What do you like best about Joveo?

The team at Joveo have been fantastic to work with. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, always helpful, and genuinely friendly in every interaction. We’ve built a strong partnership with them and the experience so far has been extremely positive. They consistently bring valuable insights and are great collaborators. What do you dislike about Joveo?

There isn't anything I dislike about Joveo, I would say we are moving in the right direction with getting processes and workflows in place to help make things easier while navigating the many arms to Joveo and also our global clients - I look after our global RPO clients and the team at Joveo have been fab in helping navigate briefs and proposals. What do you like best about Joveo?

Our customer success team - Mayur, especially, has set a high standard for how to work with clients. The rest of our team has been very helpful, communicative and solutions-oriented.

What do you dislike about Joveo?

Not necessarily a dislike, but sometimes we are told that Joveo can help in certain areas, only to find out that may not be the case. Joveo’s approach of collaborative and partnership is greatly appreciated. Their team is supportive, and very responsive, always willing to spend the time and effort needed to resolve issues or walk through questions. What do you like best about Joveo?

The support team from day one to current date, have always done whatever it takes to meet our various shifting needs. They are true partners with you, rather than setting unrealistic boundaries, and/or nickel and diming you for every little thing, like many SAAS providers do in HR/TA. Their incredibly integrated talent eco-system works extremely well and is easy to use... but the key differentiator for me so far has been their unparalleled level if quality service. We have saved more than 50% from our prior strategy, with improved results in candidate quality across the board. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A+ 10/10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joveo?

Nothing major. We had a slight delay with the initial implementation, however that was almost entirely due to our HRIS, not Joveo. The only other item that comes to mind is I had a minor challenge getting familiar with how to best utilize their unified analytics dashboard. What do you like best about Joveo?

I have experienced with Joveo team for the business that I am currently supporting with, and they are, by far, the most efficient when it comes to providing support for any issues that we have faced. Additionally, they are also very detail-oriented and meticulous when they provide their feedback or findings for the previous cases. Despite that, it's very easy to understand and easily can be digested when they provided their findings. Even if we are having difficulties understanding the feedbacks (which rarely happens), they will carefully explain to us in Layman's term so that we could pick up easily. Having that said, they also provided a clear format on our next steps to rectify the issues we're facing so that we can have ideas to plan on eradicating the root cause of it.

In short, when it comes to working with Joveo team, we have never felt unease or difficult since they are one of the most comfortable and reliable team to deal with any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a comprehensive platform that can handle programmatic job advertising and also integrate other types of job board partners, such as slots or pay-per-post, so all of your job advertising sources can be tracked against each other in one space.
