Recommendations to others considering Codility:

Great platform for virtual hiring which would save considerable time and cost. It is easy to access and user-friendly. We can rely on this tool for end to end recruitment activities.

Tool is user friendly and enables to take face to face discussions, live code session which is very useful to gauge key resulting areas of an individual . Tool also has dashboard to track recruitment progress, to download test reports.

Tool also gives analytical view of your team with matrices and graphical views which helps an organization to arrive at best solution and strategies which is apt for business decisions. Business can track its progress monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Its been 2 plus years we are relying on codility, so far my team had best experience with recruitment activities. In pandemic year tool was really helpful fill the positions remotely and with lesser time.

I happen to hear that Codility is shortly getting integrated with Workday. I look forward to work on integrated tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Codility solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Codility?

Codility environment, especially Java + Junit feature which I hardly see on any other coding platforms.

Template and theme, Question description, example test cases, ease of use. The most helpful feature is the problem description, availability of languages, platform support and stability. The lessons and challenges are not straightforward. The way it describes the lesson is good. It is really helping the Software Engineers, Student and Senior Software Engineer who have some disconnected gaps in problem solving, DS and Algorithms. Good tool for pair programming interviews. Judges the candidate agility and ability in terms of core skills and time management and though process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Codility?

Introducing Autocomplete feature would have been better for few languages. Autocompletion has been enabled for few languages for other platforms like hackerrank which is helpful and appreciated during timebound tasks. Data structure problems training material and assessment, dynamic programming, arrays, bit manipulation.
