Recommendations to others considering Codility:
I've heard many candidates using other portals such as Leetcode and HackerRank for their coding assessments, but Codility has been by far the easiest to use in terms of administering coding tests, as well as navigating the user interface. I also like the scoring display and reports, which are clear and concise, and helps capture the most important aspects of a candidate's performance in a single digestible reading. If you are an HR executive dealing with a large volume of candidates, Codility's ease of use will really save you plenty of time and effort in filtering candidates out by skill set and performance, and also gives plenty of insights for you to share tips and pointers for improvements to candidates themselves, giving these candidates a wholesome interview experience overall.
