Prior to starting up, a lot of promises about effectiviness, collaboration and customer service. Through the first little bit there has been a lot of road bumps with no solutions and a lot of the time, a lack of response from the team. overall the experiecne amongst my team and I has not been good and this is an integral part to our business as if we dont have ads up, we cant find candidates so its directly impacting our business, **What problems is Appcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are dealing with quite a few issues and not a lot of solutions coming our way **Official Response from Maddie Preston:** > Hi Ahmed - Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please feel free to reach out to your support team directly with any specific concerns you would like to discuss further or reach out at contact@appcast.io. ### 4. insanely expensive for no returns **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Josh O. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022 **What do you like best about Appcast?** unfortunately the only part we enjoyed was the onboarding, went smoothly setting everything up ready to pay, everything else failed to live up to expectations **What do you dislike about Appcast?** £25 cost per application, ridiculously above our expectations, we know plenty of other companies who get a much better experience, even seen reviews online of appcast giving out free budget to work with them, every time we asked for help or complained when it was not working we were told it was our own problem or choices but not actually given any solutions to help improve what was happening that wasn't just 'spend more money' - incredibly disappointed - most recent email was just completely ignored and then we were invoiced, dreadful experience i cannot recommend and will never use again **Recommendations to others considering Appcast:** just do not use them, it will be a waste of money and time **What problems is Appcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** it was supposed to be supplementing our current supplier list of applications, it has proven to not be able to do this without exorbitant cost **Official Response from Maddie Preston:** > Hi Josh - We’re glad you enjoyed onboarding with Appcast. Not Great **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023 **What do you like best about Appcast?** Their tracking of numbers & how they have gained the market with their behind-the-exchange practices. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** Their product doesn't have a lot of features & they put a lot of markup on the bids shared by the user/client. In this way, they make a lot of profit behind their exchange, but in reality, the client is at a loss. **What problems is Appcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's just a way of losing a lot of money because they work behind exchanges and never show their clients what are the actual bids and from where they are purchasing the traffic. **Official Response from Maddie Preston:** > Hello - Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
