The support i got when i signed up was second to none! **What do you dislike about Planable?** The only downside for me at the moment is a step that they are working on is folders for Canva. Where the content creators can work in canva and catalogue their designs into folders for the scheduled/planning content. Our agency has grown quickly and we wouldn't be able to keep up without Planable behind us. It wasn't clear that we wouldn't be able to share a "guest link" without paying - so our first attempt at sharing a glimpse with a client didn't go that well. **What problems is Planable solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to onboard a lot of clients in a hurry and were completely overwhelmed. For us implementation was easy - our clients were new so we didn't have to import or integrate their info from other platforms or anything. So we "adopted" Planable and didn't really "switch" tools.
