Out of all the platforms, Codility is the most user-friendly technical screening tool I have used. To summarize, the pros are the following:

1. Testbank provides a plethora of options.

2. Report cards are provided in detail.

3. Tracks and informs tests that have been leaked/outdated.

I have received some complaints from the Hiring Managers because scorecards can only be written right after the interview. It would be great if the reviewers can edit/write the scorecard without any limitations. Also, it would be great if we could send CodeLive tests (via Greenhouse) other than the whiteboard format. Codility makes it pretty easy to test the developer's abilities in multiple languages, as well as using simple text for pseudo programming. I think the only thing I had a problem with was that sometimes the calls weren't too proper. Also, it misses the background image feature of Teams and Zoom.
