The team does a great job answering any questions or concerns. If I have questions, my current rep does not hesitiate to get on the phone with me when needed and has been a great partner. An example would be an API integration with easy-apply questions enabled. They have it for some ATS' but not for some bigger name ones yet such as Oracle HCM and Greenhouse which currently do not have the API ability with easy apply questions. It is in some ways a set and forget type product when it is set up the way you want it to be. PandoIQ allows me to access many different job posting sites without having to have contracts with each and every one of them. The programmatic postings that they have built allows us to use our money in the most effective way. I think it's one of the most widely used in the Agency Staffing / Recruitment industry so reliable and likely it will have the integrations that you need. **What problems is Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?** No doubt that Broadbean is a time saver for posting job adverts to multiple sources - no more copy and pasting, having to remember multiple logins and you can even refresh them quickly. It's also very handy to have a record of all your old positions when you have similar ones that you can reference. Another good feature is that if you have a good integration with your ATS / CRM, then you will be able to track job board sources automatically, have the applicants linked to the position and then use the data to track ROI. Admins can manage users and permissions easily too - including allowing posting to company social networks without needing to share login details. ### 43. Back in the old days I used to do this with a combination of Word documents and copy and pasting data between Word and multiple job boards but each job board has a specific set of criteria that you must follow when posting adverts and so the process was lengthy and overly complicated as well as time consuming and BORING. With Broadbean I literally paste my advert into the software one time and then it sorts everything else out behind the scenes and posts to all of our job sites as well as to our own website and to linkedin. **What do you dislike about Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic)?** To be honest, what is there to dislike about something that saves you time and brainpower?
