## Assembly by Quantum Workplace Reviews
  ### 1. Boosts Team Morale with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romene D. | Technical Support Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I routinely use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to highlight good work by my team members, those who have gone above and beyond, and just to generally show appreciation. Assembly allows for recognition in a place that everyone has access to, which makes team members feel valued. We can take that appreciation and turn it into gift cards. I like the routine within the month of knowing that if something has gone well to state it by months end [ideally in the moment], it's common for us to say thank you and send Assembly points. If ever we want to make the gesture funny, we can add a GIF to add more levity to it. I also find the initial setup very easy. It's really a good morale boost.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Would be nice to transfer the total amount of your points instead of set thresholds [ie- if you have 377 points transfering that into a single giftcard instead of split]

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to recognize good work, making team members feel valued. It publicly acknowledges efforts and lets us reward appreciation with gift cards, boosting morale.

  ### 2. Useful Platform for Employee Recognition and Team Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny Y. | Senior Community Operation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Assembly is easy to use and makes employee recognition more visible across the organization. We mainly use it for peer-to-peer appreciation, celebrating achievements, and sharing team shoutouts. The rewards and points system encourages participation, and it helps build a more positive team culture, especially in remote or distributed work environments.

I also like the Slack integration, since recognition messages automatically appear in team channels. That added visibility boosts engagement without requiring extra effort from managers or HR teams.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Sometimes the notifications can feel repetitive, especially when there’s a high level of activity in larger teams. The reporting and analytics section could also offer more detailed insights, particularly for tracking engagement trends over longer periods.

Another minor issue is that some customization options for rewards and recognition programs feel limited unless you move to a higher plan.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly has helped us improve employee engagement and make recognition more consistent. Before, appreciation was usually shared privately or only mentioned in meetings, which meant a lot of contributions went unnoticed. With Assembly, recognition feels more structured and is visible across teams.

It has also increased participation in team activities, boosted morale, and encouraged employees to acknowledge each other’s work more often. On top of that, the platform cuts down on the manual effort involved in running engagement initiatives and managing reward programs.

  ### 3. Recognize and Reward Seamlessly with Assembly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like that Assembly by Quantum Workplace allows us to share gratitude with one another, which is a great thing. It provides a chance to be in the moment and thank each other for the things we're doing, whether it's helping each other or our clients. I appreciate using points to get things I want without spending my personal money. I've gotten some neat things with my points, like a smartwatch, a bird feeder with a camera, and a water cooler. It's really helpful and a great way for us to stay connected, especially since we're a remote-only company. Posting things is really easy; we go right to the Assembly app to do that. Overall, it's a great enhancement that inspires collaboration and provides rewards for the work we do.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Nothing!

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly by Quantum Workplace helps us recognize colleagues' great work, fostering teamwork and delighting customers. It allows us to express gratitude and earn points, which I use for things I don't usually purchase with my own money.

  ### 4. Makes recognition easy and natural

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin Z. | Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

What I like best about Assembly is how simple and quick it is to use. It makes recognizing others feel natural instead of something you have to go out of your way to do. Over time, it helps build a habit of recognition across the team, which has a positive impact on the overall work environment.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

One thing that could be improved is having more options for detailed feedback beyond simple recognition. Sometimes it would be helpful to add more context or make the feedback more structured. Also, certain features can feel a bit limited in terms of customization depending on how the team wants to use it.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly helps solve the problem of recognition being inconsistent or overlooked, especially in larger teams or projects. It makes it easier to regularly acknowledge people’s contributions, which helps improve motivation and keeps the team more engaged. Over time, this has a positive impact on the overall team environment.

  ### 5. Makes Employee Recognition Easy and Consistent

What I like most about Assembly by Quantum Workplace is how it makes employee recognition easy and consistent. It helps build a culture where people feel appreciated, which directly improves engagement and team morale.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

One thing that could be improved is the flexibility of the rewards and points system. Sometimes the number of points available or redemption options can feel a bit limited, especially across different regions. That said, it doesn’t take away from the overall effectiveness of the platform.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly by Quantum Workplace is solving the problem of inconsistent employee recognition and low engagement in the workplace. In many companies, good work often goes unnoticed or appreciation is informal and sporadic.

Assembly creates a centralized and structured way to recognize contributions in real time, making appreciation visible and tied to company values.

For me, that’s beneficial because it makes recognition more consistent and meaningful. It improves team morale, encourages collaboration, and helps build a stronger culture where people feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.

Assembly is helping with the big problem of workplace recognition. It gives an easy platform to say thanks to teammates for their work, big or small. It makes sure no effort gets missed and helps create a happy and positive culture in the team. For me, it changed how I talk with my team. Now, it’s so easy to celebrate even small wins, and it makes everyone feel better and brings the team closer!

  ### 7. Intuitive, Great-Value Recognition Tool That Fits Seamlessly Into Slack or Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime L. | Special Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

The interface is really intuitive, so you don’t need to go through much of a learning curve to start using it, everything feels quite straightforward and easy to navigate. It fits well with tools like Slack or Teams, which makes it more natural to use during the workday without having to switch apps all the time. In terms of performance, it runs smoothly most of the time, actions like sending recognitions or browsing rewards are fast and dont really lag. There are plenty of ways to spend your points, and sending them is easy and highly customisable, which adds to the overall experience. Pricing-wise it feels like good value, especially considering the impact it can have on team engagement and motivation. Onboarding is simple and doesn’t require much training, and support is generally helpful when needed. It also offers some insights into team activity and recognition patterns, which can be useful, even if the AI side of things isn’t super advanced.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I would like there to be more payment options for different countries, or for the option to use currencies other than the euro

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of recognition and low employee engagement, manual reward processes, and limited actionable insights into company culture.

  ### 8. Easy, Meaningful Way to Reward Coworkers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | Remote Services Support Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I can reward my coworkers with points and share my appreciation for their hard work. It’s a straightforward, easy way to recognize their efforts and let them know I truly value what they do. Assembly is also very easy to use, I find my self using it more often to give appreciation.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

The only thing that could be improved is the selection of items you can redeem with your points.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I usually bring snacks to the office, but sometimes what I bring isn’t what everyone wants. With Assembly, I can give points to the team as a reward, and the fact that they can redeem those points for whatever they want is awesome. On top of that, it’s free on our part, so it feels like a guilt-free way to celebrate and show appreciation for the people I work with.

It is a really great platform to give recognition to your colleagues and highlight the amazing work they do. It not only allows team members to celebrate each other’s contributions, but also provides individuals with clear and engaging ways to earn points through participation, teamwork, and demonstrating company values. ### 12. Seamless Employee Appreciation with Instant Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atul S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace for giving and receiving reward coins, which can be redeemed on various gift card platforms. It's a very good tool for employee appreciation, allowing employees to appreciate anyone who helped them and redeem those for gift vouchers of their choice. I think it has a neat and sleek design, making it easy to identify employees in the system and choose appreciation categories. The appreciation shows up instantly, and the rewards or coins are credited right away. With integration to chat tools like Slack, I receive instant messages when I appreciate someone or someone else appreciates me, which is great. The initial setup was very easy since everything was already done by the organization, so I just logged in with my credentials. I would give it a 9 because it's really helpful, although sometimes redemption options like Amazon gift cards run out. Apart from that, everything works well for me.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Sometimes they run out of options on redemption, like not being able to redeem points for an Amazon gift card. And then I have to wait 1-2 days for redemption.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly by Quantum Workplace is a great tool for employee appreciation. It allows giving and receiving coins that can be redeemed for gift vouchers, fostering a culture of recognition and rewarding positive interactions.

  ### 13. Streamlined Employee Rewards and Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna G. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I love the ease of Assembly by Quantum Workplace and how it's very user-friendly. I love that there's an app. I am very impressed by the dashboard and the things that we are able to do within the dashboard as admin, and also the ease of use for our employees. The app is great because it allows all of our employees, who are out in the field, to communicate with us, congratulate each other, and build the culture we want for our workplace. The user-friendly interface is very simple for our employees to use, even those who are not tech-savvy. The administrative dashboard is great, making it very easy for us to find exactly what we need. The initial setup was phenomenal thanks to Mikaela, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through any questions we had.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Maybe just the reliability of the app. If you're not active on it for a few days, it starts to glitch and give you a couple of problems to the point where you either have to log out, log back in, or you have to delete the app, redownload the app, and then log back in.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly by Quantum Workplace automates rewards distribution for employees, eliminating the need for physical office visits for rewards and avoiding monthly gift card purchases. It allows employees to choose their rewards, fostering flexibility and enhancing interaction among remote workers.

  ### 14. Effortless Recognition System, Needs Reward Boost

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent W. | Senior Professor and Faculty Chair, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like how easy it is to give recognition with Assembly by Quantum Workplace and how easy it is to rack up rewards. It's easy to log in with my workplace credentials, which means I never have to abandon sending recognition due to complicated access steps. Searching for a person's name and assigning tokens is straightforward, and the rewards automatically accumulate without any extra effort on my part. I've also never had an issue redeeming rewards.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I wish the rewards were higher. The existing level of rewards do motivate me somewhat, but I find the dollars are miniscule. If there is a way of increasing the value of the rewards for each set of 10 tokens, for example, this would make the value of the rewards more meaningful.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly by Quantum Workplace makes it easy to leave recognition and rack up rewards without effort, providing an incentive amid job busyness.

  ### 15. Strengthens Team Bonds with Recognizable Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to reward my colleagues and teammates with our 'hard hat' system. I love the ability it gives us to compliment our colleagues on their achievements and hard work and gain financially from it. It allows us to reward each other for the good work we do, which gives us confidence and encouragement to continue doing our best. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I think the notifications section could be improved. When you click on it to see who's birthdays or work anniversaries are on the day, the notification disappears. Instead, it should provide a list of people's names and anniversary or birthday dates.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to reward my coworkers, which brings my company closer together. It gives us confidence and encouragement to continue doing the best job. I love that it lets us compliment colleagues on achievements and gain financially.

  ### 16. Empowers Recognition, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like being able to give a little reward to show my employees the work they are doing is important, and of course I like to redeem my rewards for gift cards. It's very easy to learn and set up. Assembly by Quantum Workplace allows us to recognize employees for their hard work, which we might not always be able to do in person. It connects us with colleagues in different locations, helping team members see and respect the amount of work that goes into our day-to-day activities. This also helps other teams see what's going on in other locations and motivates employees to continue doing hard work.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Sometimes it's difficult to find where I can give recognition. I also think it would be valuable to have a birthday calendar or something so we can see when each employee's birthday is without having to click through their profile.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly by Quantum Workplace lets us recognize hard work remotely and connect across locations. I enjoy rewarding staff and receiving gift cards. The platform helps teams appreciate each other's efforts and keeps everyone motivated.

  ### 17. Best Platform for Employee Recognition.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyush T. | technical project manager 2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

What I like most about Assembly is its simplicity and effectiveness in driving team recognition. The platform is extremely easy to use — the user flow is natural, intuitive, and smooth. You don’t need a guide or training session to get started, which makes adoption seamless across teams.

I primarily use Assembly for team recognition, and it has significantly improved engagement within the team. What truly sets it apart is that the rewards are not just virtual points — they convert into actual vouchers. This makes recognition more meaningful because employees can purchase things they genuinely need or value. That tangible reward factor motivates people to go the extra mile and creates a culture of appreciation.

From an implementation standpoint, it is straightforward and does not require a complex setup. The frequency of use is high because the process is quick and interactive. Overall, it’s a simple yet powerful platform that effectively reinforces positive behavior.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

While the platform is highly user-friendly, there is room to enhance the number of features related to analytics and reporting. More detailed insights into recognition trends, engagement metrics, and team-level data would help leaders measure impact more effectively. Additionally, expanding the voucher catalog across more regions could further increase flexibility and personalization.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly solves the problem of inconsistent or informal recognition within teams. Without a structured platform, appreciation often becomes sporadic or overlooked. Assembly creates a centralized and transparent way to recognize contributions in real time.

For me, it has helped build a stronger recognition culture within the team. People feel valued, and because the rewards translate into real-world benefits (actual vouchers), the appreciation feels genuine and impactful. This has improved morale, encouraged proactive behavior, and strengthened overall team engagement.

  ### 18. User-Friendly, Emotionally Rewarding Platform Making Recognition a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I really enjoy how user friendly the platform is. A lot of information is displayed on the website, but it's comfortable to move through. Not at all stuffy or distracting. The helpful how-to blurbs with clear instruction make moving through the website a breeze. Recognizing my peers' wins is easy with the sending stars posts and the available emoji reply button attached to the star teammates comment. I've never used an app before that feels both emotionally rewarding and offers a treat yourself aspect. Its great!

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I don’t have any major criticisms of the app. It’s a user-friendly platform that helps me uplift my team in a way that lets everyone see and recognize each other’s great attributes.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly allows us workers to see that we are valued by our organization. It provides us incentive to keep doing our best by offering treats from accessible places we all like to enjoy.

I find it very easy to use since the setup was done by someone on my team, and even with 300-ish people in our company, it works well for us.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

One challenge is the limitations around the points and rewards system. The fixed or limited allocation of points can sometimes make recognition feel restricted, especially when trying to consistently acknowledge team members.

I love how Assembly by Quantum Workplace has honestly changed how our team recognizes each other. Before, appreciation was kind of lost in Slack or just happened in passing conversation. Now, there's a dedicated space where appreciation actually feels visible and it's built this really cool culture where people feel seen for their hard work. The point system is a really great part, and I find that points accrue surprisingly quickly through everyday recognition. The fact that they translate into real money through a gift card makes it feel like the company's genuinely investing in us, not just saying nice things. The culture shift that having a dedicated space to show appreciation has really made a difference. Also, the setup was extremely easy from a user perspective, with very easy access to give and receive points, which was completely seamless.

I like that Assembly by Quantum Workplace provides actual rewards for users, not just verbal praise, which translates into something tangible for employees. I also appreciate the huge selection of businesses that participate in providing these rewards, which I think is very inclusive for a large variety of people. This inclusivity and tangible recognition make it very useful. Additionally, the initial setup was easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I feel the online interface could be more user-friendly. Some parts can be hard to navigate. It can also be challenging when trying to reward several people in one post.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Assembly by Quantum Workplace helps with retention and makes employees feel appreciated.

  ### 23. Effortless Recognition, Easy Rewards

**Reviewed by:** Grissell p. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like how streamlined it is for giving recognition to our team. It builds strength and connection among us. It's really easy to use. I appreciate the ease of giving rewards and how simple it is to redeem them. It's easy to get something you truly appreciate and like, instead of generic items. The initial setup was pretty easy, just a sign-in, and everything was already set up for us. It's straightforward to understand how to give away points and redeem them.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

The options for redeeming rewards in Mexico are limited. I would like to have a few more options for different stores and places or just generic gift cards that I can use anywhere.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Assembly by Quantum Workplace streamlines giving recognition, building team connection and appreciation. It's really easy to use, offers personalized rewards, and helps us understand and grow together.

  ### 24. User-Friendly Platform That Makes Coworker Recognition a Daily Habit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melene T. | Business Compliance Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I really appreciate having a platform where we can publicly shout out our coworkers for the great work they do and the ways they support us day to day. Practicing gratitude is valuable, and Assembly makes it easy to build that into our regular routine.

The platform itself is very user-friendly and straightforward, which lowers the barrier for everyone to participate. Since our company provides a monthly allowance, it feels like a no-brainer to use Assembly to recognize teammates. On a personal level, it feels good to be able to acknowledge someone’s contributions, whether it’s for something small or a big win. That recognition goes a long way.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

At this point, I don’t have any major negatives to note. I like that posts can be personalized with emojis, GIFs, and other fun elements, which makes recognition feel more genuine and personable. That flexibility actually enhances the experience for me rather than detracting from it.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly helps solve the problem of recognition getting lost in the day-to-day hustle. It gives us an easy, visible way to acknowledge each other in real time instead of waiting for formal reviews or big milestones.

For me, it makes it simple to show appreciation when someone helps out or goes above and beyond. It encourages positivity, strengthens teamwork, and makes people feel seen. Having a dedicated platform for this also takes the guesswork out of recognition and makes it feel more natural and consistent.

  ### 25. Empowers Recognition, Needs Email Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lottiesa n. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like that the recognition in Assembly by Quantum Workplace is actually usable and feasible. You can turn the recognition into gift cards or something that you can use in your life, which makes people want to seek out these assembly points. I've seen most people go above and beyond to receive them, which is great. Plus, the initial setup was a breeze for me since whoever did my account setup did most of the work.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Sometimes I do want to keep some things a little bit more private, or actually, I get spammed a lot by Assembly because it's a big organization, and everyone's recognizing everyone, even in our own team. So I do get a lot of emails regarding that. And, if I can just get that condensed down to maybe one email a week, that would be much better. I wish that it could be integrated easier, like maybe in Teams, since we do use Teams to talk to each other. If I can pull up someone in Teams and send them points that way, that would be very beneficial.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to give recognition easily, without hunting people down. It allows me to send kudos and thanks, visibly recognizing individuals' efforts, which encourages people to go above and beyond.

  ### 26. Assembly delivers an entry level gift card and overpriced company swag marketplace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Regional Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

What I like most about Assembly is how easy it is to use for recognizing people. It works well as an entry-level gift card option, though it can also feel like an overpriced company swag marketplace.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I wish we had more points to give out to our people, especially as managers. It also feels like a gift card marketplace where you trade 100 points for $10, so something like buying a work hoodie for 1,000 points is out of the question when you only get 100 points to give away to your whole team. It would be nice if they included experiences like other platforms do. Right now, there are no experiences or travel options available on the site.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to publicly recognize sales reps and customer service team members for their work.

  ### 27. Fun and Easy Recognition Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophia J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I find Assembly by Quantum Workplace very easy to use. The interface is visually appealing and fun. I enjoy using Assembly to assign trophies and gain rewards for a job well done. The feed is interactive, and I enjoy seeing what my colleagues have accomplished. The initial setup was very easy because the information HR had already set up communicated with the Assembly program, so there was little for me to do before I could start using it.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Sometimes, I have issues opening my Assembly app through Teams. It usually resolves by closing the application and trying again, so I assume it's just a 'bug' in the program.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to recognize team achievements across departments, which improves morale. It's easy to use, visually appealing, and the interactive feed keeps me engaged with colleagues' accomplishments.

  ### 28. Fun Recognition Tool with Great Slack Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like that people can post fun messages with gifs and comments. The way Assembly by Quantum Workplace integrates with Slack is nice because the rest of the company can see it, and it becomes a fun post. It gets posted to a Slack channel and is easily accessible by the rest of the company, not just you and the person receiving recognition.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

It would be nice if you could give recognition from within other chat services like Slack. Then I don't need to access the website. Also the website does not work well from mobile browsers. The message boxes get resized weirdly and I can't access all the buttons

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to solve the lack of a forum for celebrating team contributions, making recognition accessible company-wide via Slack.

  ### 29. Simple, Peer-Driven Recognition That Strengthens Team Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

The platform is simple and intuitive, which makes recognition easy and frequent rather than forced. I like that recognition feels peer‑driven and authentic instead of top‑down. Public shout‑outs help create visibility around good work and contribute to a more positive team culture. It’s also motivating to see recognition tied to company values rather than generic praise.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

While the core recognition features work well, some of the reporting and analytics feel more geared toward leadership than everyday users. That’s not a major issue for my use case, but expanded visibility into trends or engagement insights could be helpful for teams.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly has been a great tool for fostering day‑to‑day recognition across our team. I enjoy using it as an easy way to share appreciation with coworkers and to receive recognition in return. It helps reinforce positive behaviors that might otherwise go unnoticed, especially in a busy work environment.

  ### 30. Easy Account Setup Makes Assembly a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa M. | Education Specialist Aide, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

One aspect of Assembly that I find especially helpful is how easy it is to set up an account. That straightforward access is a real advantage of using a platform like this.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

One of the least helpful aspects, or downsides, of Assembly is that there aren’t any email notifications when you receive a shoutout. Instead, you have to log in every so often and check for yourself.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A business problem that Assembly helps solve is the lack of recognition or praise that we sometimes overlook, especially when we’re constantly dealing with workplace behaviors and feeling stressed.

  ### 31. A Simple Way to Stay Connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra W. | Information Technology Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

We spend a lot of time working behind screens, often from home, and Assembly helps bring people together despite that. It makes it easier to connect, start conversations, and add a more personal touch to our work, AND it gives us a mental break.

Our team is spread across the country and we use this tool often. It’s easy to use, simple to personalize, and from what I’ve heard, it was quick to set up and start.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Honestly, there aren’t many things I dislike about Assembly from a user experience view. Everything feels pretty seamless, from logging in to writing comments and interacting with others. It’s easy to use and doesn’t feel clunky/overcomplicated.. Which makes it simple to stay engaged without feeling like extra work.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly helps solve the challenge of being so spread out and not having regular face to face, in person interaction. Since our teams are located across all states east of the Mississippi, it can be hard to really get to know one another, and communication can start to feel more transactional rather than personal. This platform adds a more personal, human element to our day to day work and helps reinforce a sense of connection...and appreciation that can sometimes get lost in a remote environment.

  ### 32. A Simple and Effective Platform for Making Recognition Visible and Meaningful at Mitratech

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gangadhara S. | Software Engineer III, in Test, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

What I like most about Assembly is how simple and engaging it makes employee recognition across the organization. The platform is easy to use for both employees and administrators, which encourages consistent participation and makes recognition feel like a natural part of the day-to-day. I also appreciate the peer-to-peer recognition features, the automated rewards, and the visibility provided through company-wide feeds, which together help create a positive culture where achievements are noticed and celebrated in real time.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Overall, I haven’t found many issues and the platform runs smoothly. The only things I’ve noticed are that it’s not very handy to find the customer support contact, and the 18-point limit per employee can feel a bit restrictive when we want to recognize someone more for exceptional contributions.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly has helped us tackle the challenge of consistently recognizing and engaging employees across different teams and locations. It gives us a centralized, transparent way to show appreciation for people’s contributions, reinforce our company values, and support morale. Since adopting it, we’ve noticed better employee engagement, stronger collaboration across teams, and an overall more positive workplace culture. It’s also reduced the manual effort required to run, track, and manage our recognition programs, which makes the process easier to sustain over time.

  ### 33. Brilliant platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jagdish D. | Team Lead, Consumer Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

What I like most about Assembly is how effortlessly it makes recognition feel. It doesn’t come across as forced or overly formal; instead, it becomes a natural part of day-to-day work. It’s easy to give someone a quick shout-out for their effort, whether it’s something big or small, and that really helps create a positive team vibe.

I also appreciate that it goes beyond simply saying “good job” by connecting recognition to company values. That makes the appreciation feel more specific and meaningful rather than generic. Overall, it helps teams stay connected and motivated without adding extra effort or friction to the workday.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

All good. Everythng is good and perfect and smooth

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly addresses a common issue in day-to-day work: recognition can be inconsistent or simply overlooked. In many teams, strong contributions go unnoticed—not because people don’t care, but because everyone is busy and there isn’t always an easy, natural way to show appreciation.

With Assembly, recognition becomes quick, visible, and part of the regular workflow. That helps build a culture where people feel valued consistently, not only during performance reviews or major milestones. I’ve found this especially beneficial because it lifts morale, keeps the team motivated, and supports more collaboration.

It’s also useful for remote or distributed teams. Even when you’re not working face-to-face, you can still feel connected and acknowledged, which makes a real difference in overall engagement and team spirit.

  ### 34. User-Friendly Recognition and Reward Platform with Great Gift Card Perks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Easily recognize coworkers for their contributions to the team which turn into rewards for things like gift cards. It’s nice to be recognized but the rewards are a great bonus! The platform itself is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I’m not sure if this is just the way ours is setup but we are only able to access Assembly through teams which makes it less convenient to access. I also have to login very frequently which adds more “clicks”. These are small annoyances, but in a busy work day more “clicks” and more time to access things make me less likely to use it frequently.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not personally part of the management/executive team so I feel ill equipped to fully answer this question. I see assembly more as a management initiative for engagement.

  ### 35. Effortless Recognition and Seamless Integration

I also enjoy the assembly points system, which feels like appreciation for our work and allows us to convert points into gift cards for different platforms like Chroma and Adestra, which is a nice perk. It's great that I get some chips too. The initial setup was really easy, connected directly with my work email, and I can switch to the assembly portal effortlessly. It's really very good, I'd give it a 10.

Nothing

There's a lot of great accomplishments happening throughout the workplace, and so it's nice to kind of give them something tangible that they can use to have some fun.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Sometimes navigating the Assembly by Quantum Workplace site can be a bit confusing, and it could be user error. It would be nice to be able to search or navigate the recognitions a little bit easier with all the postings.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace for coworker recognition, allowing us to celebrate achievements and boost morale. It helps my organization understand collaborative projects and keeps everyone informed about what others are accomplishing.

I enjoy using Assembly by Quantum Workplace to reward my teammates in other departments, which is crucial to my job function. It has increased teamwork and camaraderie, giving everyone a sense of accomplishment. The rewards are a significant highlight for me because I don't pay for a lot of fun things I do, thanks to the rewards from Assembly, like gift cards. It's nice to get additional things for doing your job, and the ability to be rewarded by others and pass that generosity onto them is something I really like. Additionally, the setup of Assembly was very easy, and everything worked well.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

  ### 39. A Fun and Engaging Way to Celebrate Anyone at Your Place of Employment.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha M. | Director of Academic Advising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Assembly allows us to share positive feedback to colleagues so the entire community can see the good acts, large and small, that are happening on a daily basis that would otherwise go unrecognized. We can also boost a post so if multiple people were positively impacted

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I don't have any negative feedback for this platform. I have enjoyed it thoroughly.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue on campus with low recognition for team members who were tirelessly to do all the right things. Also, traditional methods of recognition come directly from the supervisor in often low key ways. This platform allows for fun and informal recognition of all team mates across the institution. It feels good to give away trophies, but it also feels good to earn trophies.

  ### 40. Empowering Recognition and Engagement with User-Friendly Assembly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominic P. | Data Support 1, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Assembly has proven to be an excellent tool for our department, allowing us to reward colleagues with points and recognition. This feature has contributed to a stronger work culture and increased employee engagement. When team members go above and beyond to assist others, we have the ability to acknowledge their efforts directly, without waiting for a supervisor to step in. Assembly is a great tool and it is very user friendly. I love the rewards section and how easy it is to search for gift cards or charities

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

At times, reaching customer service can be a bit difficult because they are busy, but that's pretty common everywhere, so I don't mind too much. Another thing is that my teammates and I occasionally forget about the points we have to redeem. It might be helpful if there were some reminders or notifications for that.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In many workplaces today, employees are often expected to cover for colleagues or put in extra effort, yet this additional work frequently goes unrecognized. What I appreciate about Assembly is that it encourages our team to go the extra mile, even when there is no additional pay or financial reward involved.

  ### 41. Empowering Teamwork and Recognition—A Must-Have Platform!

It is easy to implement and the use of the features feel intuitive. Our leadership is demonstrating real action by participating in this progressive, incentivizing, virtual gathering space. To other supervisors and HR teams, I recommend Assembly for your company!

It encourages frequent, lightweight recognition (not just big milestones), which helps reinforce culture day-to-day.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

The AI assistance feels a bit limited right now. Instead of mainly providing prompts/inputs to generate a message, it would be much more useful if it could rewrite or polish a draft I’ve already written (tone options, shortening/expanding, clarity improvements) while keeping my voice.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly solves the “good work goes unnoticed” problem by giving a consistent, visible way to recognize contributions aligned to our values. It reduces friction to say thanks and also increases cross-team visibility.

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Assembly makes employee appreciation simple and visible. The peer-to-peer recognition flow is quick, the points/credits system motivates participation, and the public shout-outs help reinforce company values. Redemption options are clear, and the dashboard makes it easy to see engagement and celebrate wins across teams especially helpful for distributed teams.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Mobile app sometime stuck. we might need improvements on that part

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly helps us solve the “invisible work” problem by making appreciation consistent, trackable, and inclusive. Instead of recognition being ad-hoc or manager-only, anyone can give credits for great work, collaboration, and going above and beyond. This has improved morale, increased engagement, and strengthened our culture by encouraging timely, meaningful recognition and rewarding contributions in a transparent way.

  ### 50. Great tool for building a culture of recognition and engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Assembly makes employee recognition simple, visible, and genuinely engaging across the organization. The interface is intuitive and easy to adopt, which helps teams start recognizing each other immediately without a lot of setup. I especially like how it encourages a culture of appreciation by making recognition public and tied to company values. It integrates smoothly into daily workflows and has been a great tool for reinforcing positive behaviors across teams.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

There’s honestly not much to dislike. If anything, some additional customization options for reporting or analytics would make it even more powerful for tracking engagement trends over time. That said, the platform already does an excellent job at what it’s designed for—making recognition easy and meaningful.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assembly solves the challenge of making employee recognition consistent and visible across teams. Before using it, recognition often happened informally or inconsistently. With Assembly, appreciation is centralized and transparent, which boosts morale and encourages collaboration. It helps reinforce company culture, improves engagement, and makes it easier for employees to feel valued for their contributions.
