New AI assist features are a great addition to our workflow, and very intuitive to the hiring process. The customer success team clearly communicates new developments and plans so we are clear features we have asked for are being worked on. Getting started is really easy as the solution is extremely intuitive. Implementing it can be done in no time. We use it every couple of weeks for hiring, but are planning to scale usage with new hiring which we are planning to do in the next year. Integrates with gmail and outlook for easier communication and coordination with candidates. **What do you dislike about PontaHR?** It might not be best for enterprises, but so far for our team of 25 it has had everything we've needed in the hiring process. **What problems is PontaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking applicants, displaying job posts, candidate selection and filtering, coordination of hiring activities. ### 2. A very simple and intuitive tool that offers a nice overview of all listings, various personalization options, and an easy way to communicate with candidates. Also loving the new AI feature - Candidate intelligence. It’s very helpful and fun to use. **What do you dislike about PontaHR?** At this point, nothing comes to mind. The support team is always available and and welcomes any feedback. **What problems is PontaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Honestly, the entire hiring process. The transparency of all listings, information about candidates, involvement of the entire hiring team, communication with candidates... ### 3. There were a few of us, from different teams, and PontaHR made it really easy to share our opinions, follow where we were in the hiring process, and track the communication with the candidates. The platform was intuitive to navigate and user-friendly, even for someone using it for the first time. PontaHR is visually great and has a bunch of different features that come in handy while expanding your team – from a customizable hiring process to in-app interview scheduling and emailing. Great customer support too, their team answered all our questions right away. An amazing ATS for small teams, definitely would recommend it! **What do you dislike about PontaHR?** I can’t currently find anything I dislike about the platform. **What problems is PontaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** PontaHR is all-in-one tool for hiring process. It's great that all our candidates, interviews and comments are in one place. This way we were able to track the process for each candidate very easily and have a clear overview where we stand with each of the candidate. ### 5. It's highly responsive, easy to navigate, with visuals that are both pleasing to the eye and instructive in directing the user. Although we had an existing database of conducted recruitment processes in a different tool, integrating it into PontaHR was quite simple, as well as adding it to the our website. The whole process was definitelly made more efortless by the professional, but warm approach of the PontaHR support team. With our company's growth not being the main focus right now, we don't use it intensively. However, I wish I had the chance to use this tool back when recruitment was my main job focus every day, it would've made my life so much easier! Additionally, the pricing is more than affordable for any kind of business that deals with hiring at least couple of times during the year. **What do you dislike about PontaHR?** Being a relatively new product, it doesn't have some additional features that would be useful for recruiters, HR and hiring members who are using it. However, talking to the Ponta team during the support chats made us confident that we will see those features in the foreseeable future. **What problems is PontaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using PontaHR as our main Applicant Tracking System (ATS), making the recruitment process easy to track and adapt along the way. It gave us the very much needed transparency of candidates' rating and communication with them, increasing the team's collaboration and individual's ownership in the process. ### 6.
