Codility environment, especially Java + Junit feature which I hardly see on any other coding platforms.

Template and theme, Question description, example test cases, ease of use. The most helpful feature is the problem description, availability of languages, platform support and stability. The lessons and challenges are not straightforward. The way it describes the lesson is good. It is really helping the Software Engineers, Student and Senior Software Engineer who have some disconnected gaps in problem solving, DS and Algorithms. Good tool for pair programming interviews. Introducing Autocomplete feature would have been better for few languages. Autocompletion has been enabled for few languages for other platforms like hackerrank which is helpful and appreciated during timebound tasks. The platform is a proper environment for understanding better the future colleagues. Of course, you can measure yourself, your team or you can seek improvement areas, nevertheless, in a quite ergonomic environment there is the possibility of doing tests.
