What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual helps new hires be successful right off the bat, improve time to productivity, and boost engagement. This impacts overall team success. The shared documentation is easy to access, and there’s so much flexibility with the ability to embed files, videos, hyperlinks, and more. What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual has implemented several tools and data components that have streamlined employee onboarding and tracking. First off, Training Paths have simplified content assignment. With a custom template, I know each employee is getting access to the correct content, in the order it was designed for. What do you dislike about Trainual?

Sometimes there are updates that I wasn't aware of, requiring me to figure out its implementation on my own. Trainual University is a helpful too, but it seems like some updates slip through the cracks on guiding users on how to best use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trainual makes my life easier"

What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual allows me to create systems, and it is systems that make everything easier. The options within Trainual allow me to make it "my own" by creating groups and subjects and organizing the content.

One of the best parts is that our team "bought in" to using it and the users love it! Easy to find the information and training they are using it for. Someone on the team is in the system daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

Once I had the system designed and populated there have been no real downsides. The work has to go in on the front end learning the system and some trial and error on setting it up the way you ultimately want it to work and your purpose for using it in the first place. That's true of any new system and Trainual isn't immune to it. The training videos do make the process easier as well as the direct support I received from the support group. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Repetitive questions are now answered with, "If you look at Trainual you'll find what you're looking for, and it has more detail than what I can give you here."

Onboarding no longer requires face to face training on company policy and systems. Here's one of best parts: I can require people to complete certain parts or they continue to be reminded that they haven't completed all the requirements. That's really important for Industry and Company compliance. I know who has completed which parts and who has not.

Training now includes some self directed training opportunities while other training is structured with a specific sequence required: you must complete A before you go to B. This is a great benefit to me because certain content must be learned in a sequence while other content can be completely self directed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how Trainual saves time by reducing the need for in-person training. Staff can self-train using clear information on systems and processes, ensuring consistency and saving time on onboarding and new processes. I value Trainual's structured playbooks, step-by-step process documentation, and onboarding paths the most. They make it easy for staff to self-train, ensure consistency, and reduce the need for in-person training. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward and easy to follow. "A Solid Start to Organizing the Chaos"

What do you like best about Trainual?

It’s really easy to use and didn’t take much effort to get started. The layout is clean, so you’re not constantly explaining it to people. We haven’t fully rolled it out yet, but even in limited use it’s been helpful having processes in one place instead of scattered everywhere. It’s giving us a central place for SOPs, documentation, and all the “how do we do this again?” type stuff that used to live in people’s heads or scattered files. It’s also been a bit of a nudge (in a good way) for long-tenured managers to actually document their processes instead of relying on memory or verbal handoffs. I use Trainual for onboarding new employees, HR policies and procedures, and as a 'wiki' for company operations. Trainual makes our content more digestible and easier to find, unlike our previous system, WorkRamp. The AI features are great, especially for content creation, enhancing confidence in finding information. I also like the 'rewrite' features, which allow me to adjust the writing style without altering the content.
