What do you like best about CleverTap?

Clevertap has been an important tool for us in terms of retention and engagement strategy its capabilities for the Automated journey and in-depth functionality help us improve the communication and strategy with the customer. Its Advanced segmentation, campaign functionality, and real-time data help us better analyze customer trends. What problems is CleverTap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clevertap helps us solve a lot of issue in helping us manage customer behaviour and detailed segmentation with functionalities like Events, Creating user funnel, Trends, Pivots, and Flows which gives us better insights in decision making with omnichannel like WhatsApp, web push, App push, sms, Emails. Additionally to all this the cohorts help us understand the customer pattern over multiple revenue channels and segmentation like RFM segments can help us treat customers based on the intentand it makes easy for the brand to optimize the marketing channel and remarketing strategy.
