"Rotageek very easy to use"

What do you like best about Rotageek?

Rotageek is very easy to use. It is very easy on the eye which make it very easy to implent. Submitting leave is very easy and most important of all it does the balance of your annual leave so you dont have to calculate it yourself. Should you need customer Suuport the reponse is very quick. A good feature of Rotageek is that you can see who else is on shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

The least helpful thing about Rotageek is the odd occasion the app is not working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Each tasks that needs completing can be done in a number of ways allowing you to work the way that suits you best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

The leave calendar would be best as a full year, or 6 months view. Also, being able to search for an employee rather than just shop on the timesheets would be beneficial Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rotageek?

Totally invaluable in communicating availability and changes to circumstances, don't know how I ever managed before Rotageek

An absolute must for any company I would have thought Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

Sometimes have to log out and back in before changes take effect. Not sure if this is my browser or Rotageek itself.Other than that everything is there.... Ease of use, clarity and effectiveness Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Rotageek:

Spend as much time as you can spare getting to know the functionality of th appliance, this will ensure you are fully offay with all its attributes.

It totally allows you to have full control of all divisions, departments and levels of your business, giving a comprehensive coverage for all.

Data reconciliation is easy and trouble free, reports are easily accessed.

Particularly love the fact you can access an archive of time lines when shifts were posted, requested and filled, takes away any ambiguity around people claiming they don't know or weren't aware etc.there I absolutely no doubt as to who is meant to be where and for how long... What do you like best about Rotageek?

It is easy to receive communications, check your schedule, and check the overall schedule. You can put in your leave requests. There are other apps that are comparable, but this app is well designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

Putting in leave can be a bit tricky. You have to be very careful with date and reason for leave. It could be a bit smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rotageek experience"

What do you like best about Rotageek?

I can have a one stop solution to scheduling and all colleague can have a modern solution to accessing rotas.

the fact that you can now search for leave as we have multiple shops to manage, you can now view leave on a shop by shop basis. you can get report on annual leave and sickness quite easily which helps with managing my team.

colleague can enter rotas and annual leave well in advance.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

The functionally keeps changing and they site crashes at critical time making scheduling gruesome at times.

Not sure that this a rotageek issue or what william hill requires from rotageek but some function that we find useful keep getting remove. such as moving the gaps to the top of the page. removing the ability to input days off, creating and deleting specific schedule times for each shop.

Rotageek app doesn't send out a notification to a particular colleague if any of the staffing is amended by a manager so the have a look at what has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rotageek solving and how is that benefiting you?

getting rota out two weeks in advance so colleagues can know what they are doing and plan their working life balance better. the problems that I am solving with rotageek is covering organising annual leave and covering sicknesses when colleagues are absent from work. with rotageek i can see each shop my cluster and all the shop in the area (around 62) when looking for a solution. "A useful payroll app"

What do you like best about Rotageek?

Quick to learn for sure! I like that it is cross-platform and decently developed. Either way, if you do payroll or you are an employee there are some good features. The scheduler is very good and quick, especially with the recent updates! I like how you can handle the holidays and absences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

There is definitely room to improve. I assume rotageek is not that old so obviously there are some bugs but they are only a handful and the team is really open-minded and they deliver quick solutions for the problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rotageek?

The recent update of messaging Colleagues is quiet good.

What about texting ? Rotageek made life more easy and help line managers with scheduling the siifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

teething issues - sometimes just go on random shifts and change other colleagues shifts.

Need to improve the annual leaves admin pages

Recommendations to others considering Rotageek:

It is a good product and would definitely recommend to anyone interested. Only issues it can be slow and cluttered. Should make it more friendly. But it is a good product and have been using it for nearly 3 years now. This is probably because head office might have put restriction on Line Managers for certain tasks. Before we had accessed to the browser view on the phone. Now it is very hard.

I like the software but sometime too slow, or not responding . Should improve the layout more and make it easy to print reports. Should be able to move a gap shift to an employee than assigned , give us the option.

Other than that it is a good product - another teething issue is annual leaves - unable to authorised following year because of the allocation for current year. So colleagues are unable to request. People page should me more friendly

Should have comment on employee profile so Line manager can write notes. Should made it more mobile friendly through web app so that we can see more , look for information on the go when there is a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The chat assistant are pretty good. Having issue where sometime you have to refresh a lot of time.

"Complete Comprehensive and Fun Rota Programme"

What do you like best about Rotageek?

The chat support is awesome, and the easy way to move things about is so simple and efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rotageek?

It freezes quite a bit, which can be annoying when on a roll Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rotageek solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s so easy to work with a set amount of hours with a team of people.

Moreover simple colour guides. Make it super easy to work with a set matrix.

Creating shifts and labelling them. But also allowing your team to mix with other teams in different locations if need be is really something.

For me though without doubt its the ban to the chat team deliver which is the thing that i find amazing they are always there within seconds to help and assist and more often than not up for some light hearted humour... which always makes my day and makes me value Rotageek as a friend not just a programme.

I would highly recommend the programme for anyone who is stressing or struggling with a universal approach to rota’s

It’s fun and easy to use even for the most not techie people.

Ive been using it for 5 years and I wouldn’t use anything other than Rotageek in the future.
