Refreshing Simplicity and Powerful AI Features in HR Management
As someone who has used many HR tools that are quite complicated and unnecessarily demanding, Ponta is a very nice refresher.
A very simple and intuitive tool that offers a nice overview of all listings, various personalization options, and an easy way to communicate with candidates.
Also loving the new AI feature - Candidate intelligence. It’s very helpful and fun to use.

Beautiful user interface, comprehensive features for a small-medium team. New AI assist features are a great addition to our workflow, and very intuitive to the hiring process. The customer success team clearly communicates new developments and plans so we are clear features we have asked for are being worked on.
Getting started is really easy as the solution is extremely intuitive. Implementing it can be done in no time.
We use it every couple of weeks for hiring, but are planning to scale usage with new hiring which we are planning to do in the next year.
Integrates with gmail and outlook for easier communication and coordination with candidates.
