"seamless mobile testing with API Integration"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

it provide a wide range of iOS and android devices with various version, even the process of uploading the apks or app file is very smooth, even the UI of the device layout is classic and user friendly, it also help me to reduce the testing time as i map the browserstack api over the jenkin job which auto trigger the test part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

we are using the share browser stack , so over the peak times when all are using it, it provide the slowness over the testing, even there is difficult to debug over the devices as the log ui is still to old not able to retrieve ios logs correct mode to read. "Comprehensive Testing with Seamless Setup"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack mostly for testing browser responsiveness and viewing how web pages or mobile apps look on different devices. It resolves responsive issues and saves us from the cost of buying multiple devices for testing. I like that BrowserStack has more features beyond responsive testing; even though I haven't fully used them, I've noticed their availability. It excels in cross-browser and cross-device testing, providing stable connections which are helpful for manual testing. Additionally, the initial setup is straightforward and quick, and the responsive testing is better compared to other tools we've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I experience occasional slowness and lag with BrowserStack. The session time limits can be a bit restrictive. I also feel that the documentation could be better for understanding the features and how to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have Tool for QA Teams"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The best thing about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without the need to maintain a physical device lab. At Kudzu, we use it daily for both manual and automation testing. It’s extremely easy to use, and the interface is clean and intuitive. The integration with automation tools like Selenium and CI/CD pipelines (like Jenkins or GitHub Actions) is smooth and reliable. I also appreciate the wide range of real devices and browser combinations available, which helps us ensure high-quality releases across platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

While BrowserStack is a great tool overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, real device sessions take a bit longer to connect, especially during peak hours. Some features, like advanced debugging tools or logs, could be more detailed — particularly when running automation tests. Also, pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams or startups, especially if you need access to multiple users or parallel sessions. But these are relatively minor issues compared to the value it provides overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Accessibility Testing with Clear, Actionable Reports"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack’s accessibility testing makes it easy to run scans on real websites without heavy setup. The Website Scanner quickly highlights common WCAG issues like color contrast, missing labels, and ARIA problems. I like that scans can be run across multiple pages, helping catch issues beyond just a single screen. The reports are easy to understand and clearly explain what’s wrong and why it matters. Combining automated scans with manual testing on real browsers makes accessibility checks part of regular QA, not an afterthought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Automated scans don’t cover all accessibility scenarios; manual validation is still required. The Website Scanner can produce repetitive issues across pages, which adds noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great variety and ease of use with excellent performance"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Diversity of devices, ease of use, and latency of the devices. They barely have lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The biggest disadvantage I see is the price, as it is relatively high, although the quality of the product might justify this cost. However, what bothers me most about the price is that a separate license is required for each product, like live, automate, percy, accessibility,... it would be nice to have a license that includes several functions in a single license, even if it has limitations for small businesses and startups. A greater variety of Android devices would also be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Effortless UI Testing and Debugging"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

As a frontend/React developer, it really saves time when validating UI, date/time issues, responsiveness, and browser-specific bugs without needing multiple physical devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Occasional slowness or session lag, especially during peak hours or when using real mobile devices.

Session timeouts / disconnections can interrupt longer debugging sessions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Cross-Browser Testing, Smooth Selenium Integration"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I love real device and real browser testing with BrowserStack because it gives me confidence that the application behaves just as users experience it, not just in emulators. The seamless Selenium integration is fantastic, as it integrates easily with my Java + Selenium setups, which saves setup time. I also really appreciate the ability to run multiple tests in parallel, which significantly reduces regression execution time, especially during sprint releases. The stable and consistent test runs mean fewer flaky failures compared to locally managed environments. I find the quick environment availability very convenient since there's no need to install or manage different browser versions, drivers, or devices. The debugging tools, such as logs, screenshots, and video recordings, are incredibly useful, making it much easier to analyze failures and report defects accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Limited free usage and higher pricing can be challenging for small teams or individual testers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Testing with Real Devices"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I really like how BrowserStack makes cross-browser testing so easy and convenient. It allows me to test my projects across different browsers, operating systems, and devices without needing to install or maintain anything locally. The ability to run real-time tests on actual devices, especially mobile ones, is a game-changer. It feels much more reliable than using emulators or simulators. The platform is also intuitive, so I don’t have to spend too much time setting things up. I can just focus on testing and debugging, making the whole process faster and smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

One thing that could be improved with BrowserStack is the occasional lag during live testing on remote devices, especially when testing on mobile browsers. While the overall experience is smooth, sometimes the responsiveness isn’t as fast as I’d like, especially when running tests with heavy pages or on lower-end devices. Another area for improvement would be the pricing. While it’s a great tool, it can be a bit expensive for smaller teams or solo developers. More flexible pricing options or lower-cost plans would make it more accessible for everyone. Lastly, some of the device and browser configurations aren’t always up-to-date with the latest versions, which can be a bit frustrating if you need to test with the most recent releases right away. "Elevated Our Testing Efficiency with Intuitive Tools"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I use BrowserStack for mobile automation, mobile apps manual testing, browser automation, and analytics. It helps us to run our mobile and web automation suites remotely and shows great reports. The wide range of real devices makes manual testing easy to replicate real user conditions. I like its reporting, documentation, UI, and the wide range of devices. The reporting shows build-wise pass failures and includes AI analysis, which helps me identify issues. I can easily search for any use case in the documentation, and they support a good number of iOS and Android devices. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Nothing about this product disappoints me; everything is good, and the support provided by the team is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Cross-Browser Testing with Real Device Access"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I really like BrowserStack's real device and browser testing in the cloud. It's fast and reliable, which is awesome, and it eliminates the need for maintaining physical devices. This makes it super easy to catch cross-browser issues early and ensures a consistent user experience. By testing on actual devices and browsers, I get to see how users truly experience the product, including performance issues and browser-specific quirks. Access to real devices and a wide range of browsers helps my team catch those hard-to-reproduce bugs and allows us to have a faster turnaround on cross-platform tests without managing hardware. The setup was pretty straightforward; for manual testing, I could start almost immediately just by logging in. I also find that BrowserStack consistently delivers reliable real-device and cross-browser testing, which saves significant setup time and improves release confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack could be improved: Session speed & occasional lag: At times, real device sessions can feel slightly slow, especially during peak usage. Pricing: For small teams or individuals, the cost can feel on the higher side compared to local or limited testing tools. Queue times: Popular devices or browsers may have short wait times before a session starts. Learning curve for automation: While powerful, setting up automated tests and integrations can take some initial effort for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
