What problems is Codility solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a new recruitment world where all candidates claim to have all skills, it is a big piece of mind to know the Codility will screen them for you. Codility not only screens but the biggest benefit for me is that it gives our teams a chance to partner with recruitment and create a test tailored to our requirement and not use a standard available pre-made test. Codilitys proctored system is also very alert in flagging plagiarism during the evaluations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Codility?

Very user-friendly, easy to choose the test, and the report is very detailed. The consultant & support are very fast response, and we love how Codility provides a Sales Engineer who can help us design test based on job description. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Codility?

Missing the advanced proctoring feature, can't download report per batch invitation (both PDF & excel report) - would be helpful if we can download report per batch. Our candidates like the online environment/IDE in HackerRank better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
