"Best Platform for Employee Recognition."
What do you like best about Assembly?

What I like most about Assembly is its simplicity and effectiveness in driving team recognition. The platform is extremely easy to use — the user flow is natural, intuitive, and smooth. You don’t need a guide or training session to get started, which makes adoption seamless across teams.

I primarily use Assembly for team recognition, and it has significantly improved engagement within the team. What truly sets it apart is that the rewards are not just virtual points — they convert into actual vouchers. This makes recognition more meaningful because employees can purchase things they genuinely need or value. That tangible reward factor motivates people to go the extra mile and creates a culture of appreciation.

From an implementation standpoint, it is straightforward and does not require a complex setup. The frequency of use is high because the process is quick and interactive. Overall, it’s a simple yet powerful platform that effectively reinforces positive behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

While the platform is highly user-friendly, there is room to enhance the number of features related to analytics and reporting. More detailed insights into recognition trends, engagement metrics, and team-level data would help leaders measure impact more effectively. Additionally, expanding the voucher catalog across more regions could further increase flexibility and personalization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Emotionally Rewarding Platform Making Recognition a Breeze"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I really enjoy how user friendly the platform is. A lot of information is displayed on the website, but it's comfortable to move through. Not at all stuffy or distracting. The helpful how-to blurbs with clear instruction make moving through the website a breeze. Recognizing my peers' wins is easy with the sending stars posts and the available emoji reply button attached to the star teammates comment. I've never used an app before that feels both emotionally rewarding and offers a treat yourself aspect. Its great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I don’t have any major criticisms of the app. It’s a user-friendly platform that helps me uplift my team in a way that lets everyone see and recognize each other’s great attributes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform That Makes Coworker Recognition a Daily Habit"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I really appreciate having a platform where we can publicly shout out our coworkers for the great work they do and the ways they support us day to day. Practicing gratitude is valuable, and Assembly makes it easy to build that into our regular routine.

The platform itself is very user-friendly and straightforward, which lowers the barrier for everyone to participate. Since our company provides a monthly allowance, it feels like a no-brainer to use Assembly to recognize teammates. On a personal level, it feels good to be able to acknowledge someone’s contributions, whether it’s for something small or a big win. That recognition goes a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

At this point, I don’t have any major negatives to note. I like that posts can be personalized with emojis, GIFs, and other fun elements, which makes recognition feel more genuine and personable. That flexibility actually enhances the experience for me rather than detracting from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple Way to Stay Connected"
What do you like best about Assembly?

We spend a lot of time working behind screens, often from home, and Assembly helps bring people together despite that. It makes it easier to connect, start conversations, and add a more personal touch to our work, AND it gives us a mental break.

Our team is spread across the country and we use this tool often. It’s easy to use, simple to personalize, and from what I’ve heard, it was quick to set up and start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

Honestly, there aren’t many things I dislike about Assembly from a user experience view. Everything feels pretty seamless, from logging in to writing comments and interacting with others. It’s easy to use and doesn’t feel clunky/overcomplicated.. Which makes it simple to stay engaged without feeling like extra work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple and Effective Platform for Making Recognition Visible and Meaningful at Mitratech"
What do you like best about Assembly?

What I like most about Assembly is how simple and engaging it makes employee recognition across the organization. The platform is easy to use for both employees and administrators, which encourages consistent participation and makes recognition feel like a natural part of the day-to-day. I also appreciate the peer-to-peer recognition features, the automated rewards, and the visibility provided through company-wide feeds, which together help create a positive culture where achievements are noticed and celebrated in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

Overall, I haven’t found many issues and the platform runs smoothly. The only things I’ve noticed are that it’s not very handy to find the customer support contact, and the 18-point limit per employee can feel a bit restrictive when we want to recognize someone more for exceptional contributions. "Empowering Recognition and Engagement with User-Friendly Assembly"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly has proven to be an excellent tool for our department, allowing us to reward colleagues with points and recognition. This feature has contributed to a stronger work culture and increased employee engagement. When team members go above and beyond to assist others, we have the ability to acknowledge their efforts directly, without waiting for a supervisor to step in. Assembly is a great tool and it is very user friendly. I love the rewards section and how easy it is to search for gift cards or charities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

At times, reaching customer service can be a bit difficult because they are busy, but that's pretty common everywhere, so I don't mind too much. Another thing is that my teammates and I occasionally forget about the points we have to redeem. It might be helpful if there were some reminders or notifications for that. "Empowering Teamwork and Recognition—A Must-Have Platform!"
What do you like best about Assembly?

I am truly enjoying my experience with Assembly! I appreciate that my company has taken the time and care to create this space which emphasizes both teamwork and individual achievement. It is easy to implement and the use of the features feel intuitive. It's proven to integrate naturally into a supportive tool for reinforcing the drive towards excellence, rather than just checking the boxes of mediocrity.

The Assembly platform is the perfect interface for fostering the continual recognition of both of these fundamental values. Our leadership is demonstrating real action by participating in this progressive, incentivizing, virtual gathering space. To other supervisors and HR teams, I recommend Assembly for your company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

I can't think of anything that I dislike about assembly. I mean, really, what is there to dislike about a space for Kudos and Attaboys! It just feels like a positive space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Assembly helps keep motivation of employees and the options to redeem are endless."
What do you like best about Assembly?

I like that there is opportunity to recognize members of the team. The GIFs, comments, everything that is included in the messages are all fun. I like that it prevents half points and only allows points evenly distributed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

If you have a good month, I would like to be able to give more than 50 stars, but I understand limiting the amount. I haven't experienced any glitches or other errors with using the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, effective, and great for building a culture of recognition"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Assembly makes employee recognition easy, genuine, and visible across the team. I really like how simple it is to give recognition and how it helps create a positive, supportive culture. The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and doesn’t feel overwhelming, which makes people more likely to actually use it regularly. It’s a great way to celebrate wins, big or small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

There aren’t any major issues, but some features could benefit from more customization or flexibility depending on team needs. A few areas could also use clearer guidance for first-time users, though this improves quickly once you get used to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Morale, Drives Engagement"
What do you like best about Assembly?

Receiving praise for your work from peers or supervisors is always gratifying. It serves as a reminder that your efforts have made a real impact on the team. Additionally, the gift card rewards provide a significant morale boost and are personally beneficial. We use it daily. It's a part of our company culture and is basically second nature to integrate into routine and implement. Customer support for rewards is super easy to use too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

The restriction on the number of stars is frustrating. I find myself having to ration my praise as the month comes to a close, since I tend to run out of stars much faster than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
