with finances and generating reports by customer or class further underscores its usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit QuickBooks?

I am not a big fan of the new updates that QuickBooks has made. The software seems to have slowed down considerably because of these changes. Transitioning from report to report takes more time than it used to, which is frustrating. Additionally, the new interface makes it more difficult to find everything I am looking for, as it requires more searching than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
