What do you like best about Borderless?

The primary appeal to us is that the complexity of SMS, COS, Visa applications AND even more importantly, the post application process of managing the moving target of compliance with Home Office & UKVI regulations for sponsored employees has been simplified to a much more manageable process. We can now see compliance of documents in a simple dashboards, and immediately identify gaps in compliance or upcoming visa expiries. This allows us to manage our renewals etc in a much more efficient manner. In additoin, submitting requests for any administrative changes or employee changes is also materially easier. I also like the fact that Borderless have started thinking about users and clients first by creating customer success functions & job roles.

I also really like the fact that the business portal is also very very easy to use. Employees who have used it to upload their documentation etc have also reported positively on the ease of use.

All of this is supplied at a fraction of the cost for what immigration lawyers quoted for us to submit our original SMS application and the thousands of pounds they wanted to charge PER application!! For the number of migrant employees we have, just the legal fees to submit applications would have run into the tens of thousands of pounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Borderless?
