  ### 1. Seamless Workplace Accommodation Management with Disclo

**What do you like best about Disclo?**

I appreciate that Disclo centralizes request management and removes barriers for employees. The medical verification feature and the ability to manage job duties are valuable to me. It integrates really nicely with Tilt and ADP, which ensures managers know where employees are in the process, and associates feel supported because their information is protected. The initial setup was absolutely incredible, one of the best implementations I've been through.

**What do you dislike about Disclo?**

I have no negative feedback about Disclo.

**What problems is Disclo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Disclo to manage workplace accommodations. It centralizes accommodation requests, removes entry barriers for employees, provides medical verification, and integrates well with Tilt and ADP, ensuring managers know employee statuses and associates feel supported with protected information.

**What do you like best about Disclo?**

Disclo has been instrumental in creating an accommodations request process that is easy, accessible, and equitable. As a co-lead for our Disability Affinity Group here at Webflow, it has been, more than anything, a symbol of safety and solidarity for the disabled employees here.

By utilizing Disclo's educational features, they are helping us to cultivate a culture that places disability inclusion at the core of our organization. Not only are employees learning about their rights under the ADA and becoming more curious about disability after the implementation, but by ensuring that everyone has access to easily request modifications or changes to their routines, it fosters an atmosphere of safety around disclosure. This gives us the peace of mind that we can show up as ourselves at work because we are no longer a silent anomaly

**What do you dislike about Disclo?**

I don't have any negative feedback about Disclo so far! 

There's only one feature on my wishlist and that would be for acommodation requestee's to also have the ability to take notes or make comments on their cases to promote transparency through the process.

**What problems is Disclo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disclo is helping us to create a more equitable and inclusive employee expeirence at Webflow. As a co-lead for the Disability AG, this helps our group to show up and feel supported and embraced by the community.

**What do you like best about Disclo?**

Disclo has been a great partner at every step of the way. Their team is incredibly passionate about the important work they are doing, and it shows every time you talk to someone at Disclo. They truly believe in white-glove service before, during, and after the implementation and check in to see how things are going.

More importantly, introducing Disclo to our company has opened up new ways to have conversations about how to improve someone's working situation. Even for employees who don't request accommodations, having Disclo as a tool has created a safer space to explore what MIGHT be available.

**What do you dislike about Disclo?**

I'm honestly not sure that I have ever gone through an implementation without any aches and pains before now. I don't have anything I dislike about Disclo.

**What problems is Disclo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Requesting a workplace accommodation can be a very intimidating process, and these conversations were simply not happening before. Disclo is creating a safe space for employees to explore what they may need to do their best work.

**What do you like best about Disclo?**

What I like the best about Disclo is that their team is so supportive and open to feedback. What I like second best (close second) is how seamless the process has been for our employees. Having Disclo has significantly improved our accommodations process and the experience for both our employees and case managers. The implementation process was a breeze, we've received feedback from our employees that it's easy to use and as a case manager I can confirm the same.

**What do you dislike about Disclo?**

Currently, we have nothing to dislike about this platform. The team has been quick to respond/ action on our feedback.

**What problems is Disclo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disclo has solved confidentiality and tracking problems we have with our previous accommodations process. They have also been a huge help in updating our policies and the way we talk about accommodations with our employees. This benefits us by providing a better experience to our employees and case managers, which in turn encourages our employees to advocate for their needs.

**What do you like best about Disclo?**

Disclo is very user friendly, easy to use, and a safe, secure platform for employees to seek accommodations for their needs. It can be connected with an HRIS (we use Gusto) to make it even easier to manage. It was very minimal effort to implement.

**What do you dislike about Disclo?**

I really can't think of any downsides, the product is great and we haven't had any trouble with the product or support team!

**What problems is Disclo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disclo gives employees a HIPPA compliant platform to request accommodations and allows us to administer the collaborative process for accommodations in a secure way that protects the employee's privacy.

**What do you like best about Disclo?**

Disclo has been so easy to use right from the initial setup (Justworks integration was a breeze). Our team ranks psychological safety very high and they appreciate having a way to submit accommodation requests confidetially. Since signing up with Disclo 2 years ago, 11% of our team have used it to submit accommodation requests. The Disclo team also provides amazing customer support, including compliance guidance and team training, which is highly valuable to our small HR team. They have also been very open to working with us on new features/use cases.

**What do you dislike about Disclo?**

There is nothing that we dislike about Disclo.

**What problems is Disclo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disclo provides a platform for employees to submit accommodation requests confidentially. This helps our employees feel safe in making requests without having to feel uncomfortable with sharing private medical information. It also helps ease the administrative burden for our HR team since they can feel confident that information is being handled in a compliant manner.
