"Seamless Workplace Accommodation Management with Disclo"
What do you like best about Disclo?

I appreciate that Disclo centralizes request management and removes barriers for employees. The medical verification feature and the ability to manage job duties are valuable to me. It integrates really nicely with Tilt and ADP, which ensures managers know where employees are in the process, and associates feel supported because their information is protected. What do you like best about Disclo?

Disclo has been instrumental in creating an accommodations request process that is easy, accessible, and equitable. As a co-lead for our Disability Affinity Group here at Webflow, it has been, more than anything, a symbol of safety and solidarity for the disabled employees here.

By utilizing Disclo's educational features, they are helping us to cultivate a culture that places disability inclusion at the core of our organization. Not only are employees learning about their rights under the ADA and becoming more curious about disability after the implementation, but by ensuring that everyone has access to easily request modifications or changes to their routines, it fosters an atmosphere of safety around disclosure. What do you dislike about Disclo?

I don't have any negative feedback about Disclo so far!

What do you like best about Disclo?

Disclo has been a great partner at every step of the way. Their team is incredibly passionate about the important work they are doing, and it shows every time you talk to someone at Disclo. They truly believe in white-glove service before, during, and after the implementation and check in to see how things are going.

More importantly, introducing Disclo to our company has opened up new ways to have conversations about how to improve someone's working situation. What do you like best about Disclo?

What I like the best about Disclo is that their team is so supportive and open to feedback. What I like second best (close second) is how seamless the process has been for our employees. Having Disclo has significantly improved our accommodations process and the experience for both our employees and case managers. What do you like best about Disclo?

Disclo is very user friendly, easy to use, and a safe, secure platform for employees to seek accommodations for their needs. It can be connected with an HRIS (we use Gusto) to make it even easier to manage. It was very minimal effort to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Disclo?

Disclo has been so easy to use right from the initial setup (Justworks integration was a breeze). Our team ranks psychological safety very high and they appreciate having a way to submit accommodation requests confidetially. Since signing up with Disclo 2 years ago, 11% of our team have used it to submit accommodation requests. The Disclo team also provides amazing customer support, including compliance guidance and team training, which is highly valuable to our small HR team.
