I enjoy being able to use my 8x8 service on my VOIP desk phone, my PC, my traveling tablet and my smartphone. I have been using the service for more than 14 years and i appreciate the continuing product/software development. I am very happy with of the 8x8 VOIP system and its ability to take care of my business needs! I don't like the pricing structure and the support is often very circular. It's frustrating that we need a license AND a phone number for things that don't even require DIDs.
