**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love that every time I have called in, no matter who I speak to, is very patient.  Also, very efficient and helpful.  Being customer driven is very important to our agency and we love that we are blessed with the same in return with Bridge staff.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I'm sure there is always room for improvement but I haven't ran into a suggestion for that.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The voicemail setup for holidays and I didn't realize I wasn't setup to have my calls recorded.  Knowing that we can update our voicemails for holidays is a bonus!  That way we don't come back to the office with an overwhelming amount of voicemails.

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The layout of their site is attractive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Lack of communication function to be able to directly message employees who upload files incorrectly, need help uploading files, or just have a question about features on the platform.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is nice having one spot for a specific type of document and documenting process. Specifically, I used this platform to review visa documents from employees and track expiry dates.

Glad you were able to have one centralized platform to track visa documents and dates, while case management is definitely instrumental to running a strong immigration program, we agree there is more to be done and are actively working on improving the employee experience.

We’ve built out a ticketing feature since you’ve used the platform (back in 2019) which allows both international employees, HRs and other stakeholders to ask questions in the platform and dynamically share their questions with the appropriate persons involved. Additionally, we’ve added more help tips embedded into the UI to guide users through the immigration process.

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The ability to have one stop solution for all HR related activities is the standout best feature for me.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

i have not gotten used to the UI its a bit confusing for me.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

one stop solution for the HR related activities.
There were experiences of multiple endpoints previously but bridge solved it for me.
