Salfy

Salfy is the modular employee benefits platform built for German payroll and tax requirements. It brings every benefit into one system: meal allowances, commuting and mobility subsidies, non-cash benefits, health, childcare, training and company-specific extras. Companies pick from 19 modules. Each one runs as an on-top benefit, as a gross-salary conversion model or inside a flexible employee budget, always through the same administrative process. Unlike perk marketplaces and voucher platforms, Salfy treats benefits as a payroll process, not an HR add-on. Receipts are checked individually instead of by sample, with AI-assisted recognition. Tax-free limits are monitored per employee. Wage types are mapped automatically to the customer's payroll system, with payroll-specific imports for DATEV, Sage, SD Worx and other common German systems. Records land in a GoBD-compliant digital wage account with audit-proof logging. Payroll teams, tax advisors and auditors receive prepared data instead of spreadsheets. Salfy's support team includes payroll and benefits specialists and onboards the customer's tax office at no extra cost. More than 1,250 companies use Salfy, among them Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fujifilm, UNIQLO and Doctolib. Employee usage rates are above 98%. Benefits funded through gross-salary conversion need no additional benefit budget: the funding comes out of the employee's existing gross salary, and the setup can be cost-neutral for the employer, depending on the benefit and the individual case. Standard setups are configured by Salfy's customer success team and go live within 24 hours. Pricing starts at €0.90 per user per month, and a 30-day free trial is available. Salfy has been on the market since 2019 and is headquartered in Potsdam.
