"Bluedot – smart and a real time-saver for my meetings."
What do you like best about Bluedot?

I love how Bluedot automates meeting notes and action items without any manual setup. It records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings seamlessly with no need to invite a bot or press “record.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

Sometimes the meeting transcription needs a bit of editing, especially when multiple people talk at once or have strong accents. The free plan has some limits on meeting volume, which can be restrictive for teams with frequent calls. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the value Bluedot provides. "Bluedot helps our team stay aligned during fast-moving production meetings"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

Bluedot captures complex discussions and turns them into clean, structured summaries that my leadership team can act on immediately. In entertainment, things shift quickly — scheduling, production timelines, creative updates — and Bluedot makes it easy for everyone to stay updated without relying on manual notes. The clarity of the action items is the feature I value most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

At times the transcript needs a small clean-up when multiple people speak at once, but it’s minor and easy to edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bluedot enhances meeting productivity and team alignment"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

What I like best about Bluedot is how it simplifies communication after meetings. It automatically captures and summarizes discussions with impressive accuracy, which helps ensure everyone leaves with the same understanding of next steps. For HR and leadership meetings, this level of clarity is essential — it saves time and reduces the back-and-forth follow-ups that used to slow things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

The only area that could be improved is the speaker tagging. It occasionally labels participants as “Speaker A” or “Speaker B,” so we have to make small edits afterward. Otherwise, it’s a very smooth experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bluedot helps us move faster and stay aligned"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

What I like best about Bluedot is how it turns every meeting into clear, actionable notes without slowing the team down. It captures discussions accurately and summarizes them in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand. I also like that it runs quietly in the background — it keeps our creative meetings natural and focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

Speaker tagging could be improved — sometimes it labels people as “Speaker A” or “Speaker B.” It’s not a big issue, but worth refining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, Secure, Bot-Free AI Note Taker"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

The most convenient thing about Bluedot would have to be its no-bot approach to recording. For context - I work in a dynamic fintech environment, so that’s a huge asset to keep meetings streamlined. The transcription quality is consistently on point, even with diverse accents or fast-paced conversations. I also appreciate how seriously they take data privacy. It’s clear the tool is designed with security in mind, which in turn gives us a peace of mind when handling sensitive discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

I can't say there's anything I really dislike, but it would be great (especially in my line of work) to have an analytics dashboard that shows meeting trends or follow-up rates. Aside from that, I’m happy with how Bluedot handles CRM-integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for keeping client and internal meetings clear and organized"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

What I like most is how Bluedot breaks down fast conversations into structured, easy-to-read summaries. In marketing, calls usually jump between campaign ideas, budgets, feedback, and next steps — Bluedot captures all of that without missing the important parts. It lets me stay focused on the client instead of taking notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

Sometimes the tool labels speakers generically, so I need to tweak that afterward, but it doesn’t affect the overall accuracy of the notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It can not be easier"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

The simplicity is impressive—just a single easy click and your meeting is saved. There are no complicated configurations or too many menu options and buttons to deal with. To the point that i would like Bluedot to be sponsor of my free UXresearch community of Dominican and Latam UX growing up professionals. Beause i have much to do and i need this simplicity in my life, customer support is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

The main issue I have is that the free version is quite limited. I initially thought I would always have access to five places for free, with the option to delete or download the last five used. However, it doesn't actually work that way, which is disappointing. I believe it should function like that, as it could attract more users and stand out more in the market. "Bluedot helps our teams communicate and collaborate better"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

Bluedot has made it easier for us to keep track of meeting discussions and follow-ups. It automatically records, summarizes, and organizes conversations in a very structured way. For HR and management meetings, it’s extremely useful because we can go back and review key points without needing someone to take notes manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

Nothing major — sometimes it takes a moment to process longer meetings, but overall, the summaries are very accurate and easy to share internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bluedot improves meeting accuracy and builds client confidence"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

What I like best is how Bluedot allows us to stay fully engaged during both client and internal meetings. The transcripts are accurate, and the summaries make it easy to identify decisions and action items. I also value the bot-free setup, which keeps conversations natural and professional — very important when working with clients in financial services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

The speaker labeling could be more advanced. At times, it defaults to “Speaker A” or “Speaker B,” which requires us to update names manually. The templates are useful, but I would like more options tailored for client and compliance-related meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bluedot helps us run smoother meetings and save time"
What do you like best about Bluedot?

I like that Bluedot takes the stress out of meetings by capturing all the details for us. The transcripts are accurate, and the summaries highlight action items we can follow up on right away. It’s also more professional that it works without a bot joining calls, which makes conversations feel natural for both internal teams and partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

The speaker labels could be better. Right now, they often show “Speaker A” or “Speaker B,” and we need to update them manually. The templates are good, but I would like to see more options for retail and vendor-focused meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
