MUA is a performance-building company that uses software and coaching to improve employees' overall job performance so that employees can do more in less time while increasing the bottom line. Performance (productivity and well-being) = Potential - Interferences, a simple equation created by Timothy Gallwey, describes the working methodology behind the MUA ecosystem. This is how it works. Companies sign up for MUA either via our free, do-it-yourself, or one of our white-glove, paid subscriptions. The first step is to onboard employees to the MUA Performance Software. It's quite simple and takes as little as a 7-min daily investment. Most employees experience their first "a-ha moment" after 24 hours and start really understanding their daily performance and preventing interferences after a couple of days. Think about that step as if you start seeing the road again after a foggy morning and you can start driving at full speed (within the speed limit restrictions, of course, :)). Since the view is cleared up, it's time to make sure we are still on the fastest road. That stage is called: transform known work interferences and focus on flow. At this point, employees accelerate and set new ceilings for their overall job performance. In fact, MUA customers experience a work performance increase of between 10-35% in the first three months. Insights into the relationship between the work and our emotional states. For example, it helps flag what kind of activities are "draining" vs "filling" - that can be a certain customer or even a category of work. MUA creates the habit to reflect on your daily activities and define what made you feel good or bad. This process helps identifying what brings joy and what can bring you down.
