## About Planable
Planable is a collaboration-first social media management platform built for agencies and multi-location brands. It brings planning, feedback, approvals, publishing, engagement, and reporting into one workspace, so teams stop chasing content across tools and start shipping it. With Planable, teams can plan content across multiple brands and channels using a shared visual calendar, leave feedback directly on posts, and run approval workflows that fit how they actually work (from one-click sign-offs to structured, multi-level client approvals). A built-in media library keeps assets organized and reusable in one place. A unified social inbox helps teams manage comments and DMs across platforms without switching tabs, while custom reporting makes it simple to assemble polished, client-ready reports in minutes. Planable connects natively with Canva for design, Zapier for automation, and Slack for team communication, fitting into the workflows teams already use. Teams behind Hyundai, KFC, Christian Louboutin, Royal Canin, and SMEG are among the 7,000+ marketing teams that rely on Planable every day.

## Planable Reviews
 ### 1. Easy App Connections and Bulk Scheduling, but Video Length Limits Get in the Way

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I really like that we can connect all the apps we need and schedule posts all at once.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

When I try to schedule videos that are longer than a minute, the app won’t let me.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps my work with the clients easy by having one platform to manage their socials

 ### 2. Easiest and most affordable social media planner!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Magdalena D. | Founder of E-Ssistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love that I am able to communicate easily with my clients and get approvals on posts. It is also seamless and my whole team is on the same page. The various ways I can see content is also nice and easy to use. The analytics are great and readily available. Very user friendly platform.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The filtering options are a bit cumbersome. The unapproved unscheduled posts should automatically show up first on the feed. Sometimes it just takes a bit of getting used to finding the posts you want to see and can be difficult for some clients that are not tech savvy.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to flip through multiple clients easily. I can also grab the analytics I want and see what is working and not working readily vs using Meta and clicking through numerous pages to get what I need. I also love the fact that my clients can see what we are doing at any given time and it is easy for them to learn Planable. It is making our agency way more efficient and look very professional.

Schedule post in social media, and create captions with AI

 ### 4. Planable is the backbone of my agency workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack F. | Head of Marketing & Content Creation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love Planable’s modern interface and how intuitive it is to navigate. The platform makes post approvals incredibly streamlined, which has transformed the way my team works. Our workflow is now seamless thanks to Planable, and we wouldn’t consider using any other platform. The ability to view both analytics and engagement within the same space is also a huge advantage.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

There’s nothing I particularly dislike. It would be great to see the option to add voice notes in the comments section one day, but that’s a very niche request :)

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team works remotely, so we need a central hub to plan, create, and publish content efficiently. We also require a workflow that involves client approvals seamlessly, and Planable absolutely delivers that with its streamlined, collaborative system.

 ### 5. Easy Multi-Platform Publishing with Seamless Canva Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn W. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I can publish to many platforms, and the integrations with Canva and other content tools make syncing easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I’d like to have the option to run ads directly from the platform, rather than needing to do it elsewhere.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to publish across multiple channels, rather than publishing to each one individually. This is beneficial because it streamlines our workflow and saves time.

 ### 6. Everything in One Platform—Visible, Intuitive, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen O. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I can see everything I need on a single platform. It’s very clear, easy to navigate, and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Because you’re based overseas, all the webinars end up being too early in the morning for you to attend. It would be really helpful to have an Australian contact to make communication and support easier.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What platform is best serving my business

 ### 7. User-Friendly, Familiar UX

Organised & keeps everything consolidated in one place

 ### 8. Effortless Instagram Post Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dwi H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love using Planable for planning Instagram posts for our clients because it's easy to use for automated and scheduled posts. I really like the automation features, such as caption and hashtag generation, which make the process much more efficient. The interface is another highlight for me; it's easy to view posts weekly, monthly, or daily. Compared to other tools like Buffer, Planable is much easier to use. I also appreciate being able to choose when to start planning.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

nothing, i like it so much

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for automating Instagram posts, with generated captions and hashtags. It's easy to use for scheduled posts, and I like the interface for viewing posts by day, week, or month.

 ### 9. Easy Caption Commenting and Editing for Smooth Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the comment and edit feature within the captions. It makes it easy for multiple people to review and work together within one platform.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It is hard to tag the accounts you want within the platform. I often have to go into the post afterwards to @ an account in the caption.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us stay organized in social media posting, collaborate easily between the social media drafter and approver, and stay on track.

 ### 10. Easy Client Approvals and Handy Internal Comments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like how you can have internal comments that aren't seen by clients. Clients also like to approve the content, and they find it easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find it a bit pricey, and also, clients always miss stories when approving posts because they're not very visible in the Feed mode.
I also wish there was option to customise reports (pick the info we need, adjust the branding and put each channel report in one format)

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps seamless internal and external approval. The previews are well visible and it makes it easier for us and clients.

 ### 11. Effortless Social Media Management with Instant Client Approvals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen Cureton S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I use Planable for social media management, and it really makes getting client approval easy. I love its ease of use and how simple it is to see the content that's planned. The initial setup was very easy, and I've used it for a number of years and love it.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Nothing, I like it

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable makes it easy for my clients to sign off approval and lets me easily see what's planned in.

 ### 12. Client-Friendly UX/UI That’s Easy to Understand

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It's very client friendly, the UX/UI is easy for them to understand. I like how accessible it is.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

When it crashes/errors across platforms is sometimes frustrating to explain to a client. I know it's not always Planable's fault though

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding clients, streamlining the process, keeping everything in one place.

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Thank you! Platform errors are an inevitable part of working with third-party APIs. 😔 When major disruptions happen, we post updates at status.planable.io, which you can share with clients to show it's a broader platform issue. And whenever you encounter an error and need more context, whether to troubleshoot or explain it to a client, our team at support@planable.io is always happy to help. We're also working on clearer in-app error messaging that's more client-friendly when things do go wrong. Really appreciate the kind words about our UX!

 ### 13. Time-Saving Multi-Platform Posting with Impressive AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah R. | Office manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The ability to post to several platforms simultaneously is incredibly valuable, as it saves a significant amount of time. I also find the AI features to be excellent!

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

When using the dashboard in "Feed" view, I find it somewhat clunky and not very intuitive. Some of the buttons are confusing, and I don't understand why each platform is separated into its own tab rather than being combined on a single page with straightforward on/off switches for each platform. On the other hand, the "Calendar" view is much clearer, making it easy to see both planned posts and which platforms they have been or will be published on.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main benefits is the ability to save time by posting to several platforms at once. This feature makes managing social media much more efficient.

 ### 14. Very great Social-Managment-Tool for everyone!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabio F. | Business Developer Manager & Growth Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Understanding this platform right from the start was very simple: from the dashboard to content programming! One thing I also really appreciated was the ability to invite multiple users to the same dashboard, to work simultaneously on multiple contents from the same company. Customer support is also very good, fast and super professional. Very professional operator Rex who helped me solve a small problem with my account. Thanks so much also to the sales consultant Michael Kirby who followed our company right away! Truly a tool highly recommended to everyone!

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Maybe upgread a little bit the number of posts in a whole month for the PRO plan (which is 60-per-month)

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Planable to better manage the social media workflow in our company. Furthermore, we appreciated the fact that we could use the tool as a team, each with their own company account!

 ### 15. Approvals, carousels and more

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The approval process, the fact that you can schedule the first comment, and that you can turn images in pdf (useful to create carousels).

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Seems all good at the moment. Need a bit more time to explore and use it with clients

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to review what other team members are creating, and being able to manage different clients all from one platform

**Official Response from Noa Lupu:**

> Hi there,

Thanks for the kind words!

As you start bringing clients in, our guide on setting up accounts for multiple clients might be a handy starting point: https://help.planable.io/hc/en-us/articles/21715390472348-Setting-up-accounts-for-multiple-clients — and if anything comes up along the way, we're always at support@planable.io.

 ### 16. Productive social media strategy

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philadelphia F. | wedding planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like that I can load up my post for the entire year.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I didn't like how if I post something not through the platform it doesn't pull through for grid view.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using planable, I was having a challenging time using other services because they wouldn't let me post past 30 days in advance so the service is super helpful with planning out my year and dropping in a few post every month and keeping up that pace.

 ### 17. Smooth Content Approvals with Easy Commenting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline M. | Social media manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I love the part where you can add comments and get approval for content before it’s posted.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Maybe just that you can’t publish more than 10 photos for a carousel post on insta

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It make social media content calendars so much easier

 ### 18. Easy Posting and Helpful Recommendations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I do not use it to its full extent, but I do like the ease of posting and the recommended posting times.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I do not like how the whole posting schedule goes down if one account gets randomly disconnected.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to preplan social posts and saves time and makes it efficient.

 ### 19. Powerful Social Scheduling with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable consolidates a great array of social channels so that you can schedule your content from one place, at one time. It's user interface is intuitive and well designed, giving you the option to view your accounts on a time series basis, in a grid, and many other layouts. With each update, there's better integration with the social channels it's designed to work with; supporting new features like collaborations as they appear on the social platforms themselves.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Because it's catering to enterprise audiences with at least one of their packages, there is a learning curve involved in operating the platform. The tension here, really, is that in today's fast paced world, we all hope and assume we'll instantly be able to use every new app we get our hands on, but the truth is, some require a bit of extra learning and familiarisation. There have been times where I've thought I'd discovered bugs in the platform, but later realised it was my own incompetency, which I think is testament that it's easy for a user to underestimate the onboarding duration and the time needed to fully understand how to use the tools properly. I'd say it's important, particularly for Gen Z and A users, to bare in mind that you might actually need to set a few hours aside to learn how to use it, before diving straight in, whether for your own content or your clients. I wish I could provide more rich information on what I like and dislike, but I use the platform in such a rush, I haven't allowed myself time to fully appreciate or pick it apart.

On another note, one design component I dislike, is the media library. It's quite rudimentary, and seems to be designed for one to upload media and then add it straight to a post. In future iterations, I hope to see a more extensive media library with support for things like folders, tagging, file size indexing, and other things. This is particularly important to me as a creator in high-end video, because I'm always trying to max out the quality, resolutions and frame rates I can squeeze into my social posts, and it would be great to me able to organise my files within the Planable ecosystem, not just upload each deliverable serially to drag and drop. One particularly reason I value this is because it would give me more confidence that I won't accidentally add the wrong media, or the wrong version number of a deliverable, to a post.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the social networks change pretty fast. Building a platform that continues to integrate support for new features is no small feat, so kudos to the team at Planable for keeping up so effectively. The changing collaborations landscape across Meta and, more recently, YouTube, is what I'm keeping an eye on.

 ### 20. Preview and Approval Features Make Posting a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalton P. | Tax Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like being able to preview the posts for each platform before going live. I also like the review process, enabling a manager to review and approving posts before going live. It was also very easy to connect all platforms to Planable.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I dislike the cost of the subscription, as it can be harder to justify for smaller businesses. I also dislike the lack of analytics without upgrading the plan.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable is helping our business save time scheduling and posting on social media. Rather than having to go to each platform individually, it is all centralized on this platform.

 ### 21. Much more efficient than any other scheduler.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alec H. | Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It is just an easy system to use. It's not over complicated and it does exactly what I need it to do.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Could be cheaper and have the ability to do @'s for LinkedIn and easier to do for Meta channels.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling content weeks in advance and how it is just so darn easy to work it. It is not complicated like hootsuite, Hubspot, or any other of the countless scheduler's I've tried.

 ### 22. Effortless Scheduling and Auto-Posting Across Platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The ease of scheduling and automatic posting in the different platforms

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I can’t integrate music into Instagram carousel posts, and we also don’t have the collage feature for Stories.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The burden of posting in each platform separately. It also provides us with insights on best times to post and that has helped us to increase our engagement

 ### 23. User-Friendly Interface with Excellent Calendar and Approval Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany P. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the Calendar view and the multi-tier approvals process. The interface is really user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish there was a prepackaged introduction or small training that could be sent to clients who are being onboarded to use the system.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable has allowed my team to get out of excel spreadsheets and emails in the proofing stage and move everything in the planning and social media posting process onto a single platform.

 ### 24. Productivity increased / Time saved

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee F. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

In just a few hours of using planable, I feel my productivity has gone through the roof. Hence I’m having to upgrade after 24 hours as I already have over 20 posts scheduled across five social media posts so over 100 post entail. Being able to do this not on my phone or save me a huge amount of destruction and also the fact that I can click on and post a multiple and save me a lot of time and uploading. Definitely recommend, specially if you’ve got ADHD like me and find it difficult getting distracted by social media when you’re trying to work even though it’s a crucial part of your job.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The only 2 things i've picked out is its frustrated that you sometimes can't post to insta as the image is too big both other sites are fine and that it won't let you post a still image to tik tok

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Productivity and blocking out distracting. Prevents having to upload to multiple sites

 ### 25. My Personal & Business Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mduduzi M. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Being able to show clients the content before it goes out, they can comment, and we can schedule the content to go out.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Having to reformat sizes. I cannot post multiple images on TikTok.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content reviews are faster, creating captions when I am blank, using AI.

 ### 26. Effortless Social Planning with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcom . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

LinkedIn posting sometimes does not work.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Planable for planning my monthly content, and it works well for my social planning needs.

 ### 27. Easy Posting and Timeline Management with Smooth Canva Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It’s easy to post, and it’s great for managing timelines. It also integrates well with Canva, which makes the workflow smoother.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Not too much is wrong with it overall, but the fee feels expensive for the service you get.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me post content and manage timelines more easily.

 ### 28. Easy Scheduling and Amazing Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chantel B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The schedule and how easy it is to use. Also the analystics are amazing!

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I found it a little pricey, but the features are awesome!!

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing and awareness. POsting regularly on Linkedin

 ### 29. Extremely User-Friendly with Smooth Team Workflows for Social Media Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Extremely visible and user-friendly. It is made extremely useful for a first-level of management of social media, and the team workflows are very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I'd like more options to work on the picture filters and the Tiktok set ups could be more advanced as it lacks a few options, same goes for Instagram stories.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing several social media accounts and handling planification months in advance while still have an excellent layout for the final result.

 ### 30. An underwhelming and overpriced product

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lalie K. | Social Media Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The concept of Planable is good in theory — a collaborative space for planning content. The interface looks clean at first glance. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Planable is way overpriced for what it offers. You don’t get nearly enough features or value for the cost, and there are plenty of competitors that provide more at a better price point. On top of that, the app is buggy and unreliable. It freezes, doesn’t save properly, and often just doesn’t work the way it should. For the subscription price, the experience is frustrating and disappointing.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, it isn’t solving much. The bugs and limitations have created more problems than solutions. We expected it to streamline content collaboration, but instead, we’ve spent more time troubleshooting issues and dealing with glitches. The lack of reliability outweighs any potential benefits.

 ### 31. Excellent Layout and Client Collaboration, Seamless Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Nice layout, ability to move and schedule posts. Good approval for posts with the clients, amazing communication. Calendar view is the best. All our clients like working with planable as its easy to use and has a great post share feature if the client doesn't have an account or we just wanna share with someone.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The mobile app needs improvement, especially when posting stories when you go back to the app the page refreshes so marking as published is annoying. The rest is great!

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and approvals of social media posts. That's mainlt it just for social media honestly.

 ### 32. Massive time saver with easy interfaces

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Very easy user interface and works well from desktop and mobile so i can manage on the move.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Prices can feel a little steep as you onboard more clients..

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling with AI support on text and hashtag generation is brilliant. Saves me so much time.

 ### 33. Planable is a game-changer for social media management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

•	User-Friendly Interface – Easy to navigate, even for non-technical users.
	•	Content Calendar View – Visual scheduling makes planning intuitive.
	•	Collaborative Workflow – Commenting, approvals, and feedback all in one place.
	•	Multi-Platform Management – Handles Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., in a single dashboard.
	•	Live Preview of Posts – See exactly how your posts will look before publishing.
	•	Real-Time Comment Management – Read and reply to comments without switching platforms.
	•	Post Labeling & Tagging – Organize content by campaign, status, or theme.
	•	Time-Saving Automation – Schedule once, post everywhere.
	•	Team Roles & Permissions – Control who can edit, approve, or publish.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

•	Lack of Analytics – No performance tracking or basic metrics.
	•	Slow Loading Times – Lag when switching views or loading calendars.
	•	Clunky Mobile Experience – Poor usability on phones or tablets.
	•	No Content Library – Can’t store reusable assets or evergreen posts.
	•	Inflexible Approval Flows – Can’t customize for different teams or clients.
	•	Weak Notification System – Missed alerts for approvals or comments.
	•	No Bulk Upload Option – Tedious when planning a large volume of content.
	•	Limited Exporting or Reporting Tools – Hard to share insights with stakeholders.
	•	Pricing Restrictions – Useful features gated behind expensive tiers.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it, staying organized across platforms was a constant struggle—drafts were scattered, approvals were messy, and it was hard to maintain consistency. Planable centralizes everything: content planning, team collaboration, scheduling, and even responding to comments.

The biggest benefits for me are:
	•	Time saved by having one place to plan and approve content.
	•	Peace of mind knowing nothing goes live without review.
	•	Stronger engagement because I can respond to comments quickly, all from within the platform.
	•	Better collaboration with clients and team members without endless email threads.

It’s streamlined my entire content workflow and made publishing feel effortless.

 ### 34. Effortless Multi-Platform Posting in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The ability to post to multiple platforms within one location and make adjustments to each of them. It was very easy to set up and we use it often. The integration has been seamless.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I would like it to connect to more platforms like nextdoor, etc. I also want more AI features that are tailored to the posting platforms.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have quite a few social media pages so this is make what use to be a ton of work hardly and cost us a lot of time only cost us a little bit of time and hardly any work.

 ### 35. Easy to Use and Publish, but Missing Auto-Story Publishing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Özgür K. | founder of ad agency, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

we get used to it, easy to use and publish

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

can not use it for auto publishing stories however we know that thats not plannables fault.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

planning before month and review post easily

 ### 36. Tested many platforms and landed on Planable.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor L. | Owner & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Planable has been the most reliable of all the social media scheduling software we've tested and we've now been using it for a few years. It always felt like other platforms were missing at least 1 core feature we needed and finally we haven't had that issue with Planable. Support is prompt and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish some of the new features that get rolled out were included in our plan. Things like analytics and conversations are great additions and felt like were the only missing pieces but the nickle & diming has prevented us from adding them to an already somewhat high-cost software. Social media software pricing ranges dramatically from very cheap to very expensive and while Planable is somewhere in the middle, at least one of these new feautres would be nice to just have included without extra fees.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing all platforms in one place is where the bulk of time savings come from while also not losing the ability to personalize by platform. It's a great platform that gets the job done.

 ### 37. I Don't Want To Think About Life Before Planable!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I really appreciate how simple it is to create designs in Canva, then export them to Planable and organize an entire month’s worth of content in just a few hours. The platform is easy to use, very user-friendly, and offers excellent visualization tools.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Planable. It has significantly enhanced the way we track and post our content.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable lets our whole team schedule and create posts and lets me easily see when posts are going out, who worked on them and get them approved in just one click!

 ### 38. Effortless Multi-Platform Posting Clients Love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiray G. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

It's easy to create posts across multiple platforms, and I love that my clients can comment on posts directly to request edits. What I love most is my clients also find it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I can't seem to find recommended posting times like other platforms have.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

streamlining communition between me and my clients

 ### 39. Responsible, Easy-to-Use Interface That Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beril T. | Designer / Creative, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The responsibility and easy-to-use interface

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

nothing by far -- it is the best tool i have ever use

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of social media needs to the including account is the best benefit for me

 ### 40. Easy to Use with an Exceptionally Simple Layout it is not as Free though as they make it out to be

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa H. | Company Owner & Opulent Travel Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The really simple layout and ease of use

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

They get you loving the product then tell you that actually there is a limit to the free usage and the costs for a start up are considerable.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can under the campaigne do all of my marketing and scheduels way in advance compared to going to the social media platforms directly

 ### 41. Post Everywhere at Once—A Huge Time-Saver

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erwann S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

Posting everything at once on every platforms

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The UI could be a bit more modern to my liking.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the time it would take for us to post on each individual platforms

 ### 42. Good but still needs some tweaking and pricing breakdowns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly D. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the labels, being able to label each piece of content based on my pillars. I enjoy being able to start the post as a group than separate and tweak it separately for each platform. I like the previews, the quick edit features. Being able to leave comments, and

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I find it odd that stories can only be added through the compose button rather than a new post in the calendar view. I find it weird you can't move accounts through workspaces, you have to copy each post over which is alot of work. I also think it is not the most user friendly when it comes to the plans - having to contact someone for a custom plan seems a bit of a pain. It would be nicer if it was all tiered out.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to plan and manage content for multiple clients in 1 place.

 ### 43. Seamless Client Collaboration, But New Pricing Tough for Freelancers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasha C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

The fact that you can work seamlessly in the dashboard with your client.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

The fact that the pricing structure has changed. It is fine for big agencies but a bit pricey from the previous pricing model for freelancers

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planable is making the entire process from content creation to review and approval much smoother and more efficient. The Rewrite with AI feature is great to give some different eyes and perspective.

 ### 44. Very Easy to Use, Precise, and Reliable

Organise an editorial plan and a calendar view

 ### 46. Love the Approval Feature—A Real Workflow Win

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayden J. | Digital Marketing & Brand Storytelling Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I loveee the approval feature so much! It is so helpful for us!

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

I wish that the REQUIRED approval was on the basic plan, maybe only one approver, but I wish that was a feature.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy workflow between me (SMM) and my boss.

 ### 47. Love Planable for allowing a team to collaborate and client approval

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria B. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the way the page is laid out, unlike other BIG scheduling companies which are really ugly. We can see the posts as they will actually look on the platforms. Also with the different layouts we can see how the flow of posts works.
We find the ability to collaborate and to get client approval is vital for our business, and planable is really the only solution out there to do that.
We can handle multiple clients through one platform.
Being able to set up schedules and to push to multiple channels, it really saves time.
My clients like the app for approval.
My Social Media Manager LOVES planable for its easy of use, viewing and managing posts.
It's a very stable platform.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

It's difficult to link two instagram accounts to one workspace and publish from the app.
5 people on an account (but we could pay to have more)

**Recommendations to others considering Planable:**

Who doesn't need client approvals or input for posts? We love planable as it makes collaboration within the team and clients so easy.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client approvals
Scheduling
Team collaboration

 ### 48. Planable allowed my social media agency to excel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia R. | Business owner and Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I like the easiness of collaboration, client approval, the app, keeping comments organized under each post, and much more! I like how affordable it is and how clear they are with their billing structures. The customer support is a 10/1 0 and is such a personable experience.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

One of the downsides is that reels are not recognized accross all platforms (especially between instagram and tik tok) so you need to manually upload posts to both pages instead of copying the reel + caption from one to the other.
Another thing I disliked about planable is that changes on one post does not speak to the same post on another platform. So if I am cross posting to facebook and isntagram, but get a client review on one then I have manually go find the post in another page to edit it.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have implemented the analytics and engagement tabs which have been a huge help.

 ### 49. This is exactly what we were looking for

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria P. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

I can separate our internal processes for client review while staying on the same platform.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

So far, nothing. It's working great for us and our needs.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is solving client review and approval process. It was a nightmare before and clients were always confused on how to provide feedback.

 ### 50. User-Friendly and Perfect for Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emeric U. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Planable?**

User-friendly for clients and really well thought for team work.

**What do you dislike about Planable?**

No much, I would say I'd like for it to be more open to API calls so that I can create some custom automation.

**What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save a lot of time and can manage my team's work.
