# Is there a quicker way to upload holidays?

We are currently adding manually.. its taking forever!

Hello Rebecca. I hope I understand your question. The first time I will post Holidays in Quinyx, I will create a template. My template is for one year. I enter the name of the holidays and the date. Next year I can copy my template. Make sure all dates are correct for the coming years for all holidays. Have a nice day

Hello Rebecca.

I hope to have understand your doubt. You are talking about insert employee vacations? 
In my case what i have done was to create a several hollidays templates, matching the different working hours. This only will take you a bit of time once, but will allow you to save time after that.
You just have to copy the templates to the week or weeks the employee is on vacations and delete day or days in the begining and finishing dates.
