What do you like best about Zenskar?

Their ability to ingest data from any source as long as it's in rows and columns is exactly what we need given our messy upstream data.

The evaluation process required multiple touchpoints to get into the technical details, which extended our timeline slightly.

However, their willingness to reschedule and accommodate our availability showed flexibility. They also quickly adapted by bringing in the right enterprise sales expertise once they understood our scale and complexity which helped move things forward more efficiently. "Effortless Usage Billing and Seamless Scaling with Zenskar"
What do you like best about Zenskar?

What really stands out is how Zenskar handles the complexity of usage billing without

making us do everything manually. Their AI contract ingestion is accurate, it can pull all

the key terms from our signed contracts automatically, which saves hours of data entry.

I particularly like that they have direct sync with Metabase, which means our usage data

flows directly into the platform for automated overage calculations.

The fact that they can handle both our PLG and enterprise SLG motion in one platform

What do you dislike about Zenskar?

The initial setup had some technical complexity, especially around configuring our variable pricing structure. But their team was highly responsive on slack and calls, which

What do you dislike about Zenskar?

The team was extremely misleading about the functionality of the product during the sales process. Its been 6 months and we are still not implemented. The system does not support Xero (despite their claims). Their reporting doesnt show MRR, only booked revenue, incorrectly reported as MRR. Analytics is good but I wish more dashboards were ready for quick reporting. We had to

configure a few views ourselves. The product is evolving quickly, so I expect this to

What do you like best about Zenskar?

Our business started to scale rapidly as we expanded to the UK market, but it also came with many billing issues. Our finance team couldn’t keep up with the number of invoices coming in. So we moved to Zenskar to automate the process, connected Salesforce and Stripe, and with it, the entire invoicing and reconciliation process is automated. What do you like best about Zenskar?

We really appreciate Zenskar’s flexibility to manage our bespoke contracts. Our finance team no longer has to spend days and nights matching transactions to invoices. All are automated with Zenskar.
