## About Planable
Planable is a collaboration-first social media management platform built for agencies and multi-location brands. It brings planning, feedback, approvals, publishing, engagement, and reporting into one workspace, so teams stop chasing content across tools and start shipping it. With Planable, teams can plan content across multiple brands and channels using a shared visual calendar, leave feedback directly on posts, and run approval workflows that fit how they actually work (from one-click sign-offs to structured, multi-level client approvals). A built-in media library keeps assets organized and reusable in one place. A unified social inbox helps teams manage comments and DMs across platforms without switching tabs, while custom reporting makes it simple to assemble polished, client-ready reports in minutes. Planable connects natively with Canva for design, Zapier for automation, and Slack for team communication, fitting into the workflows teams already use. Teams behind Hyundai, KFC, Christian Louboutin, Royal Canin, and SMEG are among the 7,000+ marketing teams that rely on Planable every day.

## Planable Reviews
 ### 1. Planable Makes Content Planning Clear, Flexible, and Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kira S. | RIE Associate, Parent Educator, Infant/Toddler Care Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

What I like best about Planable is how clearly I can see everything I’ve planned. The layout makes it easy to understand my content at a glance, which really helps me stay organized and calm.

I also really appreciate how simple it is to make changes. Editing posts, adjusting timing, or updating content feels quick and natural, without any stress.

Another big advantage is how far ahead I can plan—and just as easily go back and review or adjust things. That flexibility makes a big difference when managing content over time.

And finally, I like that different platforms can be connected or used separately. It gives me the freedom to organize my workflow in a way that fits my needs.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

At this point, I haven’t come across anything I dislike about Planable. I’m still learning how to navigate all of its features, so there may be things I haven’t fully discovered yet.

For now, my experience has been positive, and I’m continuing to explore how to use it more efficiently over time.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable helps me organize and plan our posts across different social platforms in one place. It gives me a clear structure, which makes it much easier to see the overall plan and stay consistent.

Because everything is laid out visually, I can think more strategically about our content instead of just posting in the moment. It helps me plan ahead, stay organized, and maintain a more thoughtful and intentional approach to our social media.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Kira, this genuinely made us smile. Thank you! Planable was built for exactly that "see everything at a glance" feeling, so it's great to hear it's clicking for you. Hope you enjoy discovering the rest of the features, and don't hesitate to reach out to support@planable.io for any help. ✨

 ### 2. Simple UI, Top-Notch Support!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praespero G. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The user interface makes it very simple. The support whenI had questions was top notch. The AI function along with hashtags is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I see a few areas where the software could improve, especially around its Twitter integration. Company accounts on Twitter don’t have word limits, yet the tool still imposes a limit. That may be an issue on Twitter’s side, but overall the Twitter options here feel restrictive.

It’s also not clear to me whether the social inbox will actually add value, since it doesn’t seem to let a user discover and add followers or interact with content on other pages as the represented organization. Because of that, I haven’t really trialed it yet.

Finally, I find the scheduling options very confusing. I don’t like that clicking on the bars scrolls through different time options each time, and it’s hard to tell what you’re cycling through—like whether it’s showing peak times within the bar graph’s time slot or something else.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating an platform where we can collaborate across individuals including drafting, scheduling, approving and sticky notes.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for the kind words about our support team. They genuinely love hearing this! On the Twitter/X front, you're right that the character limit behavior for company accounts can be inconsistent; it's a known quirk tied to how X's API surfaces limits to third-party tools, and we're working to make this more accurate. For the scheduling interface confusion, we'd love specifics. Our support team at support@planable.io can route that straight to the product team. Really glad the collaboration features are making daily work smoother for you!

 ### 3. Has saved me so much time working in social media management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jemaimah M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I just love seeing all the content for the month. My team is able to plan everything in advance, so there's no one rushing for a design or to change the content. It has made things much calmer. Plus it is easy to use, especially when working with a team. Everyone knows what they need to do.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The team have been great at fixing any bugs I have come across. So far the slight inconvenience is when a platform gets disconnected

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many different social media platforms, it can be overwhelming to keep up. But with Planable, it makes planning and scheduling content easy. It honestly saves me a lot of time and it helps when management need to see what content the team has planned, everything is easily available for them to see and make changes in advance. No one has to work overtime to get the content out.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> "No one has to work overtime to get the content out", that's one of the best things we've ever read in a review. Thank you! 🙌 The calm, ahead-of-schedule feeling you're describing is exactly what we build Planable for, and it's great to hear the whole team can stay in the loop without extra back-and-forth.

On platform disconnections: social platforms occasionally expire third-party access tokens on their end, which is unfortunately outside our control. Reconnecting is usually quick, and if you ever need help troubleshooting a specific disconnection, our support team at support@planable.io is always there for you.

 ### 4. Transformative Collaboration with Seamless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamra L. C. | Realtor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love using Planable because it's so easy to use. It provides tools that allow my assistant and me to collaborate effectively. The system also sends reminders when I need to approve posts or discuss content, ensuring that nothing gets posted without my approval, which I really like. I appreciate the feedback and conversations we can have, and the platform's ability to keep our entire conversation history is invaluable. The ease of linking and posting content to multiple social media platforms at once saves me a lot of time. Also, it's super user-friendly, and the collaboration features are significant because they eliminate the need for additional apps. The statistic recordings feature is also a nice bonus. Overall, I highly recommend Planable as it has saved my assistant and me tons of time, allowing us to focus on making more money, doing more business, and helping more people. It’s a one-stop-shop for everything we need.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

What things could be improved with Planable is sometimes once something's approved and has been posted, it still sits in our feed. I wish it would be easier to have that auto archive or go to a folder that's out of the way of the main content page because it'll just sit there, showing approved. It'd be nice to have it auto archive itself or file into another folder, like posted for the month of April.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to easily collaborate with my assistant, ensuring nothing gets posted without approval. It saves us time by streamlining content posting to multiple platforms simultaneously, and keeps our collaboration organized in one place, enhancing efficiency.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you so much, truly glad Planable has become a reliable hub for you and your assistant! Published content is archived after 1 year, but if you want to organize things sooner, you can filter out posted content, which helps keep the main view cleaner. Save the filter as a custom view, and it'll allow you to focus on the content that needs your attention. Feel free to check out how to do this here: https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715242493980-Custom-views or reach out at support@planable.io!

 ### 5. Organizational Powerhouse with Pricey Add-Ons

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carli S. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for social media management and really like the new notes feature that lets me make notes on certain days for what needs to be posted or just reminders. This feature is especially helpful when I'm managing a lot of clients because it keeps me organized and makes it easy to keep track of important dates and reminders for scheduling posts. I also found the initial setup of Planable to be easy, which is a big plus for me. I've even recommended it to multiple people.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It's expensive. I wish it didn't cost extra to add one person to be an approver.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to manage social media, schedule posts, and keep organized, especially with multiple clients. The notes feature is great for tracking important dates and reminders.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Carli, really glad the notes feature is making multi-client life easier! Our newer plans actually include unlimited users. If you'd like to talk through your plan options, our team is happy to help at support@planable.io.

 ### 6. Effortless Social Media Planning with Intuitive Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe C. | Architectural Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that I can plan out posts far in advance for the company. I like to drop in a bunch of posts at a time and then move them around based on what looks good in our grid. It is very simple to navigate so I can work on our social media whenever I have a bit of down time. Using planable is definitely what works best for our company.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I dislike how it sends a ping to my phone to upload a story. I would rather do everything on the computer. If it sends a ping then I might as well just make the story posts on my phone to begin with.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired an outside company to run our social media in the past and we found ourselves combing through the content they would produce to find something worth posting. They didn't know our business like we do so we decided to handle our social media ourselves. Planable makes running our social media pages simple as someone without a background in social media marketing.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hey Zoe, thank you so much! The drag-and-drop grid planning is one of those features that's hard to go back from once you've tried it.

On the story ping: the good news is that direct story publishing is actually available in Planable, no phone handoff needed! You just need to have an Instagram Professional (Business) account connected, and stories will publish automatically at the scheduled time. If your account is a personal profile or Creator account, the mobile push notification flow is the current path, but switching to a Business account unlocks fully automatic story publishing.

Our help center guide at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715329228956 walks through exactly how to set it up. If you need any help getting it configured, reach out to support@planable.io and we'll help you!

 ### 7. Streamlines Workflow, Needs More Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love that Planable helps my clients have insight into what they're posting, making the edit and review process great both with clients and internally with my design team. We're able to put everything up in a plain view, map out the month, and even plan months ahead. Everything posts seamlessly. I'm a big fan and love Planable. I love that you can see the month view, the calendar view, and the client review process. Planable streamlines processes, reducing touch points between us and the client. They're notified and can easily make comments, which helps my designer make edits and put it back up for approval. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The ability to post stories on Instagram would be amazing. And then, also, being able to do engagement and comments would be awesome. No. That would be another room for improvement. It would be awesome if Planable could integrate with more platforms.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to eliminate spreadsheets, creating and drafting content directly. It streamlines client reviews by minimizing touch points and allows seamless monthly planning and content posting. I love the calendar view and how it enhances client collaboration.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you, the way you've described the client review loop is exactly the workflow we designed Planable around. Really glad it's clicking for your team.
On Instagram Stories: great news — you can actually post stories directly from Planable! For Instagram Business accounts, stories publish automatically at the scheduled time with no phone handoff needed. If you're on a personal or Creator account, a quick switch to a Business account unlocks full direct publishing. Our guide at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715329228956 covers the setup, and support@planable.io can help if you get stuck.

On engagement and comments: our Social Inbox lets you manage comments and DMs across platforms from one place — it might be exactly what you're looking for! Check it out at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715283422236.

On more platform integrations: feel free to reach out to our team at support@planable.io and let us know which integrations you're looking forward to.

 ### 8. Centralized Client Collaboration Made Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I find Planable easy to use and very visual, which is fantastic for managing posts and campaigns for clients. Planable provides a central point where clients can make comments and ask for edits, enabling multiple copywriters, graphic designers, clients, and approvers to work in one place seamlessly. I appreciate being able to create labels, which is really useful. This feature allows us to organize by month or project, and we can view these labels in both the calendar and feed views, giving us a cohesive look and feel for our campaigns. The initial setup of Planable was very easy and intuitive, allowing us to self-navigate without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

We would love to see the ability to use a bit more AI generated graphics. We find the copywriting section relatively useful, but really, the images or creating the graphics would be very useful to have.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable gives us a central point for clients to make comments and ask for edits, allowing copywriters, graphic designers, clients, and approvers to work in one place.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you so much! The labels feature is definitely underrated for keeping things organized. I've passed along the feedback around AI-generated graphics, definitely something we want to explore. 🙏

 ### 9. Easy-to-Use Content Planning with Flexible Views and Client Approvals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany P. | Communications Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable is easy to use both from a developer/social media manager perspective and from the client-side for approvals and edits. The different "views" make it easy to see exactly what posts will look like and it has every pre-planning option with flexibility to adjust the approval process for each client. I also like that the fees for use are based on each workspace and not on the number of individual users. This is especially helpful when there is a larger client team that all need eyes on the proposed content and editing/approval process.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish they didn't send Planable promotional emails to users listed as a "client". I would prefer not muddying up their inboxes.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves the problem of endless back-and-forth email chains, especially when social media content needs multiple rounds of approvals and edits. It has also helped us leave Excel spreadsheets behind for managing our monthly content calendars, making the whole process much easier to keep organized.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hey Tiffany, really appreciate the detailed feedback! The promotional email concern for client-role users is genuinely valuable feedback and something we're actively reviewing. We'll make sure this gets to the right team!

 ### 10. Planable Has Been the Gift that Keeps on Giving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaden Q. | Director of Social Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It is an Incredible time-saver. It's allowed us to service a lot more clients. It's extremely reliable and has all the features we need. It also eliminates possible errors in posting when you have multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The price is very high, but it's totally worth it.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable has taken so much time and guesswork out of our Social Media content planning and scheduling, and I feel that we are still just scratching the surface. It's allowed us to take on more clients and take out any human errors in the actual posting.
We work in this software 24/7 and find little things that would make our workflow faster and send suggestions to the developers. They have given us workarounds or actually updated the software for every single request, no matter how big or small. I can honestly say the price is well worth it with the amount of time it saves us on the back-end. I couldn't recommend this tool more!!

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> This review genuinely made our day, thank you! 🤩

 ### 11. Simplifies Content Approval and Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose-Cherie Galea G. | Digital Producer - Insiders, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the approval process and the calendar in Planable. Requesting approval is straightforward, and the UI makes things clear and simple. I also love how the calendar is super easy to move scheduled content around with ease. The communication with the Planable team was good, and the setup was smooth. Using Planable helps us to remain on task and see content gaps easily.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

There are definitely areas that could be improved, like adding a task checklist so the team can see what needs to be done and what has been done. At the moment, I just use a 'post' and keep it in my saved drafts so it sits on the right-hand side for easy access. Also, a BIG addition would be being able to save YouTube tags, having to retype my 50 or so YouTube tags every time is annoying. Or at the very least, just like YouTube, you type a tag, hit enter, and start typing the next one, but at the moment you have to hit add new tag each time which slows the process down. I understand this is a limitation through Meta, but Instagram has updated their image sizes, but this has not been reflected in Planable (or Meta Business Suite which is funny since they own Insta) but it meant we had to resize all of our Canva templates back to the older 4:5 size. Also, I just noticed that if my reel is over 90 seconds it wants me to upload manually or something? So that is a bit annoying.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for reviewing social content and creating a structured content schedule. It streamlines our approval process, consolidates tasks, and simplifies posting to multiple social networks, helping us stay on task and identify content gaps.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Rose-Cherie, thanks so much for the kind words about the approval flow and calendar! A team task checklist is a genuinely useful idea; we'll make sure this gets in front of the right people. Really appreciate you taking the time to share it!

 ### 12. Intuitive Visual Planning, Ideal for Branding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephine R. | ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE | GLOBAL & INDUSTRY EXPOSURE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable to organize my LinkedIn content and professional branding, and I find the visual planning aspect incredibly useful for keeping my posts consistent and engaging. It helps me map out campaigns and maintain a polished brand presence without feeling overwhelmed. I love how Planable solves the 'everything is everywhere' problem by allowing me to manage drafts, visuals, posting times, and ideas all in one place, letting me see how my content flows together visually. What stands out the most is the visual organization and ease of use, which aligns perfectly with my mindset of timelines, flow, and audience experience. The calendar and preview features are especially enjoyable because they let me see how content will appear before publication, which is crucial for storytelling, visual consistency, and professional presentation. The initial setup was also fairly straightforward, which made connecting accounts and organizing content calendars quick and easy. As a single user, it significantly helps me stay organized and maintain consistency in my content management workflow.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

One area I'd love to see improved is support for my personal Facebook page and personal profile scheduling, since a lot of networking and community engagement still happens there. For professionals who manage both business branding and personal visibility, having more flexibility across those platforms would make the workflow even stronger.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to organize content across apps, solve the 'everything is everywhere' issue, and maintain a consistent, polished brand presence. Its visual planning and unified platform keep me authentic and engaged without feeling overwhelmed.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful breakdown of your workflow! On personal Facebook profiles: this is a Meta API limitation. Personal profiles have stricter access restrictions compared to business pages. We know it's a gap, especially for professionals who manage both personal and business presence, and it's something we actively follow as Meta evolves their API policies. We appreciate the feedback!

 ### 13. Efficient Multi-Platform Posting with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsten P. | Recruitment Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I really appreciate how Planable allows me to post on multiple platforms, saving me time and eliminating cross-posting errors. The tool's ability to flag any issues with associated images or videos and suggest copy improvements is very helpful. I find the approval function particularly useful as it ensures posts are checked before going live. The multi-platform posting functionality is a massive time saver and acts as a review system, which helps take the stress out of posting. I've been so satisfied with Planable that I rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to others, and I've already recommended it.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Taking over as owner of the workspace for my new employer was tricky and the workaround still didn't achieve the desired ownership structure. In order to have the desired access, I had to transfer ownership to myself from someone who had already left the business, taking logins etc. with them.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable saves me time by allowing posts on multiple platforms and eliminating cross-posting errors. It flags issues with images/videos, suggests copy improvements, and the approval function ensures posts are reviewed before going live, reducing the stress of posting.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you, 10/10 means the world to us! On workspace ownership transfers: you're right that this can be tricky when the previous owner is no longer accessible. We do have a process to handle this through our support team. If you ever run into this situation again, reach out directly at support@planable.io, and we'll work through the verification and transfer steps with you. We want to make sure every team can manage their account cleanly.

 ### 14. Intuitive Interface, Smooth Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen H. | VP, Marketing Strategy & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for managing social media accounts for our clients and it makes reviewing posts internally and with clients, and scheduling posts a breeze. I like the interface - it feels very easy to understand and clean. We haven't had any issues with graphic quality when getting posted and the internal collaboration has been working well. We switched to Planable because we were looking for something more intuitive and with better capabilities for sharing with our clients. The initial setup was pretty easy. When questions have come up they have been prompt to respond.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don't like that we have client accounts that disconnect more often from Planable than previous scheduling platforms we have used. I don't know what the root cause is, but it's been happening more frequently.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable makes reviewing and scheduling social media posts easy. Its interface is intuitive and clean, and it supports effective internal collaboration and client sharing. We switched from Social Pilot for these features.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you, glad the switch from Social Pilot has been a smooth one! On disconnections: social platforms periodically expire third-party tokens, and the frequency can vary depending on the platform and account type. Our 'Page disconnected & troubleshooting' guide covers the most common causes. If specific client accounts are disconnecting unusually often, please flag the platform and account type to support@planable.io, we're happy to investigate further.

 ### 15. One Shared Workspace and a Flexible Content Calendar

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Our team can all work from one workspace and see all the content. Being able to move around our drafts into different spots on the calendar is a close second.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

You cannot add a thumbnail from the desktop version. I feel like there are a few features that are glitchy when moving from the desktop to the phone app and back. Even though our team uses Mac products across the board we still seem to find that the upload quality and speed can differ based on how it's being used.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We honestly tried several different platforms before landing at Planable. The ease of use when onboarding new clients or new employees is incredible. We are putting out 2-10 pieces of content every day for 6-10 clients and so we are moving quickly. Before Planable there was so much lag time and so many steps to just get the content where it needed to be. Now we can move fluidly and quickly without missing any steps.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Moving 2–10 pieces of content a day for 6–10 clients, that's serious volume, and we're glad Planable keeps up! For the upload quality inconsistencies between desktop and app, we'd love to capture specifics: file format, size, platform, to help us reproduce and fix them. Drop a ticket at support@planable.io, and we'll dig in.

 ### 16. A must-have tool for structured and collaborative social media management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moises E. | Director Comercial, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

What I like most about Planable is how easy it feels to use from day one. I manage social media for two very different brands, and having everything organized in a visual calendar just makes my life simpler. Being able to preview posts exactly as they’ll look before publishing gives me a lot more confidence when scheduling content.

I also really appreciate the commenting and approval system. Instead of chasing feedback through email or WhatsApp, everything stays in one place. It’s saved me time, reduced confusion, and honestly made the whole content process feel a lot smoother and more professional.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Overall, my experience has been really positive. If I had to point out something small, it would be that sometimes updates or integrations with social networks take a bit of time to fully sync or reflect recent changes.

That said, it hasn’t been a real issue for me. It hasn’t disrupted my workflow, and the overall value I get from the platform easily makes up for those minor delays.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I started using Planable, managing content approvals and scheduling for different brands felt a bit messy. Files were being shared in different places, feedback was scattered across messages, and keeping track of the latest version of a post wasn’t always easy.

With Planable, everything lives in one place — from drafting content to getting approvals and scheduling it. That alone has saved me a lot of back-and-forth. I’ve been able to cut down on posting mistakes, keep each brand consistent, and collaborate more smoothly with my team. It’s also helped me think ahead and plan campaigns more intentionally instead of just reacting week by week.

Overall, it’s brought more structure and clarity to my process and made the way I manage content feel much more organized and professional.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for such a thorough and thoughtful review!

On sync delays: social platforms don't always communicate API changes in advance, which can cause a brief lag before Planable catches up. We monitor platform updates closely and prioritize compatibility fixes. If you ever notice a specific issue, flagging it at support@planable.io helps us prioritize faster. 🙏

 ### 17. Efficient and User-Friendly Social Media Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arina N. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I find Planable very easy to use, and it never fails, which is great for reliability. I also love that I can schedule stories, making it flexible for different types of content. It helps me save time and stay organized, as I'm never late on posting dates or times, allowing me to schedule all the content for the month in one day. The initial setup was very fast, so it didn't take much time to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I like everything

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to schedule content across different social media platforms, helping me save time, stay organized, and never miss posting deadlines. It's easy to use and reliable, allowing me to schedule all my content for the month in one day.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for the kind words! 🙌

 ### 18. Seamless Approvals and Constant Upgrades

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celeste M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like Planable for the constant upgrades that keep the platform fresh and responsive. I also appreciate having a communicative team because it makes resolving issues smoother. The seamless client approvals are a standout feature for me as they ensure a smooth client experience, which is crucial because our clients are the glue of our agency. The initial setup of Planable was easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The "sticky notes" feature is great, but it would be awesome if the ideation piece was saved and we were able to have tags on them. Right now, we are using fake posts to ideate for our team, and I think that could be better. The feed preview could also be improved.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves clunky workflows and provides a seamless approval system, which is crucial for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Really glad the approval flow is working well for your agency! I've passed your feedback along to the product team, and don't hesitate to reach out to support@planable.io with more details on how you'd see the feed view being improved.

 ### 19. Facilitate Planning, But Limited Mobile Version

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Runmel G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love using Planable because it allows me to schedule my posts and organize myself in advance. I particularly appreciate the ability to see my photos and easily integrate them into my messages. This allows me to know which photos I have already used and to add those that haven't been used yet with great ease. Planable is a web application that is easy to install and accessible from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The iPhone version does not yet include all the features of the web version. The missing features include preferred posting times (the moments when I have the most views) and unused photos.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Planable allows me to schedule my posts and organize myself in advance. I can also see which photos I have already used and easily integrate the unused ones into my posts.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Runmel, thanks for sharing this! Really glad the scheduling and photo organization features are working well for you. Closing the gap between mobile and web, including things like preferred posting times on iOS, is something the team is actively working on. We've passed your feedback along! 🙏

 ### 20. Clear UI and Smooth Client Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiera S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like Planable for planning social media content primarily for Instagram, as it provides a clear content overview and makes it easy to make comments and amends. I love the clear user interface, as it simplifies the process of adding clients and workspaces and connecting accounts. The approval button is also a feature I really appreciate. The initial setup was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish it was easier to use Instagram native features, for example, I always use a trending audio for carousels and from what I understand, you can't do this with Planable. This would be game-changing and mean that I'd schedule content in app. I also don't love when uploading content I've exported from Canva, it's always too high resolution and I've found a loophole for uploading it, but it's slightly annoying.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for planning social media content, providing clients a clear content overview and the ability to comment and approve easily. It's easy to add clients and workspaces, and I love its clear user interface and approval button.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hey Kiera, thanks so much for this review! We're really glad the collaboration and approval flow have been working well for you.

On the Instagram audio front, adding native trending audio is currently a limitation from Instagram's API itself, but if you publish via the mobile push notification, you can layer on that audio directly in the app before posting.

As for Canva, would love it if you could share more details at our support@planable.io address, and we'll make sure it gets to the team. 🙏

 ### 21. Effortless Social Media Management with Multi-Account Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artis H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that all my accounts are linked together in Planable. I can add more employees without having to worry about how to hand over my accounts to others. I like that I can add suggestions and comments that others should take into account. I like that I can schedule posts. Overall, I am very satisfied with this app. The initial setup was very easy and understandable.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It would be great if the notes could be public for all employees, not ONLY private. When adding posts, it would be great if I didn't need to uncheck all accounts one by one, but only check those who need publishing.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves the issue of sharing accounts by letting me connect multiple ones in a single place. It links all my accounts, allows me to schedule posts, and add suggestions and comments for team collaboration, making account management easy.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> We really appreciate you taking the time to share this! Good news, you can change the visibility of notes to be shared with the team or visible to everyone. You can see how it works here: https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/27387403778716-How-to-use-notes-in-the-Calendar

As for selecting which pages content gets created for, you can check or uncheck them from the left-hand sidebar. Every time you create a post, it'll only have those pages selected.

Hope this helps!

 ### 22. Simplifies Social Media Management with Room for Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas P. | Private Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like Planable for its simple UI that just does what it needs to do. The ability to leave feedback and the approval process are valued features, especially useful when having client calls. The analytics dashboard is also a feature I use frequently and find helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The fact that there's no API integration is becoming increasingly annoying, especially with AI tools out there that can connect with different kinds of ways. Also, integrations are incredibly limited, which means I don't really use Planable with other tools or software.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves the problem of juggling multiple client accounts and managing social media profiles, streamlining the review and approval process.

 ### 23. Streamlines Multi-Platform Social Media Posting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaseen A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for posting to social media across multiple platforms, which is really convenient for managing two businesses. I appreciate how it consolidates all platforms and allows posting at once. The large scheduling time is a big plus, allowing me to schedule months ahead at a time. I like the planner, the layout, and find it fairly user-friendly. It's great that I can see all the posts at any given time and make adjustments or use drag and drop. I also like the live working view per user and some of the AI text features.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find that social media accounts often disconnect, which is annoying. The changing algorithms and standards across platforms mean that sometimes posts do better if posted directly from specific apps, and I'm unsure what Planable can do about this. Also, sometimes the media formatting isn't correct, and Planable's video and clip editing could definitely be better. While I like some of the AI text features, I think these need to be improved as well. The initial setup is pretty straightforward, but it could be a bit more user-friendly, and as long as someone can afford it and it meets their needs, I’d rate it an 8.5.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable consolidates all platforms for posting and scheduling, with a user-friendly planner and layout. I can see all posts and adjust them easily, providing the ability to schedule months ahead.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Really appreciate you sharing your experience! On the disconnections: these are triggered by the social networks themselves re-authenticating third-party tools, so unfortunately, that's outside our control, though we do our best to make reconnecting quick and painless. As for your notes on video editing and media formatting, I've forwarded them to the team. 🙏

 ### 24. Effortlessly Manages Content, Needs Story Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriele P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that I can see the monthly calendar, which really helps in saving time by allowing me to count how many content pieces went live, identify which days have posts, and understand what time they are scheduled for. The ability to change the grid is helpful to plan the visual layout and ensure everything looks good. I also appreciate the AI feature for writing captions. Sometimes it doesn't always generate the best ones, but it can really help save time when you want to post something quickly.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I would like to have the ability to add music directly while scheduling stories. Also, maybe AI captions could be generated better according to specific needs of the brand. There could be something where you tell more about your brand, and they help to write captions better according to your brand voice.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to schedule content, showing it to the client. It solves counting how many content pieces went live and schedules posts in advance. It's easier except for stories with music.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thanks so much for this review! On the music for stories, adding native audio tracks is currently a limitation from Instagram's API, which doesn't allow this through third-party tools. The workaround is to use the mobile push notification to add your music in the Instagram app just before publishing. And the idea of brand voice-aware AI captions is a great one, that kind of personalization is exactly the direction we want to take those features.

 ### 25. Unmatched Instagram Grid Planning Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea A. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

My favourite part is the grid planning for Instagram. As far as I'm concerned, no other tool has this experience.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I’d love the option to choose a vertical view of my photos for Instagram. For example, if I upload a horizontal image, I should be able to reposition it until I get the vertical crop I prefer, and that’s what will show in the feed.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable is just perfect for planning my posts. I haven't use integration but I will look into integrating with Claude.

 ### 26. Streamlines Social Media Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire W. | Senior Specialist, Lifecycle, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable to manage my organic social clients' calendar, and I really like how simple it is to use. I love how easy it is to collaborate. It's easy to see where posts are slotted and how they'll look in the platform, so the client can easily go in and approve, and then I can schedule right from there. I also appreciate that I can easily syndicate posts for each platform. They're always rolling out new features, which I like, and they have great reporting capabilities. Overall, it's valuable to me because it saves me so much time and is very organized for the client, allowing us to keep track of everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don't love the inbox yet, and I only use the calendar view because I don't really like the other ones. The one thing I feel it's lacking is a link in bio feature like Sprout has.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to manage client calendars, from content creation to reporting. It helps with collaboration, organizing everything in one place, and saves time. It's easy to see post placements and schedule them, and clients can approve content easily.

 ### 27. Effortless Social Media Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ade N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that Planable is very easy to understand and that its layout is intuitive. I appreciate being able to log in and change things the way I want. I enjoy using the grid feed feature a lot because it allows me to see what my posts will look like, especially on Instagram. This is important for ensuring a unified company look. I also like the generate hashtag feature because it helps us to quickly complement each post differently, and I find it very useful. Additionally, I really enjoy being able to plan Instagram stories and later add more features through the Instagram app, like links, easily. Finally, the setup was very easy, taking only ten minutes, which we really appreciated. It's also simple to get other team members on board without taking much time.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish they were faster at incorporating new features that Instagram or TikTok brings out. Like, for example, Instagram allows three-minute reels, and it took a while before Planable allowed you to import three minutes plus. I wish the formatting of Instagram videos could be quicker too, like editing into a portrait format. It could definitely be improved in keeping up with new features from Instagram and TikTok.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable lets me schedule posts way in advance, share across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and format to each platform's standards. It helps me collaborate with my team, optimize post timing, and keeps things intuitive for new team members.

 ### 28. Practical Tool but with Video Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I really appreciate the usefulness of Planable for scheduling and getting approval from my clients. My clients find the application easy to use. I particularly like the feature that allows sending an approval to clients, which makes the publication schedule itself, it's very convenient and saves time. Moreover, the initial setup was easy, simple, and quick to understand.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I would say that it's more when I upload a video, and if it's viewed on a phone, the video format, which is supposed to be 9:16, turns into 1:1 (square). Watching videos on Planable mobile is not great.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to schedule my posts, have them easily approved by my clients, which automates the process and saves time.

 ### 29. Easy Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin C. | Development Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that I am able to collaborate with my team and that everything is housed in one place.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don't currently have feedback about things I would like to see changed as I am not the one who actually posts.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable is an effective platform that allows our team to put schedule posts and leave notes for posts we would like to see. This allows us to limit texts/emails to one another and therefore limit the amount of things that may fall through the cracks

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Love hearing that Planable is helping streamline communication within the team, that's exactly what we aim for! If you ever have feedback as you use more of the platform, we'd love to hear it. Thanks for the review!

 ### 30. Streamlines Social Media Scheduling Effectively

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for scheduling posts for Instagram and Facebook. It helps me plan ahead and maintain a presence without taking up much of my daily time. I like that I can see the grid ahead of time and rearrange posts easily. This feature allows me to visually highlight what I need in a world that is so focused on visuals. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It would be helpful to have more tools such as geotagging photos in this app or photo editing.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to schedule Instagram and Facebook posts, helping me plan ahead and maintain a presence without consuming much daily time. I can see my grid in advance, rearranging posts easily, which is crucial for a visually-driven world.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for sharing! For geotagging, coverage depends on what each platform exposes via its API, and not all locations are available yet. As for photo editing, we do offer image editing options directly in Planable. You can check out how it works here: https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715281798428-Image-editing. Hope this helps!

 ### 31. Streamlined Social Media with Planable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duane B. | Public Speaker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for posting on social media for both of my businesses and my personal LinkedIn profile. I love that it allows me to post from one area all at once, making it so much easier. The calendar feature is great because it lets me see what I've already posted and plan my future posts. It's a huge help in not having to think a lot about these tasks. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the Planable platform and can't think of anything that would improve it.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable allows me to post from one area all at once, making it much easier. I can view a calendar to see past posts and future posts, which helps me not have to think a lot.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> This is so great to hear, thank you! The all-in-one calendar view removing mental overhead is exactly the goal. Really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. 🙏

 ### 32. Streamlined Social Media Management Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for writing social content for multiple clients, sharing for internal review, client review, and scheduling, all in one! It saves so much time and makes social media management smoother by having an all-in-one platform that's easy to use and accessible for everyone, internally and externally. I love that you can leave comments only your internal team can see, or public comments for your clients to see too. I like how Planable gives you the flexibility to choose between internal and public comments.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish the calendar interface were more responsive or flexible, to choose how much room each row on the calendar takes up. When I have different post variations for each platform, it makes the cells for those dates really large, which hinders how much of the overall month I can see. I wish I could change the settings for how large post previews are on the calendar interface.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to write social content, streamline reviews, and scheduling. It saves time and smooths social media management. I love the flexibility in comments, showing only what my clients need to see.

 ### 33. Efficient Instagram Post Planner, but Limited Free Plan

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the different views of the calendar in Planable. It's generally good and I appreciate how it links to Canva easily to import visuals. I also like the AI input on captions, which makes things much more manageable. Having all of this in one place is really valuable, instead of having to download Canva imagery and manually upload and type captions into social media.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I can't seem to post story content, or maybe I don't have the right plan. Our free plan limits the number of different platforms we can link, but I know we could upgrade when it's feasible for us. More content generation options perhaps within Planable instead of relying on my Canvas creations.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for visually seeing all Instagram posts, generating captions, scheduling and approving posts. It integrates with Canvas, saving the need to manually upload images and create captions.

 ### 34. Effortless Social Media Planning, Instant Impact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen G. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I really find scheduling posts with Planable to be very helpful. The monthly grid view is the best feature for ensuring every day is covered. I love the ease of use; I didn't have to watch weeks of tutorials to figure out the workflow. Additionally, being able to easily share posts with my partner is great. The initial setup was much easier compared to other products I've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I haven't quite figured out analytics yet, but I can work on that!

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable helps me schedule posts easily and see a monthly grid to ensure coverage. It's user-friendly, requiring no extensive tutorials, and allows seamless post sharing with my partner.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Jen, this genuinely made our day, thank you! 🙏 On analytics, we actually have a guide that walks you through the whole thing: https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715231495196-Planable-Analytics, hopefully it makes it click a bit faster. Also, feel free to reach out to support@planable.io for any extra help!

 ### 35. Efficient, Client-Friendly Posting with Minor Customization Needs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth M. | Marketing and Communications Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like how the client is able to go into Planable and approve posts. Using Planable is professional, and it's a nice way for clients to connect with and see the work we're doing with our business. They are able to go in and approve the posts, see the specific type of post it is, and see exactly on the calendar when it will be delivered.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish Planable had more white label functionality so we could personalize it for our brands. I also wish that it could show up on the calendar and still have the post appear for that day even if it's unscheduled.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable reduces the time needed for manual social media posts and allows clients to approve posts. It provides a professional platform for clients to connect and see work execution and delivery schedules.

 ### 36. Planable is a good value and worth a try

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable has become an essential part of my workflow as a freelance digital marketer. The Campaigns feature is a standout as it pulls every piece of a campaign into one clear, strategic view and makes reporting simple with built-in analytics. Scheduling content, collaborating with clients, and getting approvals is fast and intuitive, and the visual editor keeps everything organized. This is especially handy given Planable enables me to share and get approval for content outside of social media, including blog content, emails and newsletters, press releases, and more. Overall, Planable works for my current use case.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Planable generally doesn’t include deep social listening or advanced sentiment monitoring (tracking mentions across the web), which some larger enterprises might want. Pricing is also another factor. Pricing is per workspace or client/brand. Analytics and engagement are separate add-ons on top of the base price per workspace. Overall still a good value; just depends on your use case and number of workspaces required. Final Verdict: While analytics aren’t as deep as enterprise tools, Planable delivers exactly what freelancers and small teams need: clarity, speed, and a smooth, dependable content planning experience.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem Planable is solving is the client review and approval process. I love that I can include other content outside of traditional social media in the review and approval process. This makes getting feedback and approval for blogs and email newsletters, for example, quite easy. The calendar interface also allows content schedulers to view all types of content, not just social, and the visual element makes it ideal for planning.

 ### 37. Simple and Efficient Tool for LinkedIn Post Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago V. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like Planable because it's simple and easy to use. There's not too many bells and whistles, and it gets straight to the point, just what I need. Scheduling posts and having an easy way to collaborate on posts with my clients are also key benefits. The initial setup was super easy, apart from needing to ask my client for login credentials. Overall, these aspects make it a great tool for writing LinkedIn posts for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

There could be more on the analytics front. It seems to give you basic insights (impressions and likes) from LinkedIn, but if there were deeper analytics like who's viewing your profile and post improvements, I'd be interested in upgrading.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for scheduling posts and it offers an easy way to collaborate with my clients.

 ### 38. Effortless Social Media Management with Superior Approval Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for managing and scheduling social media posts for our marketing team. The approval process is my favorite. It is probably the easiest and cleanest to use out of any other social media planning software. I really love being able to see all of the channels in one monthly view on the calendar. I like the new approval process. That's been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I'm not entirely sure about the content feed; scrolling through everything seems a little bit confusing and redundant.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for managing and scheduling social media posts. The approval process is my favorite, clean and easy to use, and seeing all channels in one monthly calendar view is great.

 ### 39. Streamlined Social Media Management with Time-Saving Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for social media marketing, specifically for planning and posting my clients' social media posts. Planable helps me share previews of my posts with clients in an easy way, which saves me a lot of time. I value the ability to share mockups with my clients the most because it also saves me a lot of time. The initial setup of Planable was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Some of the features like tagging locations don't include all of the possible locations. For example, when I try to tag specific towns, sometimes they pop up and sometimes they don't, so I think some data is missing location-wise when it comes to geotagging my posts.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to share previews of my posts with clients easily, saving me a lot of time.

 ### 40. Effortless Social Media Management with Minor Mobile Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elouise K. | Founding Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable as a social media manager for client approvals, and it really simplifies my workflow. I appreciate that I can upload everything in one place without needing to share separate images or captions. Plus, I like being able to publish posts directly from there. The ease of use is a big plus for me, and I also like the UI/UX. The desktop version works perfectly for my needs. The initial setup was super easy too, as I just had to log in with my Google account.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The mobile app is quite buggy, especially when I need to copy paste descriptions.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable simplifies the approval process for my clients, allowing me to upload everything without sharing separate images or captions. I can also publish posts directly from it.

 ### 41. Marketing Supervisor at TWR Canada

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TWR C. | Marketing Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It is a very organized platform that makes it simple to post and schedule social media content.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Sometimes I loose track of how the approval process works so many more pop up reminders of instructions would be helpful.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our organizations scheduling issue. We now have a platform to hold our posts for the future and get a quick approval before it is released online.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi there, glad Planable's been helping your team stay on schedule! For approval, here's a quick video with the basics that might help: https://youtu.be/lpkgY8efKw0?si=YzqHHqfc3zSe6d6a and don't hesitate to reach out to support@planable.io for further guidance.

 ### 42. Easy to Use with Seamless Scheduling and Intergrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NAPSA A. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

What I enjoy most about using Planeable is the ease of use and A customer service team that I can chat with that makes things very clear. Scheduling is seamless and we're very happy with the ongoing performance of the platform.

I appreciate a very straightforward partnership.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish we didn't have a cap on our monthly posts but we're managing.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and a shared view of our campaigns

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for the warm words about our customer service team! On the post cap: caps are tied to your current plan tier. If you're hitting them regularly, it may be worth exploring an upgrade. Our team can walk you through the options to find the best fit. Reach out at support@planable.io, and we'll find the right solution!

 ### 43. User-Friendly, Intuitive Design That Streamlines Collaboration and Feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasiya D. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The design is very user-friendly and intuitive. The visual overview makes collaboration and feedback simple and efficient, which saves time and reduces friction in the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

You can’t add content to the calendar without assigning a publish date, and already published content is mixed in with planned posts. This makes the calendar overview feel cluttered and makes it harder to categorize and organize content clearly.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves the problem of having content spread across multiple tools and platforms by gathering all content in one place. This benefits me by giving a structure of upcoming posts, streamlining feedback and approval processes, and making collaboration with clients or team members faster and less prone to misunderstandings.

 ### 44. A Positive Experience (and a Look Toward the Future)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Director of Content, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I appreciate its ease of use. As a copywriter for a full-service marketing agency, Planable has streamlined the entire process for my clients, my team and myself, from drafting and approvals to scheduling.

Integration with Canva has also been very useful. Your team has also been very reliable and willing to work with our agency (TRIO) as we adopt this new system. My team and I use this platform every day.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Relying on push notifications for story scheduling is a bit of a challenge at the moment. It would be much more convenient to be able to have these go live straight from the app, though I understand the limitations. That said, we have had several instances of scheduling without a team member ever receiving the push notif for approval.

A stronger proofreading function would be a nice addition. In the past, we used to draft copy in a Word/Google Doc before scheduling on a third-party platform. I wish Planable had a "spell check" button available on the caption drafting screen to proofread posts right in the platform.

Also, would love a feature for "best time to post."

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable makes it simple to streamline our social media process, from brainstorming, drafting, proofreading, sharing with client and scheduling. It provides us with an all-in-one hub for SMM management (aside from stories and editing live posts).

 ### 45. Best-in-Class Approval Workflows—Why I Came Back to Planable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle G. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The approval workflows are great. I’ve tried several other schedulers, but I came back to Planable after realizing that no one else’s approval workflow is as good.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don’t like that I can’t edit the alt text from the create window. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to do it, and it isn’t clear where that option is.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage multiple accounts, and they can be reviewed and approved by several different team members. The integration with canva is also nice.

 ### 46. Flexible Calendar Views That Keep Me Focused

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel S. | Administrative Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the different view options. Being able to see a snapshot of the entire month, or zoom in on a week or a specific day, really helps me stay focused.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I cannot think of anything that this time that I dislike

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple people creating and drafting posts, so being able to give everyone access to the same platform helps keep things from getting lost in an inbox.

 ### 47. Revolutionized Our Social Media Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dieter v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love that my clients can see how posts will appear on their platforms, which allows clarity and makes them feel at ease. Scheduling and simplifying post approvals is another aspect I appreciate. Initial setup of Planable was very easy, and I found it superior compared to other platforms I've tried.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I would love if carousel slides could be increased. That links could be included in stories. Reel cover images could be improved.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to schedule and simplify post approvals, allowing clients to comment and approve posts. Clients can see how posts will appear, which brings clarity and puts them at ease.

 ### 48. Easy Commenting and Link Sharing for Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

leaving comments for my coworkers. sending links to posts to clients

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It can be glitchy sometimes.. I feel like often I cant move posts around and it drives me crazy... I also have trouble tagging other accounts on my posts. Like when I want to tag another person on instagram in my caption, a lot of times the person doesn't show up.. there should be a way for me to paste a link to their account or something..

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organizing a large number of clients. Plus, having multiple coworkers work on the same thing. Plus, I love that I can send content from canva straight to planable

 ### 49. My Experience Using Planable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick K. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I’m using Planable for two projects right now, and the biggest advantage is how easy it is to organize and approve content. The calendar view gives a clear picture of all posts, the previews look accurate across platforms, and the collaboration with clients is smooth — comments, approvals, and edits happen in one place without confusion.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes I need more advanced customization for posts, especially when handling different formats for different platforms. It’s not a dealbreaker, but expanding those options would make the workflow even better.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable helps me keep both of my active projects organized in one place. Instead of managing content through spreadsheets, chats, and endless approvals, everything now happens inside one clean workflow. It saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes collaboration with clients much faster and more transparent.

 ### 50. Great Organization and AI Captions, but Channel Connections Need Simplifying

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** isabella p. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

-Keeps clients very organized
-Cool AI features like generated captions and hashtags
-Clear display of content planner
-Ease of use

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

-Complicated connecting channels (will try to connect separate clients medias)
- Can't delete posts of planner (can only unschedule)
- Tiktok scheduling never posts

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I previously used Meta to schedule. I’m currently working toward hopefully opening my own agency and slowly building up my clientele, and I really like how simple this is to use. I was able to figure everything out within a day.
