One area that could be improved is LinkedIn publishing. When scheduling shares of other LinkedIn posts, the preview does not appear correctly, so we often have to publish them manually instead. It would also be very helpful to have the option to select a custom thumbnail or preview image for videos before publishing. Another limitation is the cap on the number of posts included in the plan. For teams managing several brands or accounts, this limit can be restrictive and may require additional planning or upgrades. I Also really like that you can post to most platforms where other software may be limited. I think in general it is very user friendly and takes a small learning curve to make it happen. For instance, if one of my clients has five different accounts in their workspace and I'm only posting for two of them on a specific day, I don't want all five channels to be automatically synced. I wish it would be easier to have that auto archive or go to a folder that's out of the way of the main content page because it'll just sit there, showing approved. The drag-and-drop grid planning is one of those features that's hard to go back from once you've tried it. On the story ping: the good news is that direct story publishing is actually available in Planable, no phone handoff needed! You just need to have an Instagram Professional (Business) account connected, and stories will publish automatically at the scheduled time. If your account is a personal profile or Creator account, the mobile push notification flow is the current path, but switching to a Business account unlocks fully automatic story publishing.
