What do you like best about Planable?

Planable has become an essential part of my workflow as a freelance digital marketer. The Campaigns feature is a standout as it pulls every piece of a campaign into one clear, strategic view and makes reporting simple with built-in analytics. Scheduling content, collaborating with clients, and getting approvals is fast and intuitive, and the visual editor keeps everything organized. This is especially handy given Planable enables me to share and get approval for content outside of social media, including blog content, emails and newsletters, press releases, and more. What do you dislike about Planable?

Planable generally doesn’t include deep social listening or advanced sentiment monitoring (tracking mentions across the web), which some larger enterprises might want. Pricing is also another factor. Pricing is per workspace or client/brand. Analytics and engagement are separate add-ons on top of the base price per workspace. Overall still a good value; just depends on your use case and number of workspaces required. Final Verdict: While analytics aren’t as deep as enterprise tools, Planable delivers exactly what freelancers and small teams need: clarity, speed, and a smooth, dependable content planning experience. "Effortless Social Media Planning with Intuitive Scheduling"
What do you like best about Planable?

I like that I can plan out posts far in advance for the company. I like to drop in a bunch of posts at a time and then move them around based on what looks good in our grid. It is very simple to navigate so I can work on our social media whenever I have a bit of down time. Using planable is definitely what works best for our company. What do you dislike about Planable?

What do you like best about Planable?

I appreciate its ease of use. As a copywriter for a full-service marketing agency, Planable has streamlined the entire process for my clients, my team and myself, from drafting and approvals to scheduling.

Integration with Canva has also been very useful. Your team has also been very reliable and willing to work with our agency (TRIO) as we adopt this new system. My team and I use this platform every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planable?

Relying on push notifications for story scheduling is a bit of a challenge at the moment. It would be much more convenient to be able to have these go live straight from the app, though I understand the limitations. That said, we have had several instances of scheduling without a team member ever receiving the push notif for approval.

A stronger proofreading function would be a nice addition. In the past, we used to draft copy in a Word/Google Doc before scheduling on a third-party platform. I wish Planable had a "spell check" button available on the caption drafting screen to proofread posts right in the platform.

What do you like best about Planable?

I’m using Planable for two projects right now, and the biggest advantage is how easy it is to organize and approve content. The calendar view gives a clear picture of all posts, the previews look accurate across platforms, and the collaboration with clients is smooth — comments, approvals, and edits happen in one place without confusion. What do you dislike about Planable?

I enjoy Planable's month overview setting because it allows me to see how my company's Instagram grid will begin to look like. I also enjoy Planable's approval buttons which makes it easier for my managers to get pinged rather than enforcing me to message my managers via our internal messaging system. While I use Planable every day for my job, it is still very buggy and frustrating to use. The iPhone app works with very few successful run and constantly reloads on its own or won't view the posts at all. What I appreciate most is that this service truly saves me both time and money. It offers an affordable solution to what is usually a costly problem: maintaining consistent social media presence across multiple platforms. Without it, I would need to hire at least two people to handle this level of daily work. It's extremely user-friendly and Thats why I use it every week. My social media game is so on top now because Planable was very easy to integrate into my work flow. The customer services agents are very responsive, fast and efficient! What do you like best about Planable?

I love that Planable makes it easy to move content from one date to another. I like the way I can go to one place, review a social media content calendar, add my feedback, and approve by simply clicking a checkmark. What do you dislike about Planable?

If your social media process includes more than one reviewer, you're going to run into problems. Our firm requires five people to approve a post before it goes online. We have strong regulations in our industry so we need someone from every department to sign off. Planable does not allow for multiple people to check whether they approve or not. So right now, our process is to have each person review and then type "approved" in the comment box on each post. When each person has done this, the social media specialist on our team can go through and click the check mark on each post releasing it for publishing. We've reached out to customer service at Planable about this issue and have been told that this is the only way we can manage our posts with multiple users. That is frustrating for our team who would rather just go in and click a check mark and move on when they review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I am able to communicate easily with my clients and get approvals on posts. It is also seamless and my whole team is on the same page. The filtering options are a bit cumbersome. The unapproved unscheduled posts should automatically show up first on the feed.
