Slightly incomprehensive test reports (eg. little to no indications/explanations for plagiarism when a result gets flagged for plagiarism). The support from Codility is excellent. We had a couple of training and feedback sharing sessions which Codility positively and promptly addressed. Nothing to dislike. A couple of technical glitches, but they took care of them on time. It has come as a helping hand and allowed us to continue our hiring in the smooth way possible. It might not work well in poor bandwidth situations, so if we can have a way to control video quality, that will be a nice feature to have. Otherwise, no complaints. Their editor's fine-grained tracking and care in selecting problems whose solutions are not online, among other features, provide a good defense against cheating.

They have many problems of different kinds and difficulty levels, so I can carefully aim for the correct level in our testing.

They support many different languages with their tests.
