Performance (productivity and well-being) = Potential - Interferences, a simple equation created by Timothy Gallwey, describes the working methodology behind the MUA ecosystem. This is how it works. Companies sign up for MUA either via our free, do-it-yourself, or one of our white-glove, paid subscriptions. The first step is to onboard employees to the MUA Performance Software. It's quite simple and takes as little as a 7-min daily investment. Most employees experience their first "a-ha moment" after 24 hours and start really understanding their daily performance and preventing interferences after a couple of days. Think about that step as if you start seeing the road again after a foggy morning and you can start driving at full speed (within the speed limit restrictions, of course, :)). Since the view is cleared up, it's time to make sure we are still on the fastest road. That stage is called: transform known work interferences and focus on flow. For example, it helps flag what kind of activities are "draining" vs "filling" - that can be a certain customer or even a category of work. It's very helpful in gaining insight into the small things that add up on a daily basis. ### 2.
