What do you dislike about CleverTap?

I can’t run two completely different campaigns—with unique titles and creatives—on the same audience segment at once. that means i have to finish one test before i can launch the next, which slows me down. it’d be awesome if cleverTap let me test multiple versions side by side so i can optimize faster. Clevertap is one stop solution for all kind of D2C brands. Clevertap has been an important tool for us in terms of retention and engagement strategy its capabilities for the Automated journey and in-depth functionality help us improve the communication and strategy with the customer. Its Advanced segmentation, campaign functionality, and real-time data help us better analyze customer trends. Journey Editing and Personalization: The ability to edit journeys and personalize them based on past behavior segments is required but currently not possible.

Limited Flexibility: There is less flexibility when editing journeys. Additionally, we need a sunset option for stopping a journey so that those who are currently in it can complete their journey before exiting.
