It's easy to schedule in advance, the sync feature is perfect and ideal for us, to ensure the same content is across our platforms. The AI feature is amazing, we use this all the time to increase the engagement of our posts. It's easy to write posts, but sometimes they get the same or boring, the AI feature allows the contect to be fresh, clean and different. I would highly reccomend anyone to use Planable, we wouldn't swap to any other app now we've found this! **What do you dislike about Planable?** I don't feel there is anything we dislike about Planable. It's easy to use and has all the features we're after. If I had to say one thing, when uploading images via the app (on a phone), sometimes it can take a while, despite having 4G/5G. But among the paid apps that I use, Planable is one of those apps I'm looking forward to renewing and upgrading from an entry-level paid app to more features. The app saves me overhead costs, with its annual fee cheaper than one social media person per month. It takes me a day to finish a batch of posts per month for 4 social platforms, so in a year, I practically use 12 days and up to set up my socials. **What do you dislike about Planable?** The manual posting of other content formats isn't very convenient for posts outside my sane working hours or time zone. I usually miss those posts in a couple of days since I'm doing things solo, when kids are sick, or when the family is on a holiday. Planable was the next one on the list, and before we knew it we had 5 of our pages scheduled for the year. THIS was what we were looking for, something easy to navigate and simple to schedule. The price was a no-brainer. **What do you dislike about Planable?** Some of the settings around approvals are slightly confusing, but as we schedule and post more it will probably make more sense. The big ick is not being able to add another user included in the cost of our license, but no big deal. **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have two brands that need to stand alone but also support each other. This allows us to schedule out the baseline posts for the year and not worry about those. This saves us a TON of time not having to post different things on different pages. Do it all once, schedule it, and we're good to go! It has an AI feature that can let you tweak the blurbs if you want. **What do you dislike about Planable?** It needs the ability to save hashtags. Some of the other tools offer this, so I emailed Planable and asked them to consider adding it. **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to post on any social media platform with 1 click. It adjusts layout for you, pictures, adding action butons etc. ### 40. I had never been consistent with social media and felt like I couldn't spend much time on it, but with Planable, I schedule all my posts so they are batch created and prepared to fire off at the time I provide. **What do you dislike about Planable?** So far, I haven't found any downside to using Planable. It has been a great tool where I can plan out my social media campaign, schedule everything ahead of time and automate the process. **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planable is solving my problem of not being consistent with social media. It has been helpful with making sure I daily provide online content to my followers to experience more growth. ### 41. It walks me through the steps very clearly, and the sync/unsync ability is nice. I also like how it auto-saves really fast. I never have to worry about saving changes. This is really important for me because I deal with similar content across multiple accounts in different languages. **What do you dislike about Planable?** When scheduling I wish it was simpler to select the time. UI like google has with clocks, or even just the ability to type in the time, would be very useful to me. **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Post and post planning accross multiple accounts. I also deal with similar versions of content across multiple languages. This has saved me hours of time with scheduling and simplicity so that I can do what I need to do, not waste time scheduling. ### 42. Also, I enjoy being able to connect accounts and build my post as needed with prompts showing me guidelines as I go. **What do you dislike about Planable?** I cannot copy and apply previously used targets when working on posts. Writing them down and entering them one at a time is a bit frustrating unless I copy the entire post and make edits. It would be easier to have a tray to pull targets from previous posts since I can see where a higher engagement takes place. **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I dont have to log into every platform separately to copy and paste my post, nor do I have to set reminders daily to remind me. I can leverage the calendar view for this and schedule posts in advance to go out. The downside to this is sometime not knowing the peak times to post so it can be a bit of a guessing game but that is minimal compared to everything else I can achieve with planable. ### 48. I think given what the app is built for, each workspace should have give you the ability to add 1 client who approves. His first language is not English. So, he does the editing and puts everything together and then it passes by me for approval. The approval process is the bit that I love the most. So instead of spending hours putting everything together myself or having poor-quality work go out, we have a compromise. My team member does the majority of the work, it passes my eyes for approval and minor edits (which take me minutes instead of hours), and he is learning at the same what my style is and what I like. The quality of his work improves by the day. And, at the click of a button, after approval, I schedule and publish.
