Boosts Candidate Pool, Saves Time
I like how easy it is to use Appcast. All I have to do is enter the dollar amount to boost a requisition, and it takes care of the rest, saving me a lot of time. I also appreciate that it opens up access to channels I typically wouldn't have on my own, significantly boosting my candidate pool overnight in many cases. Additionally, analyzing the ROI on my spend and sending the information to management was made easy by the metrics available in the dashboard. Overall, Appcast saves me time and has been a lifesaver at times.
