## About Planable
Planable is a collaboration-first social media management platform built for agencies and multi-location brands. It brings planning, feedback, approvals, publishing, engagement, and reporting into one workspace, so teams stop chasing content across tools and start shipping it. Teams plan content across multiple brands and channels using a shared visual calendar, leave feedback directly on posts, and run approval workflows that fit how they actually work, from one-click sign-offs to multi-level client approvals. A unified social inbox handles comments and DMs without tab-switching. Competitor Analytics and Social Listening surface what's happening beyond your own pages. Custom reports make client-ready performance summaries fast to build. AI workflows (caption generation, reply suggestions, and Brand Context) keep content on-voice at scale. A Public API and MCP integration let teams connect AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, or build custom automations on top of their content pipeline. 7,500+ marketing teams, including Hyundai, KFC, and Christian Louboutin, rely on Planable every day.

## Planable Reviews
 ### 1. Time-Saving and Easy Social Media Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura B. | Digital & Lifestyle Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I find Planable really easy to use, which saves me a ton of time in managing eight social media pages. I love the ability to schedule posts ahead with an algorithmically suggested time, eliminating the guesswork. Editing media directly on the platform before posting is super convenient, and setting up carousels is a breeze. The AI-generated hashtags and copy are incredibly helpful, and having everything done in less than five minutes per post is amazing. The initial setup was really easy, taking just a matter of seconds.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Not being able to set the location. Even when my pages are connected as per instructions, I'm unable to. I wish I could set the music, as that plays a huge part in posts being surfaced on feeds. Those two things, location and music, play a huge role in the algorithm.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Planable frees up my time by making social media management seamless. It helps me schedule posts with suggested times, edit media directly on the platform, and utilize AI-generated hashtags and copy, saving me an insane amount of work.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Laura, thank you! 🙏 Managing eight pages with Planable and keeping things running smoothly is exactly what we aim for! Location tagging can be a bit finicky depending on how your account is connected; if it's still giving you trouble, our team at support@planable.io can walk through it with you.

Music is tied to platform-level restrictions right now, but we'll be working on some solutions on our end this year.

 ### 2. Simple UI, Top-Notch Support!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praespero G. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The user interface makes it very simple. The support whenI had questions was top notch. The AI function along with hashtags is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I see a few areas where the software could improve, especially around its Twitter integration. Company accounts on Twitter don’t have word limits, yet the tool still imposes a limit. That may be an issue on Twitter’s side, but overall the Twitter options here feel restrictive.

It’s also not clear to me whether the social inbox will actually add value, since it doesn’t seem to let a user discover and add followers or interact with content on other pages as the represented organization. Because of that, I haven’t really trialed it yet.

Finally, I find the scheduling options very confusing. I don’t like that clicking on the bars scrolls through different time options each time, and it’s hard to tell what you’re cycling through—like whether it’s showing peak times within the bar graph’s time slot or something else.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating an platform where we can collaborate across individuals including drafting, scheduling, approving and sticky notes.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you for the kind words about our support team. They genuinely love hearing this! On the Twitter/X front, you're right that the character limit behavior for company accounts can be inconsistent; it's a known quirk tied to how X's API surfaces limits to third-party tools, and we're working to make this more accurate. For the scheduling interface confusion, we'd love specifics. Our support team at support@planable.io can route that straight to the product team. Really glad the collaboration features are making daily work smoother for you!

 ### 3. Streamlined Client Management, But Needs Mobile Boost

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like how Planable helps me manage multiple clients and accounts all at once. It's great for working on one client at a time and planning everything ahead, which means I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week. I appreciate how easy it is to use, even for my clients who don't have social media experience. It has all the necessary features without the unnecessary extras that could make it more complicated. I also like the pricing because it made more sense compared to what I was using before, and Planable has better features that I need. Plus, I liked how everything is separated in Planable. The initial setup was extremely easy too.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I think that the platform itself can be a little slow at times. I think that there are sometimes issues with, like, uploading different sizes of photos and videos. Sometimes things get a little complicated. I definitely struggle with the mobile app, and I know some of my clients don't like the mobile app layout as well. I wish it was a little more streamlined and easy to use like the website.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable helps me manage multiple client accounts, allowing me to plan ahead and focus on one client at a time without worrying for the rest of the week.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Max, appreciate the honest feedback! The slow performance is something we're actively working on. If you're still running into issues, don't hesitate to reach out to support@planable.io.

 ### 4. Streamlines Workflow, Needs More Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love that Planable helps my clients have insight into what they're posting, making the edit and review process great both with clients and internally with my design team. We're able to put everything up in a plain view, map out the month, and even plan months ahead. Everything posts seamlessly. I'm a big fan and love Planable. I love that you can see the month view, the calendar view, and the client review process. Planable streamlines processes, reducing touch points between us and the client. They're notified and can easily make comments, which helps my designer make edits and put it back up for approval. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The ability to post stories on Instagram would be amazing. And then, also, being able to do engagement and comments would be awesome. No. That would be another room for improvement. It would be awesome if Planable could integrate with more platforms.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to eliminate spreadsheets, creating and drafting content directly. It streamlines client reviews by minimizing touch points and allows seamless monthly planning and content posting. I love the calendar view and how it enhances client collaboration.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you, the way you've described the client review loop is exactly the workflow we designed Planable around. Really glad it's clicking for your team.
On Instagram Stories: great news — you can actually post stories directly from Planable! For Instagram Business accounts, stories publish automatically at the scheduled time with no phone handoff needed. If you're on a personal or Creator account, a quick switch to a Business account unlocks full direct publishing. Our guide at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715329228956 covers the setup, and support@planable.io can help if you get stuck.

On engagement and comments: our Social Inbox lets you manage comments and DMs across platforms from one place — it might be exactly what you're looking for! Check it out at help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715283422236.

On more platform integrations: feel free to reach out to our team at support@planable.io and let us know which integrations you're looking forward to.

 ### 5. Centralized Client Collaboration Made Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I find Planable easy to use and very visual, which is fantastic for managing posts and campaigns for clients. Planable provides a central point where clients can make comments and ask for edits, enabling multiple copywriters, graphic designers, clients, and approvers to work in one place seamlessly. I appreciate being able to create labels, which is really useful. This feature allows us to organize by month or project, and we can view these labels in both the calendar and feed views, giving us a cohesive look and feel for our campaigns. The initial setup of Planable was very easy and intuitive, allowing us to self-navigate without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

We would love to see the ability to use a bit more AI generated graphics. We find the copywriting section relatively useful, but really, the images or creating the graphics would be very useful to have.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable gives us a central point for clients to make comments and ask for edits, allowing copywriters, graphic designers, clients, and approvers to work in one place.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you so much! The labels feature is definitely underrated for keeping things organized. I've passed along the feedback around AI-generated graphics, definitely something we want to explore. 🙏

 ### 6. User-Friendly for Social Media Planning, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate A. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like how simple and clean Planable is. It's user friendly and easy for my clients to use. I also appreciate the good reporting modules. Creating, planning, and scheduling content are features I value the most. Planable was the most user-friendly software when we trialed several options. The initial setup was very easy, and I love all the other features.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find the cost quite high.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable allows me to create, plan, and schedule social media content for my clients to approve.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Kate, thanks so much for the kind words, especially about the client experience; that's exactly what we're going for! 🙏

Feel free to drop a line to support@planable.io; the team is happy to chat through what options might make the most sense for your setup.

 ### 7. Intuitive Interface, Smooth Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen H. | VP, Marketing Strategy & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for managing social media accounts for our clients and it makes reviewing posts internally and with clients, and scheduling posts a breeze. I like the interface - it feels very easy to understand and clean. We haven't had any issues with graphic quality when getting posted and the internal collaboration has been working well. We switched to Planable because we were looking for something more intuitive and with better capabilities for sharing with our clients. The initial setup was pretty easy. When questions have come up they have been prompt to respond.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don't like that we have client accounts that disconnect more often from Planable than previous scheduling platforms we have used. I don't know what the root cause is, but it's been happening more frequently.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable makes reviewing and scheduling social media posts easy. Its interface is intuitive and clean, and it supports effective internal collaboration and client sharing. We switched from Social Pilot for these features.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you, glad the switch from Social Pilot has been a smooth one! On disconnections: social platforms periodically expire third-party tokens, and the frequency can vary depending on the platform and account type. Our 'Page disconnected & troubleshooting' guide covers the most common causes. If specific client accounts are disconnecting unusually often, please flag the platform and account type to support@planable.io, we're happy to investigate further.

 ### 8. One Shared Workspace and a Flexible Content Calendar

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Our team can all work from one workspace and see all the content. Being able to move around our drafts into different spots on the calendar is a close second.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

You cannot add a thumbnail from the desktop version. I feel like there are a few features that are glitchy when moving from the desktop to the phone app and back. Even though our team uses Mac products across the board we still seem to find that the upload quality and speed can differ based on how it's being used.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We honestly tried several different platforms before landing at Planable. The ease of use when onboarding new clients or new employees is incredible. We are putting out 2-10 pieces of content every day for 6-10 clients and so we are moving quickly. Before Planable there was so much lag time and so many steps to just get the content where it needed to be. Now we can move fluidly and quickly without missing any steps.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Moving 2–10 pieces of content a day for 6–10 clients, that's serious volume, and we're glad Planable keeps up! For the upload quality inconsistencies between desktop and app, we'd love to capture specifics: file format, size, platform, to help us reproduce and fix them. Drop a ticket at support@planable.io, and we'll dig in.

 ### 9. Facilitate Planning, But Limited Mobile Version

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Runmel G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love using Planable because it allows me to schedule my posts and organize myself in advance. I particularly appreciate the ability to view my photos and easily integrate them into my messages. This allows me to know which photos I have already used and to add those that haven't been used yet with great ease. Planable is a web application that is easy to install and accessible from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The iPhone version does not yet include all the features of the web version. The missing features include preferred posting times (the moments when I have the most views) and unused photos.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Planable allows me to schedule my posts and organize myself in advance. I can also see which photos I have already used and easily integrate the unused ones into my posts.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Runmel, thanks for sharing this! Really glad the scheduling and photo organization features are working well for you. Closing the gap between mobile and web, including things like preferred posting times on iOS, is something the team is actively working on. We've passed your feedback along! 🙏

 ### 10. Simplifies Social Media Management with Room for Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas P. | Private Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like Planable for its simple UI that just does what it needs to do. The ability to leave feedback and the approval process are valued features, especially useful when having client calls. The analytics dashboard is also a feature I use frequently and find helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The fact that there's no API integration is becoming increasingly annoying, especially with AI tools out there that can connect with different kinds of ways. Also, integrations are incredibly limited, which means I don't really use Planable with other tools or software.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves the problem of juggling multiple client accounts and managing social media profiles, streamlining the review and approval process.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> We appreciate you leaving this review! We're happy to share we have just released MCP (https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/27538577098780-How-to-connect-Planable-MCP-to-your-AI-tools) and will be releasing public API in the upcoming weeks. Feel free to check this out and let us know what you think!

 ### 11. Great for Cross-Platform Posting and Centralized Client Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisanne J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It’s a great platform for posting to different platforms at the same time. It also makes it easy for clients to give feedback and communicate, which helps keep everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I think it’s sometimes impossible to upload larger files, even though the platform itself allows you to post them when you upload directly on the platform.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time. I used to post manually on different platforms, but now it automatically uploads everything at once.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thanks for the kind words! On the file uploads, when posting through scheduling apps, files get sent via each platform's API, which has stricter size and format requirements than uploading directly. We do our best to process and resize where we can, but sometimes the file needs to meet specific specs before it'll go through. If you're still stuck on a specific file, support@planable.io can help figure it out!

 ### 12. Streamlines Multi-Platform Social Media Posting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaseen A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for posting to social media across multiple platforms, which is really convenient for managing two businesses. I appreciate how it consolidates all platforms and allows posting at once. The large scheduling time is a big plus, allowing me to schedule months ahead at a time. I like the planner, the layout, and find it fairly user-friendly. It's great that I can see all the posts at any given time and make adjustments or use drag and drop. I also like the live working view per user and some of the AI text features.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find that social media accounts often disconnect, which is annoying. The changing algorithms and standards across platforms mean that sometimes posts do better if posted directly from specific apps, and I'm unsure what Planable can do about this. Also, sometimes the media formatting isn't correct, and Planable's video and clip editing could definitely be better. While I like some of the AI text features, I think these need to be improved as well. The initial setup is pretty straightforward, but it could be a bit more user-friendly, and as long as someone can afford it and it meets their needs, I’d rate it an 8.5.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable consolidates all platforms for posting and scheduling, with a user-friendly planner and layout. I can see all posts and adjust them easily, providing the ability to schedule months ahead.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Really appreciate you sharing your experience! On the disconnections: these are triggered by the social networks themselves re-authenticating third-party tools, so unfortunately, that's outside our control, though we do our best to make reconnecting quick and painless. As for your notes on video editing and media formatting, I've forwarded them to the team. 🙏

 ### 13. Streamlines Social Media Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire W. | Senior Specialist, Lifecycle, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable to manage my organic social clients' calendar, and I really like how simple it is to use. I love how easy it is to collaborate. It's easy to see where posts are slotted and how they'll look in the platform, so the client can easily go in and approve, and then I can schedule right from there. I also appreciate that I can easily syndicate posts for each platform. They're always rolling out new features, which I like, and they have great reporting capabilities. Overall, it's valuable to me because it saves me so much time and is very organized for the client, allowing us to keep track of everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don't love the inbox yet, and I only use the calendar view because I don't really like the other ones. The one thing I feel it's lacking is a link in bio feature like Sprout has.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to manage client calendars, from content creation to reporting. It helps with collaboration, organizing everything in one place, and saves time. It's easy to see post placements and schedule them, and clients can approve content easily.

 ### 14. Effortless Social Media Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ade N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that Planable is very easy to understand and that its layout is intuitive. I appreciate being able to log in and change things the way I want. I enjoy using the grid feed feature a lot because it allows me to see what my posts will look like, especially on Instagram. This is important for ensuring a unified company look. I also like the generate hashtag feature because it helps us to quickly complement each post differently, and I find it very useful. Additionally, I really enjoy being able to plan Instagram stories and later add more features through the Instagram app, like links, easily. Finally, the setup was very easy, taking only ten minutes, which we really appreciated. It's also simple to get other team members on board without taking much time.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish they were faster at incorporating new features that Instagram or TikTok brings out. Like, for example, Instagram allows three-minute reels, and it took a while before Planable allowed you to import three minutes plus. I wish the formatting of Instagram videos could be quicker too, like editing into a portrait format. It could definitely be improved in keeping up with new features from Instagram and TikTok.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable lets me schedule posts way in advance, share across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and format to each platform's standards. It helps me collaborate with my team, optimize post timing, and keeps things intuitive for new team members.

 ### 15. Practical Tool but with Video Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I really appreciate the usefulness of Planable for scheduling and getting approval from my clients. My clients find the application easy to use. I particularly like the feature that allows sending an approval to clients, which makes the publication schedule itself, it's very convenient and saves time. Moreover, the initial setup was easy, simple, and quick to understand.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I would say that it's more when I upload a video, and if it's viewed on a phone, the video format, which is supposed to be 9:16, turns into 1:1 (square). Watching videos on Planable mobile is not great.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to schedule my posts, have them easily approved by my clients, which automates the process and saves time.

 ### 16. Reliable Post Approval That Keeps Unapproved Posts from Going Live

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umur Bugay A. | Founder & COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Post approval and ensuring that unapproved posts are not shared.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Lately, there have been too many extra charges for new features, which makes it feel like we're just another merchant.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been using Planable for almost 5-6 years. It speeds up our customer approval process.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi Umur, five to six years is a real milestone, thank you for being with us for so long and for the honest feedback. 😍

We hear you on the add-ons concern; it's something the team is actively thinking about, and your perspective as a long-time customer genuinely matters. If you'd like to talk through your current plan, feel free to reach out at support@planable.io; we're happy to help.

 ### 17. Planable review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Planable?**

it is easy, up to the point, and accessible.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

100$ is too much. the calendar on the app is not that easy to figure. since all the clients will download the app. they want to see the posts just like IG. it is a bit complicated over there and i believe there is room for being better/

**Recommendations to others considering Planable:**

laptop version is better than the app

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

social media posts with clients. clients leaving their comments is very easy for both parties the easiness of doing stuff

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi there, thanks for the honest take, really glad the ease of use and client comment flow are hitting the mark.

On the calendar: the mobile app also has a grid view, which shows your content the way it'll actually look on Instagram; that might make it easier for clients to browse.

One tip too: under filters, set sorting to "Last scheduled date" so posts show up in chronological order.

For pricing questions, reaching out to support@planable.io is the best move; they can help figure out what fits your setup best.

 ### 18. Efficient Instagram Post Planner, but Limited Free Plan

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the different views of the calendar in Planable. It's generally good and I appreciate how it links to Canva easily to import visuals. I also like the AI input on captions, which makes things much more manageable. Having all of this in one place is really valuable, instead of having to download Canva imagery and manually upload and type captions into social media.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I can't seem to post story content, or maybe I don't have the right plan. Our free plan limits the number of different platforms we can link, but I know we could upgrade when it's feasible for us. More content generation options perhaps within Planable instead of relying on my Canvas creations.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for visually seeing all Instagram posts, generating captions, scheduling and approving posts. It integrates with Canvas, saving the need to manually upload images and create captions.

 ### 19. Efficient Scheduling with Canva Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable to schedule social media content and I find that it streamlines my process. Its integration with Canva enhances this streamlined approach, making content scheduling very efficient. I looked through and tried other products, but Planable was the most intuitive and well integrated with Canva. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find it would be useful to have no limit on posts per month or at least increase the cap. My basic plan costs 40 dollars and it allows 60 posts per month maximum. Last month I ran out, and it would really help if more posts are allowed.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable to schedule social media content, and it streamlines my process by integrating with Canva.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi there, thanks so much for sharing this, it's great to hear Planable is making your social media workflow smoother and that the Canva integration is working well for you! 🤩

 ### 20. Simple and Efficient Tool for LinkedIn Post Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago V. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like Planable because it's simple and easy to use. There's not too many bells and whistles, and it gets straight to the point, just what I need. Scheduling posts and having an easy way to collaborate on posts with my clients are also key benefits. The initial setup was super easy, apart from needing to ask my client for login credentials. Overall, these aspects make it a great tool for writing LinkedIn posts for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

There could be more on the analytics front. It seems to give you basic insights (impressions and likes) from LinkedIn, but if there were deeper analytics like who's viewing your profile and post improvements, I'd be interested in upgrading.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for scheduling posts and it offers an easy way to collaborate with my clients.

 ### 21. User-Friendly Experience with a Smooth Approvals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like how user-friendly the product is and how the approval workflow works.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don't like how the analytics feature is an additional charge.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping the most with scheduling and leadership approvals. The app is also very helpful.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> So glad the approval workflow is landing well for your team! On the analytics being a separate add-on, totally fair feedback, and you're not alone in feeling that way. It's designed for teams that want deeper reporting on top of their plan, but we hear you on wanting it more seamlessly included.

 ### 22. A Positive Experience (and a Look Toward the Future)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Director of Content, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I appreciate its ease of use. As a copywriter for a full-service marketing agency, Planable has streamlined the entire process for my clients, my team and myself, from drafting and approvals to scheduling.

Integration with Canva has also been very useful. Your team has also been very reliable and willing to work with our agency (TRIO) as we adopt this new system. My team and I use this platform every day.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Relying on push notifications for story scheduling is a bit of a challenge at the moment. It would be much more convenient to be able to have these go live straight from the app, though I understand the limitations. That said, we have had several instances of scheduling without a team member ever receiving the push notif for approval.

A stronger proofreading function would be a nice addition. In the past, we used to draft copy in a Word/Google Doc before scheduling on a third-party platform. I wish Planable had a "spell check" button available on the caption drafting screen to proofread posts right in the platform.

Also, would love a feature for "best time to post."

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable makes it simple to streamline our social media process, from brainstorming, drafting, proofreading, sharing with client and scheduling. It provides us with an all-in-one hub for SMM management (aside from stories and editing live posts).

 ### 23. Great Organization and AI Captions, but Channel Connections Need Simplifying

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** isabella p. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

-Keeps clients very organized
-Cool AI features like generated captions and hashtags
-Clear display of content planner
-Ease of use

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

-Complicated connecting channels (will try to connect separate clients medias)
- Can't delete posts of planner (can only unschedule)
- Tiktok scheduling never posts

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I previously used Meta to schedule. I’m currently working toward hopefully opening my own agency and slowly building up my clientele, and I really like how simple this is to use. I was able to figure everything out within a day.

 ### 24. Planable is great for planning; not as great as an app.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I enjoy Planable's month overview setting because it allows me to see how my company's Instagram grid will begin to look like. I also enjoy Planable's approval buttons which makes it easier for my managers to get pinged rather than enforcing me to message my managers via our internal messaging system.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

While I use Planable every day for my job, it is still very buggy and frustrating to use. The iPhone app works with very few successful run and constantly reloads on its own or won't view the posts at all. Planable's desktop app is the same--forces you to reload the app various times or fails to open at all.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable is great for being a hub for the majority of your content on certain channels like Instagram or Linkedin. Planable allows you to do copy edits, upload images, and chat with others in the comments which helps us as an organization keep it organized.

 ### 25. Effortless Approvals and Scheduling with Planable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like Planable's free plan and find their paid plan affordable too. I really like the ability to send approval requests to my clients. I love batch scheduling as it saves me an enormous amount of time and makes it easier to communicate with my clients and get their approvals to post.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish i could post video to the google my business profile

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable makes it easier to communicate with my clients for approvals, and I can batch schedule posts, saving an enormous amount of time.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi there, really appreciate you sharing this! Great news on the Google Business Profile front, posting video to GBP is actually something we've recently added, so you should be able to publish video content straight from Planable now. 🎉

For any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to support@planable.io.

 ### 26. Streamlines Multi-Platform Posting, Needs Better Content Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen T. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like having the content calendar right there because it's just easy to see.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I don't like on the plan that I have right now, that I need to go in and delete out content in order to add posts for a future date. So going in and deleting out content that's already posted, in order to delete post or in order to add post for a future date.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable solves the problem of posting content for three different platforms, and switching to it helped me post for multiple clients using one platform instead of many.

 ### 27. Easy Social Media Scheduling with Planable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kosta L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for social media marketing, and it really helps with scheduling content by providing an organized calendar and scheduling across multiple platforms. I like that it's easy to use and appreciate the different views it offers. The calendar view and scheduling tool are particularly valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It would be nice to add music to posts and better video content tools for scheduling.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for scheduling content, benefiting from an organized calendar across multiple platforms. It's easy to use with different views, which helps in social media marketing.

 ### 28. Easy Role Management and Sharing with Great Overview Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

multiple types of roles, easy to share good overview possbilities

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

video quality decreases alwyas when posting through platfrom

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

big team / lots of responisiblities and reviewing > solves it very well

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi there, big thanks for the review; really glad Planable is helping your team keep all those roles and responsibilities under control!🤩

On the video quality drop, that's something we've actively been working to improve. If it's still happening consistently, feel free to reach out at support@planable.io with a link to a post you've experienced this in, and we'll dig deeper.

 ### 29. Great idea, but, still needs a little work when it comes to multiple reviewers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martie R. | Creative Services Project Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love that Planable makes it easy to move content from one date to another. I like the way I can go to one place, review a social media content calendar, add my feedback, and approve by simply clicking a checkmark. This tool makes it smooth and easy to collaborate on social media content creation if you're a two person team.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

If your social media process includes more than one reviewer, you're going to run into problems. Our firm requires five people to approve a post before it goes online. We have strong regulations in our industry so we need someone from every department to sign off. Planable does not allow for multiple people to check whether they approve or not. So right now, our process is to have each person review and then type "approved" in the comment box on each post. When each person has done this, the social media specialist on our team can go through and click the check mark on each post releasing it for publishing. We've reached out to customer service at Planable about this issue and have been told that this is the only way we can manage our posts with multiple users. That is frustrating for our team who would rather just go in and click a check mark and move on when they review.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily adjust the social media posting schedule by clicking and dragging content from one date to another. It is also very easy to send a notification to reviewers letting them know content is ready to review.

 ### 30. Everything in One Platform—Visible, Intuitive, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen O. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I can see everything I need on a single platform. It’s very clear, easy to navigate, and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Because you’re based overseas, all the webinars end up being too early in the morning for you to attend. It would be really helpful to have an Australian contact to make communication and support easier.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What platform is best serving my business

 ### 31. Effortless Instagram Post Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dwi H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love using Planable for planning Instagram posts for our clients because it's easy to use for automated and scheduled posts. I really like the automation features, such as caption and hashtag generation, which make the process much more efficient. The interface is another highlight for me; it's easy to view posts weekly, monthly, or daily. Compared to other tools like Buffer, Planable is much easier to use. I also appreciate being able to choose when to start planning.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

nothing, i like it so much

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for automating Instagram posts, with generated captions and hashtags. It's easy to use for scheduled posts, and I like the interface for viewing posts by day, week, or month.

 ### 32. Easy Posting and Helpful Recommendations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I do not use it to its full extent, but I do like the ease of posting and the recommended posting times.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I do not like how the whole posting schedule goes down if one account gets randomly disconnected.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to preplan social posts and saves time and makes it efficient.

 ### 33. Powerful Social Scheduling with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable consolidates a great array of social channels so that you can schedule your content from one place, at one time. It's user interface is intuitive and well designed, giving you the option to view your accounts on a time series basis, in a grid, and many other layouts. With each update, there's better integration with the social channels it's designed to work with; supporting new features like collaborations as they appear on the social platforms themselves.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Because it's catering to enterprise audiences with at least one of their packages, there is a learning curve involved in operating the platform. The tension here, really, is that in today's fast paced world, we all hope and assume we'll instantly be able to use every new app we get our hands on, but the truth is, some require a bit of extra learning and familiarisation. There have been times where I've thought I'd discovered bugs in the platform, but later realised it was my own incompetency, which I think is testament that it's easy for a user to underestimate the onboarding duration and the time needed to fully understand how to use the tools properly. I'd say it's important, particularly for Gen Z and A users, to bare in mind that you might actually need to set a few hours aside to learn how to use it, before diving straight in, whether for your own content or your clients. I wish I could provide more rich information on what I like and dislike, but I use the platform in such a rush, I haven't allowed myself time to fully appreciate or pick it apart.

On another note, one design component I dislike, is the media library. It's quite rudimentary, and seems to be designed for one to upload media and then add it straight to a post. In future iterations, I hope to see a more extensive media library with support for things like folders, tagging, file size indexing, and other things. This is particularly important to me as a creator in high-end video, because I'm always trying to max out the quality, resolutions and frame rates I can squeeze into my social posts, and it would be great to me able to organise my files within the Planable ecosystem, not just upload each deliverable serially to drag and drop. One particularly reason I value this is because it would give me more confidence that I won't accidentally add the wrong media, or the wrong version number of a deliverable, to a post.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the social networks change pretty fast. Building a platform that continues to integrate support for new features is no small feat, so kudos to the team at Planable for keeping up so effectively. The changing collaborations landscape across Meta and, more recently, YouTube, is what I'm keeping an eye on.

 ### 34. Effortless Social Planning with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

LinkedIn posting sometimes does not work.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for planning my monthly content, and it works well for my social planning needs.

Not too much is wrong with it overall, but the fee feels expensive for the service you get.

It helps me post content and manage timelines more easily.

 ### 36. Planable is a game-changer for social media management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The really simple layout and ease of use

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

They get you loving the product then tell you that actually there is a limit to the free usage and the costs for a start up are considerable.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can under the campaigne do all of my marketing and scheduels way in advance compared to going to the social media platforms directly

The UI could be a bit more modern to my liking.

 ### 40. Good but still needs some tweaking and pricing breakdowns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly D. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the labels, being able to label each piece of content based on my pillars. I enjoy being able to start the post as a group than separate and tweak it separately for each platform. I like the previews, the quick edit features. Being able to leave comments, and

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find it odd that stories can only be added through the compose button rather than a new post in the calendar view. I find it weird you can't move accounts through workspaces, you have to copy each post over which is alot of work. I also think it is not the most user friendly when it comes to the plans - having to contact someone for a custom plan seems a bit of a pain. It would be nicer if it was all tiered out.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to plan and manage content for multiple clients in 1 place.

 ### 41. Lovely tool

Easy workflow between me (SMM) and my boss.

 ### 43. Absolutely Love It

The approval process makes it super easy to work with clients and different members of the team.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I would say it is quite expensive, It would be great if there could be a discount for startup businesses like there is for non-profits.

This could be 30% of for businesses less than 2 years old for example!

Thanks

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making it easy to manage all in one place, synced across the team.

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The visual calendar element is great I use it

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

when I uploaded tiktoks of my music the sound on tiktok was compressed and bad quality so I can't upload music tiktoks anymore.. you guys sync it up with my sound on the tiktok sound library but the quality is really compressed for some reason and i think its the same on IG... so now I just use it to visualse when i'm putting out content but not automate the posting of it... i still post myself through the app but use planable as reference

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendar visuals for content

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

We really like how we can see all of our content in one place. This has been amazing!

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It was a bit of a learning curve. We are still figuring some things out, but so far so good. We will get the hang of all the features.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling content and analytics review all in one place.

 ### 46. Good, but like all things, not perfect (but still try it)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The calendar view is well-designed, and when I need support they are there pretty quick

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The view of their media library is the absolute worst. It makes it very hard to see what's been uploaded and manage it. Just make a 100% separate page fort the media library. This isn't a deal breaker, but def. a negative.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does a good job of letting me manage all my social accounts in one place.

 ### 47. Expensive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azlan H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Approval features, UIUX and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Very expensive. Engagement seems drop using Planable.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easiness in client approval and scheduling. UIUX is easy to understand.

**Official Response from Justin Mogildea:**

> Hey there,

Thanks a lot for your feedback. We will definitely take your suggestions into consideration! Regarding thumbnails, you could actually select the custom thumbnail for Facebook videos, and for reels you can only select the thumbnail from the video itself, but we will improve this part 😊

 ### 48. I would recommend Planable to a friend!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sinead D. | Marketing and Event Production Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The Approval settings are super helpful for our team

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The inability to schedule a post with music on Instagram, but I am aware this is to do with Instagram's settings and policies, however it does detract from the service as a whole.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small team and it helps us organise our workflow without over complicating it. Super easy to share with people not in marketing team

 ### 49. Great Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that i can manage different clients work spaces and get client approval if needed the content creation and scheduling is pretty easy to use too

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

i dont like that i cant see all my clients in one calendar view if i want to or need to. i also would like to be able to use this for normal client content approval projects not just social media postings for the week. Sometimes i have clients who use me once or twice and id love to include them here to get the approval process better

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allowing me to manage multiple client social media accounts in one place

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like seeing grid view, and being able to keep track of all my upcoming post. As well as getting direct feedback from other team members.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find some of the buttons hidden and not the most user-friendly.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The back and forth between me and my colleagues for post creation, approval, posting, etc.
