What do you like best about Perk?

It is very intuitive to use and has a clear user interface. I use it for work bookings of trains, hire cars, flights and hotels on a regular basis as the platform of choice at the organisation I work for. The speed of booking is fast, with the options, timings and pricing clearly set out before making a decision. I have the app on my work phone and can quickly make the necessary bookings that I need for work travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk?

At times, bookings can only be made for 30 to 60 minutes in advance of the ticket needed (for example trains). Occasionally there is a shorter term option available in reality which is not possible to book via perk (probably due to the lead time to execute the booking and risk that the ticket will not be useable by the requester). This would be my only issue which is a small point. Flight cancellations can also be slightly bureaucratic if you have the ensure the original flight was refunded before you find the replacement flight option. Customer support is always fast however. What do you like best about Perk?

The automated expense and invoice handling has helped to simplify expense management. I also like that it is easy to use. What do you like best about Perk?

I like the simplicity when searching on Perk, which makes organizing business trips easier. I also appreciate being able to book trips for colleagues easily. What do you dislike about Perk?

For example, when booking a round-trip train ticket, if you select one company for the outbound trip, it doesn't allow you to choose a different one for the return. You have to book them separately. What do you like best about Perk?

I use Perk to book my flights and those of my teams. I like the ease of use for keeping a proper financial record of the booking and allowing team members to book their own travel. It's great that I can reach a person if I have challenges. I have a clear and concise view of the options, and the billing process is seamless. I can either have central billing or use my personal card. When booking, I see budget airline choices in one place, select a flight, search for others, and keep options I like. The price breakdown is easy to understand and manage. If I'm doing travel that will be reimbursed by someone else, I can provide one invoice that makes it official. What do you dislike about Perk?

I wish it was easier to reach someone when there is a problem with the airlines. The process can only be done on the application on the phone. What do you like best about Perk?

What do you dislike about Perk?

I disagree with the way refundable rooms are booked. No money should be taken by the hotel until the refund date has passed, or the guest should pay at the hotel. The fact that money is taken at the time of booking for a refundable room is a waste of time and creates unnecessary admin. I book for C-suite and their dates change all the time.

Also, the email responses are awful. I have never experienced anything like this before. I have one email that still hasn’t been responded to, and it’s been two weeks now.

I have also called twice in the last three weeks to get something actioned, only for it not to be done. So now nothing happens over email or when I call, and this is for C-suite—it’s not good enough.

I need quick responses that I can trust will actually be actioned. Right now, I do not trust Perk at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perk?

I like how easy it is to book your flights and also your accommodation with Perk. The user experience in general is okay, and I like the way we can find information; it's not that hard, so it's useful. I also like the updates, the way we receive them is fine. I appreciate the feature where you can see where other coworkers stayed before you, which helps in choosing an accommodation. It's useful because it validates how good a place can be and ensures that it's within the policy. It's also easier to get to the office or vendor locations after seeing where others have stayed. Plus, the service helps in booking trips not just for myself but also for coworkers, which is practical whether traveling together or separately. What do you dislike about Perk?

What do you like best about Perk?

I like Perk because it is very user intuitive, and I appreciate its ease of use. I find it great to have all the process of generating a trip in a single platform, allowing me to directly look for all the details that I need. It's super useful to have everything related to the trip, like cars, trains, airplanes, and accommodations, in one place, which the company directly assumes, so I don't have to handle expenses and reimbursements myself. I also like that they managed to accommodate specific needs like better comfort due to my knee and back injuries. Overall, I find it quite convenient, even if sometimes it's not the best price. What do you like best about Perk?

I appreciate Perk's user-friendly UX, which is really easy to use and simple to navigate. I also love their customer service option where I can chat with agents on the platform, and they usually immediately reply, which puts me at ease. What do you dislike about Perk?

I think one of the things that could definitely improve is the choice of flights. If you're booking a flight and comparing it with something like Skyscanner, sometimes Perk doesn't have the flights or hours that you need. Having more variety of options would be great. It would also be beneficial if they could provide a comparison between what you get from other platforms to what they are offering. What do you like best about Perk?

I love the digital aspect of Perk, having an application where I can check information about my reservations and the speed with which the details are updated. Additionally, I like that it is very modern, it has a very nice look and feel both on the website and in the application. I also appreciate the availability of languages, as I speak 3 languages and have received support in all 3 when I needed it. The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to find my reservations, help, and the necessary personal information. In terms of ease of use, I would say that Perk does it very well. What do you like best about Perk?

I like the UI of Perk; it's really strong and easy to use. I appreciate that I can book things myself and then send them for approval instead of having someone else do it, because there's just too many details that they might not understand about what I actually like. It's really clean and minimal, so I can see exactly what I want to do and also find the best options. Perk really simplifies the process, so I don't need to rely on others for bookings, and I have confidence that I'm locking down the best prices and times that work for me.
