What do you like best about 8x8 Work?

I enjoy being able to use my 8x8 service on my VOIP desk phone, my PC, my traveling tablet and my smartphone. I have been using the service for more than 14 years and i appreciate the continuing product/software development. I am very happy with of the 8x8 VOIP system and its ability to take care of my business needs! While the features have grown the price has been very stable rising cumulatively less than 6% since inception in 2011 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8x8 Work?

I am very happy with the features available on my 8x8 service. There are no features that i dislike . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 8x8 Work?

There was not much of a difference in what they offered between other VoIP services. I honestly don't have anything that stood out. The Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 8x8 Work?

Customer Service was bad. If you had to purchase or reach out, our account rep did not respond. She also never followed up to see how we were as a customer except when it back time for renewal contracts. Now, this may only be our own experience, but I have other fellow IT peers mention the same kind of service quality from 8x8. Pricing was very expensive compared to other VoIP services in the market.
