Codility is an excellent tool for assessing the coding skills of potential candidates. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it simple to view the candidate's steps in developing their solutions. Out of all the platforms, Codility is the most user-friendly technical screening tool I have used. To summarize, the pros are the following:

1. Testbank provides a plethora of options.

2. Report cards are provided in detail.

3. Tracks and informs tests that have been leaked/outdated.

4. The Customer Developer Manager and the Customer Success Manager (Marie-Louise Lipp) are very supportive and responsive. Personally, I think this is the ultimate factor that enhanced the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have received some complaints from the Hiring Managers because scorecards can only be written right after the interview. It would be great if the reviewers can edit/write the scorecard without any limitations. Also, it would be great if we could send CodeLive tests (via Greenhouse) other than the whiteboard format.
